History: Ne'va and her sisters are gifts of the winter moon. Born in the late spring they hold on to traits from the winter they were conceived in. Ne'va was born with antlers and has icy breath despite the warmth around her. Loooon was born with wings and like the icy wind she herself is part shattered ice. Boom Loov is extra fluffy and ready for a harsh winter.
Personality: Ne'va likes to collect colorful stones and feathers and proudly adorns them to bring attention to her spirit kissed horns and icy blue hair. She's playful and free spirited. For fear that she was cold a friend gave her a fur shawl to wear. While they know now that she isn't, she still wares it as a token of friendship.
