Shiny: Yep!

Hair Style: Chunks of black/white/blue, give or take a color; mid-length and a bit messy, but manageable (no matting or anything)
Eyes: The normal blue/black for one, gold for the other (no preference about which side is which)
Attitude/Nature: Naughty nature - Impulsive and arrogant, he doesn't care much for the repercussions of a destructive nature when all he has to do is flit back to the Reverse World; at least, he didn't care. He's been forced to learn to hold his tongue and ease up on the terrorism, but it's not a smooth transition.
Clothing Style: He likes pockets. His trainer seems to have the mentality of your average teen and also likes cute things, but this shouldn't influence the style... too much. >_> A bomber jacket, and if you could incorporate a Griseous Orb for his forme in there somewhere, that'd be great (though it could just as easily be in a pocket, if that's preferable!).
Pokemon Features: Streamers, half-rings, armored claws, and markings (he doesn't have to be covered in them, just so long as some of the natural markings are there). Anything else is up to artist creative liberty, as is how to incorporate the potions, but if the armored mask is shown, don't completely obscure the face.
Blessings: n/a
Potions: Shiny Potion, Double Vision, Holy Water
(*) Some notes: (since it strongly influenced the potion selection) Jet was prone to harassing people, destroying or taking whatever he wished to. A young witch took this personal. The holy water and double vision were her doing, in an effort to get him to stop making the world his playpen -- where the angelic affliction of conscience may fail, she can always keep an eye on him, through him. Never mind that she feels she's got a mini-kaiju on a leash now...
Stipulations about the Double Vision potion would be taken care of through his first solo or two, along with a growth reaction and... yeah, explaining anything else in better/more detail. xD

Hair Style: I will leave it up to the artist, whichever style looks best with all of his Pokemon bits. lol
Eyes: Big, innocent eyes that are the color of the Eevee but have the X in them like Xerneas's eyes.
Attitude/Nature: Protective/Guardian sort
Clothing Style: Maybe a loincloth to hide his bits? Other then that he doesn't really need anything else unless the artist wants to give him some accessories that would suit his mixture?
Pokemon Features: Eevee style ears that are on the smaller side and placed as normal ears would be like with Rasui. A satyr build with the lower half being the Xerneas's colors and 'sword legs' as well as a tail that is a mix of the Eevee and Xerneas Tails. If the cutie could have fluff on his shoulders that is a mix of the color and look of both Pokemon since both have fluff happening in a similar area. Last but not least the Xerneas horns in the pretty 'rainbow mode' would be amazing!
Attitude/Nature: Seductive, dominating, alluring yet judging inspiration video
Personality: Seductive and sadistic a bit self hating. He controls his clan of Aromatisse using them more as furniture or toys than 'family'. He finds very little to draw his interest and takes pleasure in the pain and embarrassment of others. He is being forced by his clan to accept a Spirtzee hybrid 'bride' to keep the peace between rival clans and to keep control of his own.
Clothing Style: Flowing and regal and open, large and godlike, Also use his aromatisse feathers as a large collar, (examples: search on google Bride of the water god images of Bride of the water god habaek or Saiunkoku) ( possible patterns: x, xx, xxx, Iv, v
Pokemon Features: (tail, ears, wings, etc) Eyes, tendrils (one arm tendrils one arm normal), chest gem of Deoxy. Feather collar, purple color (hair color), Aromatisse mask Blessings: Limit One, you can pick the Legendary and suggest a few things you might like to see from the blessing thought the artist can still fiddle if they like.
Potions: Legendary hybrid (Deoxys), Pied Pepper (Saso is the head of a clan of Aromatisse and Spiritzee, he uses them as servants and is not kind to them but protects them from others XP "Only I can abuse them!"),

Eyes: huge, soulful, color-only eyes
Attitude/Nature: Lazy; It's actually more jaded and unmotivated, slightly surly -- is this really just a teen?
Clothing Style: 80s British punk. Random tattoos, piercings (safety pins count), etc., all CC. (If you want suggestions let me know, otherwise have at)
Pokemon Features: - Body. You know how zekrom's body is kinda-sorta segmented, like an insect? Pretend the tail/turbine is the last segment of the body, and the glowing inside becomes the dragonair's serpentine body. In other words, an armored upper-body and a smooth, liquidy lower-body. (or the "turbine" could be the tail tip of the dragonair's body if you prefer, but I thought naga was a neat idea) (Okay I will admit that zekrom's body looks more like Darth Vader's armor. But from a distance, if you squint at it... cross-eyed... it kind of looks like a bug.)
- Zekrom head-tail is optional, so are the headwings, but I would like them, if any go with or translate into a mohawk that would be even better.
- zekrom wings are optional (but supercool).
- I would prefer the body type to be slender/slinky like the dragonair (teen), but more chunky and muscular like the zekrom, later on (adult). Because growth... and half-baked plots.
Hair Style: Some dark blue bangs that end just above his eyes and perhaps a little showing at his cheekbone area, since not much else can be seen.
Eyes: Aquamarine, looking bashfully off to the side
Attitude/Nature: Introverted, relaxed, easy-going, a bit shy
Clothing Style: A large hood with scarves that cover his mouth and nose. Or no hood, using the scarves like a hood instead, still covering nose and mouth. Otherwise, comfy layered clothes ( e.g., t-shirt under an open button up under a light zipper sweater). Shiny cloyster color themes.
Pokemon Features: The silver spike in the form of a spear in his hand(s), a large coat with the ridges and spikes of the outer shell.
Blessings: Kyogre, artist's choice on the form the blessing takes~

Graaah, you guys, this was really difficult to narrow down. I had to give myself a bunch of restrictions to work from so that I didn't have to resort to RNGing it. xD Still, the rest of you, don't give up. A lot of your ideas are really awesome and I'd love to see them out in the shop at some point, if any of you decide to quest 'em. o3o <3
