Kiyoshi’s eyes widened slightly as he watched Aiden just walk up to pet the creature as he heard it growl and saw the attack it fired at his teammate’s feet. He was about to burst forward to fight when he heard a strange growl and Hitomi stepped up saying it’s stomach was growling, it was hungry. At that he calmed down slightly “A-any-o-one have ssss-some f-f-ffood w-we ccc-could g-give it?” He checked his pockets, but didn’t have anything edible on him, so waited to see what Aiden and the others would do.

Aidens hand would move from the rift wolfs forehead as he stayed his ground. He had to admit that the blue lightning shocked him a bit but only enough to make him realize that he had done something wrong. Reaching into his pocket Aiden would bring out a bundle of jerky and hand it to the rift wolf. Balto would have a jealous look on his face but accepted the fact that he had to do that.

She looked with extreme curiosity at the girl with them. She seems to put off an aura that she liked. Moving closer to her she sniffed some at her legs and knees. A cold sense of familiarity overtook the wolf as it looked up at her. Turning it saw the boy reaching into its pocket. Letting out a growl of warning once more it started to glow again. Once it saw the food in his hand it returned to normal before inching in slowly to see if it was food like it thought it was. Giving it a few sniffs it smelled much like beef, The several furry tendrils connected to its mane. Its tail was also moving frantically. Leaning in it quickly bit on the food pulling it to the ground where it proceeded to chomp away at it. It wasn't a lot of food but it appreciated the meal never the less. Looking up it let out a hum sound. Something strange for normal wolfs to do. Moving close she proceeded to lick the hand that had the food before jumping off into the darkness.
A few moments later a couple barks were heard before it trotted back into the light placing a dead slug in its jaws on the ground in front of him. It did not look very appetizing. Still showing its gratitude, it took a step back before running in circles a couple times. It would seem it respected and appreciated the presence of this group of people, how much was unsure. Walking up to the little pup and giving him one cold lick before running back to the darkness of the room.

Just because I'm blind, doesn't mean I'm useless. Let it be known that I will rise through the ranks, and prove I'm a Shinobi.
Hitomi stood very still as she felt the cold nose of the creature near her knees and legs, she could feel it's chakra, to a point, it felt cold, almost like her own hyouton chakra. She smiled slightly, but made no move to feed or pet the creature, Aiden seemed to have taken a liking to it, and she didn't want to jeopardize that. Instead, once it had left their presence for the moment, she eased closer to Aiden and handed over her own jerky that she'd bought from the merchant outside. She didn't need it, and she'd heard the sound of Aiden pulling something, she assumed food, out of his pocket, then the sound of eating. When she heard something wet being out in front of them, she couldn't be too sure the exact location with the echos, she made a face,"Well..... That was interesting." She mumbled as they stood there, looking off in the direction she'd heard the claws clicking on the cave rock echo from.
I choose the hard road, not the easy one, because nothing worth doing is easy. I will prove that I'm not someone to be pushed aside. I will not be forgotten.
Having seen the whole exchange between Aiden and the wolf thing, Kiyoshi was slightly confused, then as the wolf ran off into the darkness gain, the twitchy genin stood there for a second, “Th-that www-was…….w-w-w-weird…I-I g-g-guess we sh-should mmm-move on?” He’d then continue down what little path there was, holding his torch high.

Watching the rift wolf go Aiden would wave goodbye as Balto ate the dead slug before him. Aiden was sad to see her go but knew that the mission go on as he followed Kiyoshi and heard an unsettling noise. "anyone else hear that" his eyes would go to Hitomi as he knew that she could "see" without seeing.
"Even the way ahead lies through a river of blood."
Malakai stood in a slight bit of shock as Aiden handled the creature in a peacefull manor. It was impressive to say the least that he not only defused the soon to be battle but he also seemed to make a small friend. Moving onward he could not help but sense the wolf still nearby. Lurking maybe observing or hoping for some more food. It was unsure its motives. They moved forward until he started to hear what sounded like a large breathing sound every so often. He could only imagine what was up ahead, or if they should have chosen a different path. Ether way they were heading right for it. "Be on your guard, something is ahead and I do not think it will be as polite as that wolf was."

It has grown so large that it started to effect the residing creatures within. So much chakra emanating off of the stone that some have grown exponentially in size and hostilities. The normal creatures that were known to live within the cave were slugs, spiders, some wolves seeking shelter and some rumors have spread around that a dragon lived within. Not many ventured inside due to the sever cold within. Find and retrieve the chakra stone in hopes to return the cave to its natural order.

The group made their way into the large opening with a giant crack above, the sun shinning through lighting the room quiet well. Most eyes would quickly travel to the mildly large treasure scattered across the bed of the cave. They then would quickly move to what is sleeping upon it. A large white scaled dragon about the size of their very own academy. This dragon seemed to be sleeping at the moment before its nostrils perked up a few times before its eye lids slowly lifted revealing its red eyes. It scanned the room a few times before the eyes laid comfortably on the group that had entered. Letting out a snort it arose from the area it was sleeping. Almost seeming as though it was stretching. It slowly returned its gaze to the intruders before it extended its neck outward towards them slightly almost giving them a look of innocence.
That look was quickly shattered when it roared at astounding volume. The cave shook from its roar and quiet possibly could have caused hearing problems to anyone who simply withstood it. It was very apparent that dragon was not happy they had decided to drop in and say hi. This beast then rose onto its rear legs standing tall in the cave extending its wings ready for battle. Looking over the smaller members of the team they had almost seemed like good mid slumber snacks that it would most surely enjoy. With a swift motion the mighty dragon flapped its wings a few times sending gusts of wind through the cave nothing that would hurt the group but he wanted to show his agitation for having to be woken up from his mid-day nap.
While he was showing off his mighty wings the cave started to make a whistling sound from the air going around and around the cave from the force of his wings. He prided in the fact that this part of the cave was where he could protect his worldly treasures. As he began to settle down the flapping he pulled a stone that shone like the full moon on a clear night closer to himself. The sound of the stone scratching across the floor of the cave sent a slight echo through the cave. Snorting he kept one foot over the stone like he was guarding it for some reason from these shinobi. Snorting he turned his head keeping one eye on the group as he began poking at the ground around him with the front of his muzzle moving rocks around and trying to pile other riches that lay about the cave under him.

Hitomi froze when she was greeted with a mighty roar, and then the sound of wind, something flapping, and the scraping sound of something, maybe stone on stone? She turned her head slightly toward where her team mates were last,"Guys? I'm guessing this isn't something cuddly..." Hitomi then gathered her chakra and formed the needed hand signs and created black clouds that spread out in front of her in a cone shape. The clouds started to rain flammable oil onto anything under them. This way she could provide some support for her teammates. She then formed more hand signs and gathered the chakra into her gullet, then pit out a sticky liquid that would prevent anything from moving freely if they didn't first push chakra into their feet.

Kiyoshi’s eyes went wide as he took in the sight of the large dragon, bracing against the wind from its flapping wings and scanning the room for anything resembling the chakra stone Malakai had mentioned, spotting a large stone that the dragon was keeping a claw on, as if guarding it, “D-Definitely not something cuddly…”. Steeling his resolve, Kiyoshi braced for combat just as he saw Hitomi create the cloud of raining oil. Thinking of any idea, he thrust his palm forward, sending a wave of explosive chakra out which would detonate a few feet into the rain, igniting the oil and spreading fire across the cave floor and even lighting the oil that was still falling. As flaming oil rained down in the area in front of them, Kiyoshi scanned the room for ways to get around, spotting a bunch of boulders and stalagmites/ stalactites. He planned his way around the room without hitting the flaming ground.

Balto would run into his shirt as the dragon let loose a mighty roar which made Aiden smile. The dragon scared Aiden beyond all possible relief, it was gigantic and towered even his two headed wolf form would only be half the size of the dragon but with that fear came excitement. Aiden had never fought a being quite like this and wanted to either subdue it or try to tame it so Balto could have a new friend. As the two used their jutsu Aiden performed a set of hand signs and blew and sent a mist surrounding the dragon to mix with Hitomi's oil and Kiyoshi's explosions. To follow another string of hand signs would be let loose as his right hand formed into a gun. A sudden dim glow would from from his finger as he fired a large arc of lightning into the maelstrom of attacks towards the dragon.

Jutsu used: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu (Mist Waltz Technique) Katon Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.
Raikou Kousen no Jutsu [ Lightning Beam Technique ] The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before( five meters in width ), and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this Jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the Jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this Jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This Jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
His heart sank as all the rumers he had heard were in fact true. As unfounded as they were a dragon was in fact living inside of the cave. The giant crack in the roof of the cave was clear of how it made its way in and out of the area. It must have just been nesting here storing its treasure. Which he took another look at it he saw it for what it was worth. Not only that but the chakra stone was within the pile. He saw the dragon coddle it up keeping it safe. The students leaped at the threat quite hastily. It was safe to assume that this dragon would not be friendly. Not by the way its exhibited its behavior so far. Their tactics were good. Set the entire ground under the dragon ablaze.
Despite the fact the dragon has the chakra stone he is unsure of how tuff this beast is. But given its size he did not want to take it lightly. His students knew a thing or two about jutsu but there was no telling how tough this thing really was. He wasn't about to loose his newly gained students on their first mission. Making a few handseals he held both of his hands out towards the dragon and the fire. A tornado began to form around the dragon and Aidens lightning attack, pulling the oil and fire up into it. After a few moments it caused a flaming tornado imprisoning the dragon. He figured the dragon was at least tough enough to keep the chakra stone safe within its grasp. The tornado would do its best to keep the dragon inside while the fire rotating in the winds put off much heat to the rest of the room as well as extremely burning hot heat inside. This was a comfortable warmth to them however due to the cold really beginning to set into their skin.
Drawing his sword off of his back while the tornado raged on. He placed his hand over the blade letting some of his blood drip down towards the hilt. Gripping the handle of the sword with both hands he focused. the blood laced the edge of the sword strengthening to a diamond like hardness. "When the dragon breaks free of that, and trust me it will, Be on guard! It's going to be pissed."

The dragon took a look around the cave at all those standing before him before they decided to begin throwing attack after attack at him. Noticing the heat of the fire that was created he only scoffed at the thought of these amateurs. As the flames progressed even further through the cave he had to make it known who he actually was. Taking a few steps forward the stone scraping the floor making the sound echo through the cave again. He could feel the warmth of the fire surround his body as he then began communicating in a way none knew he could actually do. The team of shinobi would hear a seemingly loud booming and deep voice from within their minds. 'How childish of you all, to waltz into my home and decide to attack me. Does it look like this fire really does anything? No, think more clearly, I am a dragon. A dragon that breaths fire. Mere fire just feels like a nice warm bath to me. So for this I must thank you for clearing up that itchy scale with this fire. It had been bothering me for weeks.'
The dragon then unfolded his wings flapping them like he had done before sending the now tornado of fire and oil back at the team. Speaking again through their mind he let out a small rumble inside his chest. Just to show his agitation. 'Here let me show you just how powerful I can become. The name is Dromar, Dromar the Dark. And I will not be tormented by some mere children and their babysitter.' He then flapped his wings again letting even more wind fly. After a few moments he raised the stone he was holding and protecting placing it neatly into a socket slightly above his heart inside his scales. Almost like a pocket that was made precisely for that stone. After a few seconds he turned his gaze upon the teacher of the group. Hoping to make eye contact with the man. He scoffed again as he saw the lightning that the one boy sent his way. Growling as it grazed his cheek on his face he growled realizing he was just a bit too late to side step the lightning. He kept his gaze on the teacher waiting to see what else they would throw his way.

Hitomi flinched when the dragon's voice entered her mind, it was like metal scraping against metal, and was loud, considering it wasn't actually a true sound. When he sent the wind, and what felt like flaming wind, there way, Hitomi threw her arms up and out, which made her drop her cane. She rapidly gathered her chakra, and formed an ice dome for protection. She just hoped it was fast enough to protect her team mates and their teacher.
