The fact that he wasn't recognized on top of earning a ticket the night before, had the little greenblood walking on air. He even chanced a grin at the booth keeper who seemed to be almost completely swallowed up by the feather boas around her neck. He reached out for the darts and gave each a good look over before throwing them at the board. Seeing the places his darts hit deflated his mood. If he'd just been able to score a little lower, he would've been able to claim a prize.
He huffed and shoved his hands deep into his pockets. "C'mon, Machim, let's go," he muttered and walked away, sulking. He'd had such a good day yesterday. Maybe all his bad luck was just trying to balance it out? He didn't know. What he did know was that he was getting about tired of it.
Fiddling with a few extra beetles in his pocket, Hazmas pulled them out, setting them on the booth counter before walking off. Maybe some good deeds will help counter the bad luck? Maybe.

Chiara had stayed up far too late last night admiring all the booths and generally having a lot of fun. She then woke up earlier than her body wanted to in order to get in another full day of booth hopping and game playing. Her eyes were a little droopy as she walked to the festival, but all signs of tired disappeared as the amusements came into view. She knew right where to go, today she would work up the courage to talk to the Queen. Today she would hit the target, rub it in the so called "Queen's" face, and then find out if she was a worthy leader. Chiara needed the first part of her plan to work tho. She needed to hit that target, proving she was above petty games.

Dictys was back to throw a dart at this nobody.
Okay, that sounded a little harsh. Ey was sure that this anonymous troll was of use to society somehow, somewhere. It was just that ey didn't recognize them, and ey was really very confused that the image was here. Wouldn't it be better to throw darts at an alien starship? Ey narrowed eir eyes and tossed the darts one after another at the image. Hit, bullseye, hit. Now this was progress. Dictys smirked with pleasure as ey showed eir score to the strangely unresponsive troll manag - oh. Oh. The troll was a mannequin. No wonder there were so many drones here.
This was a little disappointing, Dictys thought. Ey wanted a useful member of society to see eir work and become a little threatened by it. Wasn't that how life worked? Ey took the drone-offered tank though and eyed it critically. It was tailored and excellently-designed, of course, but it didn't seem nearly black enough to look good. And where was eir symbol supposed to go? Some seadwellers really needed different priorities.

Ah, this was the last booth he'd visted before he'd decided to call it a night last time. Well, why not try again? He so much wanted to see how much better his new found skills were. For better or for worse he was going to improve. And well it wasn't like he cared left or right about the drawing in the first place.
Taking the darts and aiming he threw them. And missed, were his shots the other day really just luck? Feh he was just going to practice more. For sure. With that he left the booth just a little less cheerful than he started.

NEW BOOTH DAY -- As your darts shoot home, a small light resting on the table turns on. You're not sure what that means, but later on as you wander the festival a seadweller in an enormous broad-brimmed hat, large sunglasses, and massive amounts of boa feathers jogs up to you and presses a ticket into your hands. "Hey. Good work on sending those suckers home. At the darts game, I mean." Stepping back, she gives you a nod that sends feathers cascading, turns, and hurries away back into the crowds.

Poeias closed his eyes (a pointless task when he could hardly see, but who cares) and listened to the wind, trying to determine when the best time to throw was. Waiting for the opportune time, he threw his dart. From what he could tell, that was almost a bull-eye! He got excited and quickly threw the other two, getting another alright throw, and one... not so good. But what a clear improvement! Lorata was right! She was perfect and amazing and a great teacher already! By the end of the week, surely he'd be making easy bullseyes. "Lorata! Did you see what I did! I won a pen! Wow!" he said, waving the prize wildly.

This dart game was not having it with him. No matter how hard he tried to focus and hit the target, he could only ever get one good shot in. Frustrated, Pragma turned from the booth, so lost in his thoughts that he forgot to bid the boothtroll goodbye.

The greenblood next to her had shocked her. Had he thrown off her shot? Possibly, but now she was just a pile of nerves. She slowly nodded at him and watched as he threw his darts. The last throw wasn't as great, but the other two were pretty good shots! "Y-you got a couple nice shots in there... Nice job." She tried to return a compliment, that was the correct thing to do right? -- Maihue stepped up to the now familiar dart booth. She grabbed her three darts and tossed, not even thinking. She was confident in her throw. She looked at where each dart landed, and was sort of disappointed. She had done better in previous days, but they weren't all that bad. She thought that she could have more practice, and would return with her confidence back tomorrow.

Klymen was back, after all, this was a pretty great booth. Picking up the darts again, she aimed at the board, trying her hardest not to miss. Which, this time around, was all she could do. Her darts hit on the outer ring continuously, thwarting any attempt she tried to get them to hit closer. Bulls eye was out of question for this attempt. Sighing, when her tries were up she just left. Might as well not show her face after that shameful attempt.

Lorata lit up as Poe celebrated his throws, nodding enthusaistically. "I did see! I just knew you'd get better once we started working together!" She'd expected to have to do more, of course, because teaching lowbloods to be heroes was surely a difficult task, but this just went to show that her very presence was enlightening. She hadn't taught him a single thing yet, really, and there he went winning a prize. Giggling, she grabbed her own darts, let them fly, and promptly squealed. "Look, I got one too!"

Kursha was making his usual rounds through the booths, when lo and behold, who did he see but the queen herself. He paused a moment, squinting to make sure it was not that ridiculous prop she sometimes left behind the counter. This appeared to be the real deal though. At least he was fairly certain it was unless she had traded it out for an animatronic. From what he had seen so far, he would not put it past her. Sweeping towards the counter, Kursha grabbed three darts and proceeded to fling them at the target. The first one clipped the side, but the second and third punctured the poster board. The third one struck almost dead centre. Sorry about your sniffnode, Legs. Hope it isn't broken. He pried the darts from the board and returned to the counter. After depositing the darts, Kursha grabbed another pen. Leaning back against the booth he twirled the instrument between his fingers. He regarded Regina out of the corner of his eye. “So...” he said at last, watching the next contestants try their luck. “What's the story? Bad break-up or just someone who forgot to recite the full title?”

Busy busy busy. Reemus seemed to be all over the place since the event started! Nyoooom! Making his usual rounds, he skidded to a halt at the purpletastic booth. A greenblood seemed to be chatting up the lady running the booth, so after glancing at them, the muttard blood just tossed his darts quick at the board. Aww, nuts. Another prizeless day. All he could do was snap his fingers in disappointment before running off again. Pchoooooo.

Voscil swoops in and tries her luck at darts, picking them up for another time in a row and flicked them in rapid succession. The first one went sailing off into the distance. Looking embarrassed, she at least tried to aim a little better for her next attempts, and noticed how they landed fairly close to the bluh'ing silly faced troll! That sure was a weird look on that trolls face, causing the kid to make a silly gesture in return now that she actually took the time to notice it.
Squealing with a delighted giggle, even if her first attempt had been botched the kid dived for her new prize, a pen! Neat. She spun it around like a mini baton as she waved good bye and bounced away. It wasn't the yo-yo she desperately wanted but more goodies was always a fun thing by her account anyway.

Trendi waddled up the booth, bewildered. Who was that picture depicting? He tilted his head, confused. Then again, it wasn't as if he knew many people to begin with. Maybe they were famous? Popular? On someone's bad list.. considering he was being asked to throw darts at her face? Despite being quite unsure of things, he was excited for a new game to play. He picked out three darts, and threw them one by one at the target.... only to miss every single time.
"This is hard.. yes. I try again tomorrow." He frowned, making his way towards another booth.
