  Rednal Ak'Thias and Iofiel, the Angel of Love"You have weird friends." Iofiel said, smiling as she watched the Cheshire Cat bound away. "Oh, you have no idea." Rednal muttered as he took a seat, glancing around to be sure they had a reasonable amount of privacy. "I suppose I have a lot of questions for you and your... mother..." he hesitated for just a few moments on that one, "...but I guess all I really want to say is... I'm not sure I can be the person you imagine I am."Iofiel paused as she raised the steak to her mouth. "What... what do you mean?""Who do you think I am?" he asked. "Rednal Ak'Thias. Part of a group known as the Investigation Team, the huge majority of which disappeared before I was born. Fond of explosions, always tried to help his friends, very abnormal mindset - but cared about his friends and family more than anything else.""Exactly." Rednal said, spinning a fork around and stabbing into the meat. "I'm not some kind of legendary hero, though - I'm not Soji. I'm just... someone who tries to do the right thing. I can't truly understand what you and your siblings went through, despite all the insanity I've witnessed. I don't know you, though I'd like to get to know you. I don't even know myself sometimes - I haven't had any of my talents for very long, when you think about it, and sometimes I think I've gone completely nuts just so nothing else drives me crazy. I just... don't know if I can be whoever you imagine I was, and I don't want you to be disappointed by how mundane things really are."Iofiel looked down, quietly biting into a piece of her steak... and she smiled as she looked up at him. "You've already accepted me for who I am. That's more than I ever could have accepted, and I... I want to get to know you, too. You don't have to be anyone accept yourself.""...Yeah, but I wonder if you'll still be saying that after you watch me crossdress onstage.""Wait, what?"

Iofiel looked at him for a moment, then just shook her head and grinned. "All right, Aeon's pretty weird. He really likes getting everyone else's attention. I'm not sure that's the best way of going about things, but he means well, and it's hard to argue with that. Venustus is one of the kids of Geirin the 23rd - he had a lot - and we like to call him the Charmed Prince. I'm a little more fond of Knights, though, and that's how Kuzaku acts.""Fond?""Oh, not romantically or anything." Iofiel said quickly. "We're not like that, though I do want to introduce him to you sometime. He's super serious and formal - except when mothers are telling him what to do. They're his biggest weakness, but he's definitely one of my more reliable friends. And you already know about Relika, of course... talking to her is gonna be weird for awhile... but Patris is okay. Oh, she's Venustus' sister. She's pretty cute, pretty tough, and pretty much a ditz - lots of fun. Zaitou's the kid of your friend Kensu - he's blind, but worked hard to overcome that in the future, and I like people who put forth their best effort. Fate is another sister of Venustus, and she's kind of goofy and kind of crazy in combat, but she can create all sorts of things.""And there's Euphie, of course. She takes after you the most, I think, since she's pretty much a walking piece of tactical artillery. She can push herself a little too hard, though... and I'm kind of hoping she'll have at least a little while to be a kid now. Surripio - funny name, right? - usually acts cold towards the rest of us, but I'm thinking about taking her shopping and getting her to loosen up a bit. Dolus is super-excitable... and another of Geirin's kids...""There was someone who had more kids than I did? That... I... I feel better now, actually."Iofiel chuckled. "I know, right? Narue is Aeon's friend, and... well... for reasons, a lot of the others don't get along with her, but I don't have anything against her. Bad circumstances, but not a bad girl. Inigo's a smith, and he makes all kinds of neat things - I bet I could get him to make something for you at some point, actually. Trip's the kid of two members of the Embryon, real big on fire and lightning. I have to be careful while flying. Momoko wants to be a Great Summoner, though I think she still needs some practice, but she was good enough to make it this far with us. Mashiro's a master of string and thread - we got him to sew up a lot of things when necessary, and that was really useful. Anzu's his opposite - he makes, she breaks. Estellise is a knight like Kuzaku, and the two of them hang out a lot - I think they've got a bit of a crush on each other, though I'm not sure how serious it is. She's really cute once she takes the armor off, though. Amina usually hangs out with her - she looks super gloomy, but it's all fine. Bel - you'll probably meet him - likes to say that everyone is his parent. Just so you remember, he's not actually your son, regardless of what he says - but you can prank him if you want to. And Amora says she's Keira and Faust's daughter, but... neither mother nor I were watching, and I can't say for sure either way. She really, really loves the one she thinks is her daddy, though. And San's a demoness...""How many of you are there?""Ahahaha... well, we got as many as we could." Iofiel said, taking another bite of her steak and smiling. "You probably won't meet all of them, but there's definitely a few I want you to see. It'll be fun!"
