Samoset made a rather awkward sound as his antennae was tugged and instantly recoiled. Damn these things for being so sensitive! Even the slightest tug made his entire body wretch upwards with pain, something that made him feel weak. He heaved a sigh and nodded, allowing for the steps that Aysun requested, and folded his arms.
"I'll have you know that I'm good at a lot of things, not just kissing." He grumbled, instantly regretting the end of his sentence. "... I can't say the same for you, though. I bet you Earthlings slobber all over each other instead of properly kissing."
His words felt strange as the came out of his mouth, as if he were growing tired of insulting Aysun. Though he wouldn't admit it, espescially not right now, he had wanted to continue being that close to Aysun. Aysun's hair was surprisingly soft, despite how spiked it was, and he had... Somehow enjoyed that kiss. He found himself gazing off down the path while he thought about it, before sighing again.
"Can you breathe now?" He asked. "Or are you still unable to find the breath I've taken from you?"

"So your antennae make good lead ropes, I will need to keep this in mind in case I find myself in need of moving you in the future." He said, releasing his hold on him, not wanting to be too mean to him. He'd just wanted him to back off a bit, now that he'd do so he would let him do as he wanted to do once again. It was a good learning experience though, making him all that much more curious about the antennae... not that he'd ask, not wanting to seem as if he wanted to know more about Samoset or something.
A snort escaped from Aysun at Samoset's next comment, shaking his head, "I haven't see anything else that you're too good at." He said, then gave a toothy grin as he added in a teasing fashion, "Are you sure though? That you are allowed to claim to be good at 'lots of things' along with kissing even though you're a hybrid? I am quite impressed to hear that from you." Given how hard he'd been on them earlier it was good to hear him actually talking well of himself, even if he was still trying to insult Aysun while he was doing so.
"Eh? Well, I couldn't say. Unlike you I don't go around kissing everyone I see so I am sure if you are so good at it that you must practice, hm?" Save occasionally kissing his pets on the head or nose he couldn't say he was well versed in the art. Maybe that was why he had enjoyed the kiss that Samoset gave him, not that he'd admit that out loud, ever. Lifting his arms up, stretching them out over his head he said with a roll of his eyes, "Don't flatter yourself, the only reason I couldn't breath was because you were crushing me, you idiot half giant."

Samoset restrained himself from growing a the comment about his antennae. In no way would he ever allow Aysun to use his antennae as "lead ropes." That was utterly degrading and disturbing! He'd sooner have his antennae sliced off than have them be used against him. He straightened his posture and narrowed his gaze again.
"I'm good at archery and..." He paused, finding it hard to think of other things he was good at. "... Okay, whatever, that doesn't matter. But, I am good at other things, and that's that."
He let out a huff and arched his shoulders. Who said he ever went around kissing people? He just... Felt confident that he was a good kisser! He couldn't help but flush a little and frown at Aysun's final comment. Half-giant? Really? Was that what Earthlings called his people? He shook his head.
"I hardly believe that I could crush you. I'm not that heavy." He said, arching a brow. "I mean, unless your body can't handle lifting more than a few pounds. Are you that frail of a person?

Aysun nodded, "Yes, yes, I am sure there are lots of things." He said, amused once more as he seemed to be unable to come up with things on the fly. He should try to get better at making things up on the fly he thought to himself before he ran his fingers through his silver hair, "I am just glad to hear you saying your good at things, I suppose that means you can't be completely down on hybrids, right? Perhaps we do have a chance to be the best! Well... with practice."
Realizing what that sounded like he crossed his arms over his chest and he said, "I mean with things like fighting or using our respective weapons, not kissing, so don't get any ideas in your head about that. I allowed that last one but if you try it again I might punch you." He lifted a fist to shake it at him, then set to laughing. Not to the best threat in the world but he hoped that Samoset would at least take him somewhat seriously even if he couldn't help but to laugh a little.
"It's only common sense that I would get crushed when you use your greater weight to squish me against a tree, especially a tree that big since it isn't going anywhere, dummy." He said, rolling his eyes before he lifted his arms up, giving a flex of his wiry muscles, "As for frailty? I think not, do you see what I tend to deal with every day? One can be a weakling when dealing with animals all day." If he wasn't able to keep up with their pace or ahead of them he'd get squished!

His weight against a tree? What was Aysun talking about? It wasn't like Samoset had shoved all his body weight against Aysun or something! The Blade made a soft pout and shook his head again. Whatever, just, at this point, the whole world was whatever. He couldn't care any less about anything right now, besides this conversation, even if that in itself seemed odd to admit.
"Pffft! As if I would try again!" He exclaimed, placing his hands on his hips. "You're the one who kissed my hand first, I just wanted to see how far you'd let it go! I could tell you were bluffing the whole time!"
He turned his gaze away, giving way to the fact that his last statement had been a lie. He had absolutely no idea what Aysun felt for him, but he figured it was something along the lines of detest, or distaste. After all, Samoset had insulted him, tried to kill him, and then kissed him, all in one meeting. Seriously, what sane person could like someone after that? Why did he even care if Aysun liked him or not? What the hell was wrong with him?
"Oh, sorry, my mistake!" He said, rolling his eyes. "You have to keep in tip top shape in order to chase your animals around all day. It must be fun having all that free time to just run around and do nothing. I mean, really, don't you have any chores or anything else to do, other than hang around with your brood of unsightly beasts?"

"Yeah, you're hand, Samoset. I was just trying to see if I could get you to choke on your own tongue from shock. You're the one that went in for a real kiss, so of the two of us who is the one that was looking for more action?" He said, waving a hand before he said, "You? Bluff? As if you could... you yell and flail around far too much to be able to bluff your way out of anything." He gave Samoset a look that said that he wasn't buying it, mostly because he'd yet to see him do any bluffing or use any sort of subterfuge. No, he was loud and hands on, not all sneaky and assassin like, at least from what Aysun had seen. Maybe he'd just had that effect on the guy? If that were the case that was something that pleased Aysun more then anything else in the world could. Aysun blinked a couple times, then started to laugh, "Wow, you really are pretty naive, aren't you? You really think that's all I do? That I run around with my pets and that is all?" He shook his head, "I doubt you could keep up with us on a lazy day." Alright, that was sort of an exageration as there were days, nice sunny ones, when the lot of them did nothing more then lazy about in the sun, but he wasn't about to tell Samoset that, not when the guy thought that he was lazy or something. Puffing up a bit he started over to where Maw was standing, "He isn't unsightly, no beast is." He said, lifting his hands up to pet the janarim, "You just don't understand... well, any of what we do, so of course you'd have such silly things." Turning to the janarim he said in a reassuring tone of voice, "It's alright, Maw, he just doesn't know you like I do, so of course he'd say such mean stuff."

Samoset's face lit up with a fury again. Well, if Aysun hadn't kissed his hand, Samoset wouldn't have kissed his lips! They were playing a teasing game and that was how those games went! ... Right? He glanced towards the other, his eyes meeting Aysun's for moment, and darted them away. No, it was a game. Just a game. They were messing with each other. A dark hand rose to clutch at his poncho and lowered shakily again to his side.
"I bet you a sack of jewels that I could keep up with you, even on a lazy day!" He snapped, furrowing his brow. He had absolutely no idea how he'd manage to keep that bet, but, surely Aysun wouldn't take that bet as truth. He wasn't that stupid. The hybrid blinked at his thoughts. Wasn't he just calling Aysun stupid ten minutes ago? He shook his head. Ugggh, he needed a nap, or a drink, not that his father would ever let him have a swig over something as small as this. Maybe if he snuck some? Did his father even drink? He'd never actually seen Yaholo drink alcohol... He spent a little bit of time paused in thought before finally turning his attention back to Aysun.
"I may not understand, but I know something displeasing when I see it." He sighed, patting Tambri's head as she poked it out again. "Oi, Tambri, stop hissing and stay in your pouch. There's no need to be so fussy, silly lizard."

Aysun gave a little chuckle, "I will bet you anything that you will be crying before the day is out. Oh, my feet are tired, the work is too hard, I want to go home!" He said, trying to do his best impression of Samoset before he gave a grin, "I suppose we will see, provided of course you actually show up to help out one day." He really doubted that he would, but at least that meant that he would automatically win, something that would please Aysun like nothing else. Not as though he wanted to lose a bet to someone like Samoset he thought to himself, giving a little snort.
His attention turned back to Maw, with him happily scratching him under the chin and cooing about how cute he was, that was until the one called Tambri popped up. Turning slowly Aysun found himself starring, his blue eyes going wide, before he hurried forward toward Samoset. It was as though his desire to be away from him had been forgotten as the pretty, brightly colored creature popped her head out, "Oh! Wow! What is that?" He asked, sounding suddenly far more excited and far more friendly then he had been mere moments ago when he was taunting Samoset.
Of course the fact that he had an animal that Aysun had never seen before would do that to him. Aysun was nothing if not completely biased toward animals after all. Leaning in he gave Tambri a smile, "You're quite a beauty, aren't you? Where did you come from?" It was like nothing he'd ever seen before, which had him that much more interested.

Tambri wasn't sure what to make of this strange, not Samoset human as he approached her, and recoiled towards the back of Samoset's neck. Samoset, in response to her recoiling, gently smoothed a finger across her forehead and made a cooing sound.
"It's okay, Tambri." He hushed, covering her with his dreads before looking back at Aysun. "This is Tambri, my Alol. I got her as a gift from my brother. She's not the most.. Uh... Welcoming of lizards, but she's pretty?"
He chuckled as Tambri's tongue flicked back and forth from under his dreads and moved one aside. Silly little lizard, if she was curious about Aysun, she'd need to be able to see him. He tapped at his shoulder and smiled when she seemed to want to inch forward, only to shake his head when she retreated back to her shoulder pouch.
"Silly girl, Aysun wouldn't hurt you." He said, pausing sharply soon after, a soft blush crossing his cheeks. "... Because he takes such good care of his animals already..."

Aysun's blue eyes were wide with delight as he stepped that much closer to Samoset, getting into his personal space as he looked Tambri over, "Wow, she's so beautiful! So a gift from your brother, huh? I shouldn't be surprised, surely he must be nice to you at least." Even if he didn't care for him... then again that was a while ago that he had met the guy. Maybe he was better now? Not that he was too worried about it, he doubted they would really be making friends any time soon. Heck, he didn't even know where the guy was.
Giving a smile as the Alol came into view he said, "Hello there Tambri." He said, lifting a hand to give a little wave to her, "Pretty girl, you don't have to worry about me, I am quite safe. I am a great fan of beautiful creatures like you. If you ever feel up to it I would love to be able to see you, maybe hold you?" He said in a gentle voice that he'd never used around Samoset before, never really having reason to do so.
Giving a happy laugh he looked up at Samoset, his joy showing in his eyes, as he said, "She's quite amazing. I hope she comes to trust me one day. Now I want to go to where the Alol live and try to find one to call my own."

Tambri poked her head out from her pouch and gave Aysun another once over. He sounded nice... Maybe just a tongue flick or two at his hand would be alright? She wiggled forward, flicked her tongue towards Aysun, and fled back to her pouch again. Nope! This human was too much for her right now!
Samoset couldn't help but laugh at how Tambri was acting. What was so daunting about Aysun? Samoset thought he was far more scary, but he supposed she was used to him, which was why she was behaving so oddly. He gave the pouch a pat as she wiggled her way into a comfortable position and looked to Aysun, his expression becoming slightly awed. Aysun was enthusiastic, wasn't he? The way he was so excited over seeing a new animal and chatting about it... It was a pretty endearing quality. Samoset's eyes grew fond, only to widen in fear. Oh, no, NO. These feelings were meant for another, someone who was thankfully far away from here right now! He hated to think of how she'd react to seeing him looking so fondly at Aysun, but he was assured she would be appalled, and hurt.
"Uh, huh, yeah, me too...?" He replied, forcing his gaze to look elsewhere. "I'm pretty sure they're native to Oba or that place where the fish people are from, Makori, or something like that. My brother never explained how he got Tambri, but maybe if you go there you could try and catch one? I don't know much about taming so I don't know what you'd need to do exactly..."

Aysun lifted a hand, looking as though he wanted to do as Samoset was doing, to gently pat the pouch she was hiding in. He stopped himself though, he had to wait for her to be comfortable, to wait until she was ready to meet him. He drew his hand back, giving a smile before he looked up at Samoset once more. His look became thoughtful, "Oba or Ma... kori?" Was it Makori? He couldn't recall, when that woman Neska was chatting about herself and where she was from he'd been far more distracted by the Yaotl. Oops. Either way he found himself wanting to go to Oba, or maybe the place the Water Tribe came from, and see what he might be able to find there animal wise.
Turning he called over to Maw, "Hey! Maw! We should consider going to Oba sometime! Maybe we can get you a girlfriend!" He called over to the janarim, giving a chuckle before turning back to Samoset, giving him a smile, "Thanks for the tip, we might consider going there... though I am sure my parents would freak out over the idea." He was more then certain that all of his family members would have collective heart attacks over the idea of Aysun going to Oba given that they didn't care for those who lived there. He couldn't say he much trusted them but surely he'd be able to avoid with them, right? Just go looking for new animals and leave the people alone? He would have to think about it.

Samoset couldn't help but scoff. A girlfriend, for that creature? Sure, why not? Why not add to the growing collection of disturbing and ugly animals in this side of the world? It would only be for Aysun's benefit, he supposed, to have a hoard of these creatures. Honestly, Samoset didn't see the glory in traveling great lengths for something, or really, traveling to begin with. His homeland was good enough of an adventure. After all, he'd had quite a trip just bumping into Aysun like this today, and he was bloody well exhausted already. Imagining how tired he'd be if he were to go on an adventure was unfathomable and a sigh slipped from his lips. No, he was content here, there was absolutely no need to leave Jauhar, and he was certain there would never be one.
"You're welcome?" He replied, giving his head a tilt. "Honestly, I don't see the glamour in traveling. My brother's the sort for that, I like my house and home just fine. I wish you luck on your journey, though, if you decided to take one, that is."

"I suppose I see travel as a good thing since I have been moving about since I can remember. Between where my mom lives, my dad lives, and uncles live, moving around is just... normal. So why no go out a little further if it means finding something interesting or getting to discover a new creature?" He gave a grin before turning around, giving a whistle, "Maw! Come on, we are going to get going now!" He called out to the the janarim, calling him over.
He was quick to pull himself up onto the janarim's back before looking over at Sam, "Don't forget, even if you are a homebody you still have to spend a day with me taking care of my beasts. I can't let you spend forever thinking that what I do is easy." He said to the other guy, giving him a grin before nudging the janarim in the side, getting him moving away from Sam. He had to get going, to see to it that his 'animal army' were all taken care of and fed. He had enjoyed the time chatting with Sam, save for that whole getting his life threatened part, though he wouldn't tell Sam that. He didn't want anyone thinking that he was getting soft toward him or something.
