As soon as the attack was called, she was physically following it with her own right elbow heading straight for the human like youma's body. She was aiming for the area hit hardest by Sidouer's attack with the intent to hit and get out of the way of the other attacks.
Last thing they needed was to be hitting each other.

Falias Current HP: 40/40 // Attacking for 6 damage
It wasn't until the end that Falias realised that one of the kids had been hit in the arrow attack. The blue-haired one - the one that had screamed at them all to stop.
He would have intervened, annoying mouthiness or no she was just a kid, but Sarras had got there first and Falias had known that the kid would be safe with the Cosmos Knight.
So he had followed after those heading west.
It hadn't taken long for him to realise that the fairground seemed to be where they were all heading to or that this particular fairground merited further investigation - especially given the chaotic flare of the youma aura that appeared to be acting as the welcoming committee.
Except this youma... For a good few moments Falias couldn't help but stare the youma, dressed in what was unmistakably a senshi outfit in a mixture of shock, pity and horror - was this what the Negaverse had been doing to those they had taken? Turning people into this mockery?
Would those gathered find more people like this and like that tortured woman?
He strode forward.
His weapon wouldn't do much and nor could he do anything for the once senshi and now youma, expression twisted into something grotesque as it continued to talk about playing with them.
He couldn't help it, that had been once a person.
He swung at it, managed to avoid its counter-attack.
Liryn Current HP: 31/40 // Attacking for 20 damage
It had been a while since the whole PSSG had been together as a team. Between Ida being up on her asteroid and Tsui being not around, it had ended up leaving pretty much him and Athene.
And Athene had been trying to do too much on his own.
Not that the PSSG was a full team, but four was so much better than two.
Athene's phone had pinged with an incoming message just as the two of them had been about to set off in the direction of the funfair.
He had been expecting Ash, or maybe Thraen - after all Athene had been in contact with both to pass along information.
It had ended up being neither, the sender a surprise given that she was supposed to still be away, because the sender had been Ida.
And when she caught up to them she had brought a second, just as welcome, surprise - because she had brought along Tsui.
Knowing that they were on the right track, that they were getting closer to their people wasn't warning enough for what the Negaverse had left for them and purplish eyes had ended up staring at what had once been a senshi in horror, a feline mew of distress escaping him as he took in the shattered brooch and the torn clothing and twisted features.
And then he got angry.
Was this what the Negaverse had been doing with their people. This?!
He bristled and headed towards the once senshi, although his anger was for the Negaverse rather than the youma as he launched himself at the youma and his purplish eyes were sad as he swiped at the twisted thing that had once been one of theirs.
Direct was good - he managed to get a hit - could feel that he'd got a hit in but it had also left him open to the ball things to battered his side painfully.

His cartwheeling about didn't stop and will the barrage of attacks through at him, even the half hearted ones he was quickly loosing his steam. His anger remained. He was angry at the his comrades for not rescuing him, until it was too late.
"You shall pay. Pay for the slights in the funhouse! What fun, what fun! To come home to the darkness!"
His hands once again made it the ground and he pushed down causing the sharp hot spikes of air to shoot up fast from the ground.
Athene Current HP: 36/40 // Attacking for 10 damage
It had been Ash's blast message that alerted Ida out on space on her asteroid and the first thing she'd done on returning to earth was message him.
Athene hadn't expected it when his phone had pinged with an incoming message not long after sending through his update to Ash and Thraen and for a few long moments he had thought that maybe he was more tired that he'd thought when he looked at the phone and seen Ida's name on the incoming message.
And then when she'd caught up with them she had brought Tsui, the team mostly together for the first time in a long, long time.
It hadn't taken long for them to reach the funfair, Athene picking up on a youma aura as they approached.
But the source...
Athene had always assumed youma monsters, seen them as dangerous creatures that needed to be dusted as quickly as possible before they could go out and hurt people.
In part this was due to the City Council meeting that had taken place when all the civilians had gone missing and where the Negaverse had used youma to devastating effect.
But he had never thought to think where youma had come from, never seen them as anything other than dangerous monsters,
I have never killed anyone in this war... He'd been so certain of those words, so sure but the lie was there confronting him in his face in the form of something that had unmistakably once been a senshi.
How many youma had he dusted over his time as a senshi? He had no idea of numbers but knew that it was many - so so very many.
And he knew, knew that he had to do his best to dust this one too for all that there was a horrible churning feeling in his stomach... For all that he felt his eyes burn.
He tapped a last update in his phone, this one briefer than last:

Ash, Thraen I think we may have found it.
Tell the Watch that they need to go West - to the funfair. The Negaverse has a youma guarding it, going to help dust it.
He hit send, was in time to see Liryn hit with some ball things and that Ida had been hurt as well as he turned.
Darting forward he swung at the youma eyes still stinging, even a sharp spike of air slashed at and stung his side.
Sidouer hadn’t known what to expect when the humanoid creature pressed his palms against the ground till it was too late. Beside her a a pyre of hot air erupted from the ground sending searing pain shooting up her right leg. A yelp of pain was startled from her as she jumped sideways to avoid prolonged exposure to the attack.
“Son of a…” she hissed through clenched teeth all the while applying pressure to the burn through her knee height boots.
Jumping in without observing, how stupid could she be? All it did was leave her vulnerable to attacks she wasn’t privy to. Leaning over she chose a more ranged approach and dug a partially exposed rock out from under the topsoil beside her foot. She weighed it in her hand tossing it in the air once, then twice. Definitely not as light as a skipping rock but not too heavy to fall short of the moving target.
Jade-pink eyes watched as the creature moved, calculating the stride of each step, patiently waiting for the moment to throw the object in her hand, hurtling it towards all the while hoping it hit true.
Once the elbow had made contact, Phact used the split second she had to get out of the way. Just as she was about to follow her fellow senshi back into for an attack, she pulled back.
Her eyes caught the movement towards the ground and instead of jumping forward, she pushed backwards on her heels and gave herself enough space to avoid the hot pyres.
"Sidouer, you alright?" She called out, quickly scanning the area before deciding her next move. A quick process and she decided to follow the other's lead. A toe in the ground, some mud on the boots and gloves, and Phact was aiming a large stone at the forehead of the strange creature.
Falias Current HP: 36/40 // Attacking for 12 damage
Falias missed the balls that the youma sent in their direction as he? It laughed maniacally at them, although he attempt to swing at the thing was, if he was going to be frank, pathetic.
He wasn't going to admit to that out loud though.
He moved in as the youma switched from laughing to ranting at how they were going to pay instead, a chill slithering down his spine as the once senshi talked about the fun house even as it's hands touched ground.
He lunged forward and then found himself stumbling with a yelp as a sharp spike of air slashed at his leg, sheer dumb luck turning it into a lunge forward as he attempted to swing at the thing with hopefully better success to his previous attempt.
Liryn Current HP: 31/40 // Attacking for 17 damage
Being hit by the coloured and (hard) balls wasn't enough to knock Liryn out from the fight and he dashed at the youma again.
Maybe it was the size, or mayhaps luck but he was able to avoid the spikes of air that the youma sent their way as it went from laughing at them to ranting about a fun house and about the darkness being home.
Despite managing to avoid the air spikes however others weren't so lucky, Athene, a white-haired senshi (Sidouer) and the Earth Squire who had been there back with the Lieutenant amongst those hit.
He tensed, sprang and swiped out again with his claws.
Chaldene had been following the clues like so many others and that was what brought him, like the others, to the fun house and to the sight of this...youma that was once a senshi. He kept back, being a bit late to the party as he was, and watched a moment. What had happened to this would be, had been, senshi? He would ask but not right now, now was certainly not the time for this. Did they really have to fight this former senshi in order to get to the others? Were the others like this? Would they be worse...is that was at all possible? The very idea of being a youma, being this once senshi, was such a horror - a blasphemy.
Shaking his head, literally, to push the thoughts aside he looked over the others assembled for this rescue. Should he team up with someone or just go in for the attack? Deciding to just go in for the attack he thought to keep the thing distracted, if possible, and control his movements as much as he could with his attack.
His arms rose and fingers laced together forming a gun like shape before he was blowing across the muzzle and whispering his attack. " Chaldene Wisp Lure."
Sailor Scout Attack: Chaldene Wisp Lure. Raising his hands, much like a child would when imitating a gun with their hands, Chaldene blows at the tip sending little wisps of blue energy at his opponent. These little wisps of energy would appear to do nothing at first, as they'd vanish upon "impact" with the opponent. But then the opponent would start seeing a wisp of light just in their peripheral and it would last twenty seconds. This wisp flashing in and out of being and in slightly different places, it would certainly be enough to distract most people. And that's all it is - a distraction, a distraction which can be used twice per battle.
If Chaldene is attacked the spell is broken and if the opponent is attacked it breaks the spell as well, snapping their attention to where it needs to be, for obvious reasons. If someone attacks the wisp it does nothing, the wisp will simply reform - it is after all just a wisp of light that vanishes and reappears anyway.
HP: 36/40 She took 4 hits of damage and did 12 hits of damage.
She didn't know how she'd happened upon this...battle but she had. The senshi of vampries was new to this all and was sure she wasn't ready for such a thing but she'd sensed all those order signatures while out walking the night, trying to find out anything she could about this whole kidnapping mess. It looks like she had found something but it was a lot of something, too much perhaps? She couldn't exactly turn back now though now could she? Nope, she didn't think so. So she did what little she could in the hopes of helping the others.
What they were fighting though looked like one of them, although he didn't feel it at all. "What happened...he looks like one of us...." Her voice was one of horror and surprise, and something indistinguishable. She wasn't sure what to think seeing this, especially when she didn't know just what she was looking at. She knew what this senshi looked like and felt like, he looked like some dirty dragged about person who was surviving in some zombie apocalypse - like in the movies. But he felt so wrong and yet looked like a sesnshi...of what though? Dirt?
She saw him reaching out and attacking others and decided upon a course of action rather quickly. Her hands cupped in front of her and brought up as if splashing someone in a pool as her attack was whispered out, or just above a whisper, and bats took to the air headed for him.
Sailor Scout Attack: Sailor Nephthys raises both her arms in front of her, as if splashing someone with something, as she calls her attack. This attack summons three bats, playing on the lore that vampires could turn into bats, and not only do they serve as a distraction but if they bite a person they drain that person(s) of energy. The bats actually do drain a victims energy, equivalent to pulling an all nighter. For those people it will be noticeable if they are using a lot of their own attacks or are very active in a battle. This attack can be aimed at more than one person, as there are three bats. They can be attacked and destroyed or avoided of course. This attack is an instant cast and the bats will last for fifteen seconds before vanishing of their own accord. The spell can be cast three times in battle.
Of course Palatine felt guilty. Maybe she'd been drinking a little too much the night the captives had been taken; maybe she could have somehow put a stop to it if she'd been a little more sober. But they'd been drained of energy too, hadn't they? How could anyone expect them to fight under those conditions? They were weakened and ambushed. The Negaverse played dirty.
Whatever this senshi-c**-youma was saying had to be a product of the darkness that now dwelled inside of him. And it was obvious to her now that, despite how much they might want to save him, it was already too late.
The others, though. They could save the others.
Palatine was unable to avoid the hot bursts of air this time around. She jumped back from one only to stumbled right into another. Her clothing protected her from much of it, though she felt the heat through it all the same. Her hands, however, were bare, and one caught a jet a steam before she could yank it away.
She hissed and shook it off. There wasn't any time to worry about that. Once she found a safe route Palatine went right back to fighting, relying on another kick now that her hand stung in pain.
Palatine does 18 damage. She is hit by the youma's attack.
She paused again, said “Touch of Plenty!” and tossed another clone of the metal rod Oberon's way.
She looked a little smug that her powers were more useful than Oberon's. For the moment, however, she kept the gloating to herself. As much as she would have liked to brag and hold it over Oberon's head, she recognized that now really wasn't the time. They had a mission to complete. The longer they stalled, the less likely it'd be they'd get to the captives before they were all killed.
Or turned into an abomination like this.
In any case, she was a little surprised by how she and Oberon had been getting along since they'd both revealed themselves to be Senshi. The silly rivalry was still there, of course, but she thought they worked together pretty well in battle. It felt a little weird not to be bickering, but they were both fourteen now. Soon they'd be going to different schools. It was probably time they toned the rivalry down a bit anyway.
Perdita dodged another jet of hot air and moved in to take another swing at the youma. Surprisingly she felt very little guilt for what she was doing, even assuming this monster had once been a Senshi like her.
Perdita does 16 damage. She avoids the youma's attack.
Lucasta howled loudly as hot air rose fast from the ground and singed one of her front paws. She snarled at the youma, teeth bared, and limped around a few steps to make sure she was still able to walk. Her paw was tender to the touch, but she could still function.
Nothing was going to tear her away from this fight anyway. If it happened to be her first fight she paid the thought no mind. There was a Senshi she meant to save. Ideally they'd save all of the captives, yet Lucasta could deal with the rest dying so long as one remained alive. Perhaps it was heartless of her to feel such things.
She'd never pretended not to be.
Once the pain receded enough for her to walk without too much of a noticeable limp, Lucasta made her next strike, swiping the claws of her good paw at the youma's other leg.
Lucasta does 9 damage. She is hit by the youma's attack.
