He had forgotten the fact that Mirai and the others had vanished before Kain made himself known to all. With a wide grin on his face, Vincent clearly admired this man as he spoke about him. "Well, I would love nothing more than to tell you who he is, but showing you would be far better. So, once we are finished here, I'll introduce you to him later." Vincent didn't want to bombard Mirai with too much information at a time, so he figured that he'll reveal Kain's identity to her when she can fully comprehend her current situation. "However, right now, we need to have the others meet up here so we can inform you all of everything." Vincent glanced around then, "Where are they?" he asked himself.

As a young white-haired male came to him, Vincent would focus his attention him. "Emit? You mean the one that is held prisoner at the moment?" he asked. "Well, after the kishin Atlas, had regained his full power, most of the world was bathed in an incredibly powerful madness. It was reported that Emit, being in such close proximity to Atlas, suffered from an extreme overdose of madness and became consumed by it. He then went on a rampage and was later subdued by the guardian of Section Five. As of now, he is being held in the DDC, under close watch." Vincent told the boy.

Future Stein took a folded paper from his lab coat and handed it to Stein."If it so happens that you remember this situation or can bring items through that portal, I want you to have this.I wrote all of my failed attempts on it.If you remember it, you'll be able to learn from my failed attempts and possibly find the solution sooner.I've worked so hard but I've made my dearest goddess and my children wait.However,that does not mean that you will as well if you remember that page.I have a copy so you needn't worry about me.'' future Stein said.Stein read the page.It was organized yet small handwriting because there was alot of trials on both the front and back of the page.''Hai Mother.She is lovely and a talented meister.She might be at the library right now...We both kind of do our own thing now that we're older but I watched out for her and am a good big brother.I've always kept her from being bullied and helped her with her homework.'' Hearing the young boy's question, Vincent would shrug. "No one knows how he got infected, but we are doing all we can in order to figure that out so that we can prepare ourselves. I'm afraid what I've told you is the extent of my knowledge." Vincent told him before hearing Emma and walking towards her. "Seriously, at a time like this, they still go off on their own?" he asked, not really expecting Emma to answer. Just then another person would come up and ask him about someone else. Vincent had to think for a bit, as he mentioned the name Max, he recalled him. "Oh, Max is one of the city's protectors. He was given the position by Lady Death, so he is probably around here making sure that there are no creatures remaining. From what I know about him, he has a family and is really strong, but we can save all this for later. Right now, I need to fill you all in." Vincent glanced at Emma, "Well, we may as well get on with this meeting and tell everyone the situation at hand." he told her before turning around to face everyone. "Alright, everyone. Since time is of the essence, we'll get this meeting on the way." he announced. "First things first, I'm sure it's obvious that you are not in the Death City that you once knew. I'll have you recall what happened back at the Plains. My sister got into a fierce battle against the one you know as Noira and another woman. During that battle, my sister, unknowingly, caused a split in time and space. This created that wormhole-like portal that dragged you all into it. The wormhole was what brought you here. Twenty years into the future." Vincent would go and get that part of the matter out of the way. "As to the creatures that you fought upon arriving here, they were sent as nothing more than pawns at the behest of the second Kishin Atlas. After you all went into the wormhole, Atlas along with a group we now know as the Order of Saints, swiftly rose to power. Sensing the threat that Atlas held, some of the world's bravest and strongest warriors set out to kill him before he could fully awaken his powers. Sadly, their attempt ended with their deaths and with Atlas regaining his complete power." Vincent glanced towards Emma, before focusing back on all of the others. "With his power at its fullest, Atlas, along with the Order, went on a crusade, going from continent to continent, killing people and leveling cities. As of now, Atlas has control over 25% of the world. He rules over all of Europe, Central America, South America and some of Asia. Right now, the only places that are able to resist his power is all of Africa, the Arctics and all of North America. We are only able to fight back because of an incredibly risky, yet highly useful experimental procedure, that takes the souls of deceased humans, witches, demons and kishins and by using the combined forces of magic and science, implants them into hosts that are compatible. If they are not, the live host will be ripped apart, if they survive, they will have incredible powers. We call this experiment: Soul Infusion." Vincent stopped once more, looking at Mirai. "Most of the guardians of the sections you've just come from, have undergone these experiments, including myself. As Death City houses most of the world's strongest beings, Atlas sees us as the only true threat to his reign, which is why he has sent the majority of his army after us. Thus we come back to the creatures you faced earlier. While we expected you to come here, we do not wish for any of you to interfere. We cannot allows any harm to come you all. As we speak, I have some of my best and brightest students working on a spell that may be able to send you back from where you came. However, it will take three days before we can gather the necessary ingredients and powerful witches. Until then, you are stuck here." Vincent sighed then as he was not really the type of guy to speak out in front of people, even though he is the Principle/Headmaster of the DMA. "Anything I left out, Emma?"

Elliot said.''Oh, I remember that thing.I ignored it when I first moved in.It came with the hospital.I didn't think Lord Death would let things get bad enough that I'd need to take shelter there.This would be a good time to use it though.It'll be a fun mini-vacation, Janice-san.We can meet Diana-chan and catch up with our future children.'' ➟ Takeshi couldn't believe all of this. Not only were they supposedly in the future, but now there was a major threat that had taken over several countries. For some strange reason he began to care for Asia, or more importantly, his hometown in Japan where he was born. Yes he had some issues with his...'home', but it was where he was born and grew up, he could't just shrug off that this Atlas character may have very well taken control of his home. He wanted to stop Vincent there and ask more questions, but it was important that he finish, finally Takeshi was getting the answers he was hoping for, but it probably would have been better if he hadn't found out in the first place. "Well that's just great. The future sure does seem bright now, doesn't it Xuza?" He spoke in a sarcastic tone knowing full well that Xuza was unconscious, he was a little annoyed that Shibusen wasn't able to take on this threat years ago. He listened further a little further but didn't speak again until Vincent stopped. "Soul...infusion? Whatever it is, it sounds dangerous. Souls aren't toys and I'd expect it to be a crime against nature, taking the souls of others for your own personal gain. It doesn't sound much different from what the meisters are suppose to prevent from happening, kishin. Taking those souls for your own personal gain?" Takeshi wasn't at all pleased to hear this, he felt strongly against such experimentation. The young boy may have been cranky after all that had happened in his time and today, but his firm stance against Soul Infusion was honest. It did occur to him that they wouldn't be doing it without reason, however. It only proved how badly Atlas had pushed the inhabitants of death city to go. "I-I'm sorry. I just... Look, it couldn't have been easy for you. I was out of line and I'm...frankly I'm just a little mad that this "Atlas" gained so much power. Surely someone would have stopped him, or so I would assume had I not been on this great big journey." He took a deep breathe, not even bothering to ask what he himself had been up to. If he thought about it hard then he might have assumed he died trying to stop Atlas, he knew how badly he wanted to be a hero and save lives.
