He looked back at Rhys. "I'll lend you a hand if you need one. I don't mind helping out." He said with his casual bright smile, tugging out his wallet again so that he could pay his half of the bill. ► Rhys pulled out her wallet when she saw Mithllo motion for the check. She doubted it would take too long to get the checks. In the mean time, Mithllo decided to comment on her mood. She rolled her eyes, pouting. "Angry isn't my default," she said, thought that really was debatable. It was more like irritable was her default, but only when people she didn't care for came around. Which was Mithllo, at the time. "You just really know how to piss me off is all," she said, feeling a little prickly about being called out on how angry she was. "It's not interesting work. I'm just going to be taking care of my plants for a while. And the drive is boring alone." Really, she'd be working, and working wasn't that fun. "I don't exactly know what we'd do if we met up later." That wasn't mean to open a doorway into being suggestive, but it could be taken there.
The waitress came over with the checks, and Rhys reluctantly pulled her hand away from Mithllo's to fish out her money. She always carried around some cash to pay for less expensive stuff, that way she didn't unintentionally blow her money on buying lots of small things. "So, what'll it be?" she asked, putting her wallet back in her pocket. She wasn't sure whether or not to offer her hand again. It'd been a long time since she dated.

"I never said angry was your default. I was merely stating the fact, your mood seems to have improved a lot since we started having lunch." He pointed out, flashing her a smile. "I get that a lot. Finding out what really riles a person up is also one of my specialties."
He shrugged his shoulders, "I don't mind if it's boring. As I said, I've got no plans until I receive orders, and I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon." He remarked with a gesture of his hand. Then he flashed another smile, "I'll try and think of something." He offered with a chuckle.
"I'm in, it sounds like it'll be fun so how could I possibly refuse." He answered, rocking back on his heels a little.

► Rhys raised an eyebrow at Mithllo. She really didn't expect him to have such a genuine reply in regards to her mood. She got up from her seat and stood in front of him. "Keep talking like that and it almost sounds like you care about me," she joked, moving to his side and draping an arm around him. "Guess I acquired a taste for Black Licorice or you got nicer."[/b] She lead them out of the cafe and to her car. "Guess you'll get to see my place before mother's day." She rolled her eyes, trying not to let Mithllo get his hopes up to high. "I appreciate the help," she said.

He teased before flashing his winning smile up to her. "I told you CherryPop, Black Licorice is an acquired taste."
He nodded up at her, "Oh good to hear. I'm sure it'll be plenty of fun." He remarked not minding the arm around him following her lead.
