He turned, watching her in mild annoyance as she curled up into his clothing. At the worst they'd just smell like her later, which wasn't really a bad thing; more like anyone who passed him would smell a girl and not a man. "Don't care how mad you are, I ain't wearin' girl clothes." He drawled with a stubborn air, crossing his arms over his bare torso. Her sass knew no bounds, and his brow twitched in further annoyance. She did not look better in his clothes. They were his clothes! He looked better in them, dammit!

Maebe's smile twitched, but only for a moment. "I know." She murmured, feigning sadness. "I only said you would look good in them. I didn't say you'd actually wear them. You'd have to be so much more comfortable with yourself to do something as bold as that." She pushed herself out of the comfortable nest she'd made, and pulled the shirt that she'd taken from the pile over her head. When it fell against her body, the fabric that was never meant to curve around feminine wiles did just that, and she returned to the bed to sit there, raising her knees up with her legs parted just enough to rest her hands between them. It was criminal, how well she knew how to use her body. It wasn't so much a seduction, as a picture perfect pose. "See? I know how good I look in yours. But you couldn't pull off, say, my short shorts, for example. And that's okay. We can't all be as good looking as me."

His face fell flat at all that came from her mouth. Of course, she did look killer in his shirt. She always did. He just felt that maybe it would be nice if his slim fitted shirts didn't stretch out thanks to her bosom. That was one more shirt that would belong to her now. With a soft roll of his eyes, he walked back to his clothes pile to grab himself the baggiest hoodie he owned. "You're right. We can't." He affirmed, sensing she might have been trying to tease him into actually trying it. But she'd been right the first time; he wasn't comfortable enough with himself to even think of trying it, even for laughs. Especially not for laughs. He pulled on his hoodie and fell back onto the bed, looking up at Maebe as she curled up ever so flirting. With a straight face, he made a heart shape with his hands over his chest.

As soon as he fell onto the bed, her charade crumpled, and she crawled over to sit beside him, her body pressing needily against his side. She looked down at the boy making heart shapes against his chest for her, and she reached out to touch the cute little symbol. She wondered at the way something so simple could make her feel. "I think you make me want to swoon, Otto." She informed him matter of factly. "I can't be sure. I do not swoon. But you and your pouty little face, and your heart shapes. Everything you do makes me want to get closer, like a needy little child. I think that is swooning. I don't know." She bent in, and took a deep breath, before pressing a kiss to his lips. "You've got me spellbound. I should be horrified. Deep down, I probably am." She smirked, and then bent lower, to kiss his chin. "It was here, by the way." With one finger, she tapped the spot she'd just kissed. "The next kiss was on your chin. Not your hand. I'll give you a freebie, just this once."

Self conscience and a little shy, the words Maebe uttered made Otto want to sink inside the bed for a safe place to blush. He had no words for the things she said. Was she speaking as a means to communicate her own feelings, or was she just trying to get him to writhe in awkward uncertainty? None of that mattered for a time once her lips reached his, and his heart has some reprieve of interpretations is brain was over thinking. However, she continued. Maybe it was a girl thing. Girls who read silly poems or read odd articles in magazines with unusual tastes in romance. Perhaps she really was confessing things she truly felt, but even still he wasn't sure how to reply. He knew well enough that a simple response like 'that's nice' would go over as well as an egg in front of a charging train. "Thanks for the freebie, but I forgot all the other steps." He admitted uncertainly, "And I already put a shirt on, so..." He tapped his lips, chancing some sass. "Lip service is all that's open now."

Playing the sass card after an admittance such as the one she'd just opened up to offer, was dangerous. Maebe stilled, and considered whether he would have to pay for his timing or not. It was a 50-50 split, and in the end, it was all luck that had her melting back against him instead of returning the sass without any more affection. "You are so damn lucky I love you." She informed him frankly, sliding up to lay gently in the crook of his arm, and press her lips against his. She gave him exactly what he wanted, without the worry that he would get used to always having his way. Even Otto probably knew that he was petting a cat with claws, when he sassed her like that. It just so happened that she was purring this time, perhaps because this foreign phenomenon of swooning was still affecting her judgement. "I could give you lip service." She muttered against his lips, as just a touch of sass began to seep back into her voice. "I presume you're not injured in places where lip service is most appreciated. Am I wrong?"

Funny enough, Otto wasn't a fan of cats because of said 50/50 behavioural patterns. Was it a coincidence it had taken him so long to fall for the coy and prickly Maebe Grace? She was a girl of acquired taste. Even running the risk of getting scratched, he lay in bed with the woman. Matters of the heart were often kept under tight lock and key, for both of them. When they came out, it was sometimes difficult to deal with. "I am lucky." He murmured back, managing to win the 50/50 lottery of Maebe's patience with him. Her alluring suggestion had his ear lobes turning red, his gaze flicking up and away from her in bashful thought. "You wouldn't be wrong.. Everything important should be working as usual."

In some ways, Maebe worried that Otto wasn't prepared for someone as brutal and forward as she was, but then she remembered their first few times together and felt silly for even considering it. She leaned in to kiss his lips, lingering there while her hands paved a gentle path down his body. The hoodie was a silly choice, but she was only concerned about the pants. "I'm very glad to hear that." She murmured professionally, as she undressed him. "And just in case, I'll be gentle, for once. I'll need you to heal quickly so you can return the favor." She was very slow, and very careful with the parts of his body that were still injured, but she still managed to show Otto just how much she really did miss him, without saying a word. Words were overrated anyway.
