That..was indeed kind of weird. Her brow furrowed as she thought about it. Why..would people be into that? Heidi tried really hard not to judge but that just kind of seemed to lean more toward the side of
creepy than appealing. Eugh.
"That's, uh...interesting." She'd hate to hear how people 'get weird' with something like that.
Heidi started collecting her leggings to put away properly.
"It's a long story, really. Some things happened with some people and I ended up here. Uhh long story short, home life wasn't terribly great, and so I was basically adopted by my best friend's family, but then everything came crashing down bit by bit for a couple years until I was at a point where I felt like I'd lost everything and all chances at my future soooo..here I am." She explained it as indifferently as she could manage, trying not to make a big deal out of it. Heidi didn't really want to give the more detailed version of events...mostly because she was realizing she couldn't remember some of it, and that worried her. Green eyes darted in the direction of Matilda's totem on her ear before she focused her attention down on the leggings again. There were a lot of them in all manner of colors and patterns; solid colors, shimmering patterns, bright colors, pale colors, neon, starry skies, everything. She had a growing collection.
"How'd you end up here?" It was only fair.
