October 18th, 2016: Zero Omega sup-qt Tickets/boxesHey guys!~ Was wondering if you would be able to give a rough timeframe of when the artist alley boxes will start to be accepted? Im just curious as mine is gonna be sent to my dad in the US, and hes coming over for a visit early November, and id like to know if he'll receive them in time to bring them over x3 <3 We're looking at accepting them this week, then moving into the shipping stage a couple weeks after. We're waiting for the final products to be delivered to us.

November 15th, 2016: Zero Omega roselessfaith Achievements Ok I have a question about the Convention Achievement. What is the fate for this one? does Gaia even attend any Conventions anymore? Because its one of the last ones that I need. Except for the little event a user held this past Halloween I havent heard of any events or conventions that Gaia attended. Is this just a basically dead achievement now? That sits there and taunts us. We still go out to conventions and hand out the achievement!

They never paid us our cut for the merchandise they were selling on our behalf, took the money for themselves, and ran. jeez. gonk no wonder why gaia never trusted anyone to do that again. i guess the company and people involved vanished completely before gaia could sue for breach of contract. >< I was only a mod at the time when we got swindled, so I didn't know about this until I was an employee (and I never asked why we didn't go after them), but if I had to guess it probably wasn't worth the money to fight out in court. Lawyers are expensive and we probably had reason to believe even if we had won, we wouldn't have been able to recoup the cost from the company. That being said, merchandise is also a tricky game. It's all fairly expensive and a risk at hopes it pays off. Lots of companies have lost a lot of money relying on merchandising, if your community doesn't spend the money on it, then you end up out a lot of money, and you also have used up a lot of storage space holding merchandise you can't do anything with. So the best advice I have to any community that wants to see their favorite company make merchandise is, you have to be willing to buy it, otherwise it's an idea that will quickly fade out.

One of the first things we want to bring back are physical merchandise. Many artists in Gaia HQ are eager to design more cool stuff for you guys! lanzer Geminai The Baby Paw In the past year or two the convention participation has been hard to track. We usually get notified at the start of the convention weekend and it was typically only around the San Jose area. Would Gaia want to return to touring more regularly (and planned) during convention season in the future? Ah, along with more merchandise we should also be appearing at conventions such as Fanime also. It's one of many things I haven't got around to planning yet, but we'll get there!

Zero Omega Renaissance Merch Ticket SubmissionQuestion: Last week during ATS I asked about my merch tickets and was told I would here by Friday. I have had no word and I have submitted a Kitten Star Pin Pack Ticket and a 2017 January Mini Birthday Box Ticket. It is now the deadline and I have no news cry Yeah, we're sorry, it's been wildly busy here. We're not going to do anything with the existing merch tickets until we make sure we've gotten back to everyone first. We'll have an update for when we plan to soulbind everything and start handing out gift cards once we get back to anyone who got to us before the actual deadline.
