I didn't know what to say next.
"It's... nice to meet you Zetro," I said. Why didn't he run away? I asked myself. Then again, considering the state he was in he'd probably seen worse than me.

Neo Heretic As heard Recca stop talking he looked at her. "I will need assistance in finding a top serect document that was lost in the city,you are ordered by the United States govermet to help me"Without hesitation Recca nodded, "I'll do it! I'll help!" she laughs, "any leads on where to look?" she asks.

After hearing what Sliver said he then too out a gun form its holster and showed that on itys side it had the offical stamp for the goverment and then put it back in his hoslter.He then turned to look at Recca "It is currently unkown where it that is why I need help."He told her.

Zetro waits for Angel's responce. "......... If you are not sure why you are here, then I'm heading to the tower." Zetro walks to the tower and uses his hover boots to walk acrose the water.

As he heard the converstion between Recca and Zetro he looked aronud the area he was in with his eyes.He then checked his watch that had a screen that showed his vital signs and any lethal gases in the area.Seeing none he then put one of his hands on a nozzle that was to the side of his mask that was connected to a type of oxygen tank and turned it.As that happened he took his mask off showing that he was a teenager who had darkblue eyes and messy jetblack hair.
