We're aware of this and right now there isn't a way to fix it, however, what you can do is report the person before you ignore them and then proceed to put them on your ignorelist.

With Loyal's change in admittance policy/procedure, a bunch of us received letters letting us know we had met the requirements to enter the shop/guild, though we had access prior. Because of the policy change are we going to be getting this message every 90 days now?
Some people also received the admittance letter multiple times (perhaps paired up with the 'sorry but you've been kicked out' one as well) and it sounds like they possibly had 30 tokens deducted for each admittance letter received. Can they file a ticket to be re-credited the excess tokens?
We're going to report this to our dev team to take a look into it and see what's going on, right now we'd like to advise you to not file a ticket on this to recover your tokens as the support team does not have a way to actually credit you the tokens. Instead, please feel free to post in that bug thread and we'll take down your username to look into this.

Demure Seraphic Fox and Silently Vigilant Hound were removed without notice from the Verge a while ago -- few people have been able to purchase it because before removal, they suffered a glitch where they could not be purchased at all. Was this a mistake, or will they be put back into Verge at some point?

They eventually had to be pulled manually. If any Gaians want to purchase these items, please file a Billing Ticket and our CS team will handle the transaction personally.

I made the item "Tryxachu" I have asked for this to be fixed before and I was told it would be fixed and it has not been fixed.
Tryxachu displays a moving glitch when in Towns/Rally/VH etc.

The names of the 'folders' in the Aquarium Inventory had some in invisible ink applied to them so that users have to fumble around blindly to find the link they want (at least on Chrome and IE - IE it happened over a year ago, Chrome maybe a month or so?). Could somebody maybe go in and rewrite them in a slightly more visible colour perhaps, please and thank you?
We can take a look at this but, it may be difficult due to the age of the code. It's reaching a point where it may need to entirely be rewritten. The last update we made to it, took a great deal of time due to just trying to track down a version of Flash and required libraries that could even compile the old code, then additional time updating some of it to no longer use deprecated commands. Now that more time has passed it won't be much easier. :/

Many users were kicked out of Loyal's due to what seemed like a glitch because each user received multiple pms from him within seconds of each other kicking them out, welcoming them and then kicking them out again. Have the qualifications for getting into Loyal's changed? If not, do these users have to wait for 90 days of logins again to gain access or was it just a glitch?

Access to Loyal's was changed about a month ago. Now each day that you log in (or check your My Gaia page, if you're set to "Remember Me") you receive a token. You need 30 tokens to gain access to Loyal's. What might be happening is that when your 30 days of access are up, he removes you from the shop, checks your token count, then readds you. He may be taking too many tokens then normal though, which would result in you being removed from the shop again. We'll confirm if this is actually the case and then address it.

Your long-defunct text system seems to be making a come back and has been bugging some users. Is this a glitch or intentional? There seems to be no way of turning it off. Even replying "STOP" doesn't work. I hope this isn't another forced announcement feature. This could get ugly if people report it to their cell providers. Sorry about the problem with the flash video ads. It's been especially cumbersome lately because Adobe is currently having problems with flash. :c It probably isn't something that we're actually going to be able to address as Adobe needs to patch Flash.

Earlier today there was a very rare instance of a GC sale being 50% or more off (I spotted 55% off). I'm not the only user who saw this and jumped at purchasing for the price.
A few minutes later, the sale ended and suddenly we have been left to worry if the sale was intended. Some users who bought cash during the short timeframe are scared to spend their GC (or Coupon Rewards) right away now.
Is it safe for the users to spend their cash, who bought cash during this short-lived sale today? (was it really intended, as we bought the Cash in good faith... it really seemed like an amazing sale to time with the tickets entering the Cash Shop again).

It was a glitch as we ended up accidentally doubling the GC discounts. If you bought the GC when it happened, don't worry, you just happened to get a good deal (like buying a 50-inch TV for $1 thanks to Wal-Mart) and nothing will happen to your account.

I noticed when my Gaiaversary came and went a week and a half ago that I didn't get my Loyalty Crown Bundle (on my original account; she does have access to the shop); I filed a ticket last week and am still waiting on it (not the issue here), but was just kind of wondering if it's something that's affecting everybody or if I was just unlucky? If it is everybody, and isn't fixed by then, when it gets to my other mule's Gaiaversary (I think sometime within the next month or so) do I have to file the ticket from that account or can I file it from this one? (and if I can file it from this one can I just wait until December so as to file for both?) -I asked this second part of questions in the ticket I filed, but if it's a common issue for them not to grant since the access requirements change it's nice to have that forum-visible answer-

What is up with the wing stickers? You said they're supposed to be updated daily, but they haven't been changed since day six, several weeks ago! Will there be a way for us to get the majority of stickers that were never put up? It really is unfair that we have to miss out on so many of them because someone couldn't remember to update the grant.

I've just deleted your data from the avatar builder table in the database. When the site cache expires this issues should be fixed for you. It may take a day to expire though, so try again around this time tomorrow. ...Sorry for having to make you wait, I don't have something offhand that will clear the cache for your data.

I put the wrong user number in Avatar Builder and locked myself out. I tried clearing my cache but that didn't help and it didn't reset last time you guys took Avatar Builder down for maintenance. Is there a way for me to reset it when it comes back on?
I don't think I fully understand the problem your having, can you elaborate a bit more? What do you mean by you locked yourself out?
I get a message that says invalid user data or something and could not find user, but there is no way for me to go back and put a different user data in. Whenever I click on the avatar builder that is the only message I get.
Sounds like your data somehow became corrupted. I've completely removed your ava from the builder database but you may have to wait for the data to cache bust before you can use it again. That may take anywhere from now to 24 hours. :/

I am still locked out of avatar builder after inputting a bad user number. One of the admins tried to help me last week by taking me off of the avatar builder for a bit to reset it but i am still getting this message.

The problem is that they enter an invalid ID, like 123$, so the db query kinda ya'know, breaks and whatever you're doing on the backend, it isn't handling it.
You should have form validation check to make sure it's only a number that is being submitted.
There is form validation, in this particular case that is not what is going on. I'll have to take a closer look to pinpoint it.

Seems like whatever you entered didn't get caught by the existing checks, will help to know what exactly was put in so we can see why.

So, I don't know if you all noticed but, there's been something strange going on with Loyal, he's sent me 2 inventions to the Loyal's Bazaar, at first I assumed this was because I got enough tokens to have two memberships, (But, technically I still only have one.) So, at first I passed this off but, when I was talking to a friend and she mentioned that she got four notifications about her no longer having membership to his store. Now I knew something was up, after asking a few of my friends about it, they said it could have been an issue with the database, can you confirm this and will the issue be resolved?

Are you guys aware that it can be difficult to go to the next page of a thread while the page is loading because the next page link won't work. Sometimes a page hangs for a long time loading for me because of gifs in people's signatures leaving me having to refresh the page several times just so I can go to the next page. This issue also might not be because of Gaia but bettergaia but I'm pretty sure it was happening before I installed bettergaia
Hmmm, likely due to the js waiting for the dom to finish, or some similar issue. We'll have to dig deeper into this. For the moment you can also try playing with the difference signature options in preferences to see if that helps as well.

Events: [Lake Kindred] I've noticed the Stamina for my Kin goes through some weird stuff. I don't think it's supposed to be this way. If one of my Kins is KO'd, they usually an extremely disproportionate amount of Stamina for some reason. I did some testing:

Several different Kin have glitched rewards at this time. It's a tad frustrating, especially with running a guide. Users have reported the following Kin with rewards that are just a blank screen. Can we get the Bottle of Poison item either sealed again or fixed?
At this time Bottle of Poison, when used in battle, either causes a Run Time Error, or causes 50 damage to the enemy. It's been like this ever since they were unsealed. I love the idea of them doing 50 damage, but the description states that it inflicts poison and not direct damage.

There is an issue with the free cash offers, sometimes the offer takes up a lot of space and we are unable to scroll over to finish the task in order to get the cash. A couple of people have posted about it in the bug reports, but no one has responded with a fix. Is there any way that you could fix this please? Not being able to complete offers is pretty annoying.

While he's poisoned if you use any potion there's about a 80% chance he'll heal himself then still attack, this is something that doesn't happen when he's not poisoned On top of that he seems very prone to just absorb some of my attacks too

Myself, and from what I've seen many other people, have had an issue regarding Loyal's Bazaar. Namely, getting several acceptance PMs from Loyal, and then another PM to notify them/myself that they've been kicked from the Bazaar for not having enough tickets despite the fact they had more than enough to warrant continued access. Is there a reason this issue with Loyal and his Bazaar hasn't been fixed yet and that we've not heard anything from staff about the problem yet? There's a three page thread in the Bug Report forum about it and no one there has received a staff response yet. It's just a little frustrating. @ u @;
I believe during last ATS something like this came up, we had taken a look but couldn't duplicate the issue. We can take another look.

Hi~! I'm not sure if this issue's been fixed yet, however, I still have three presents from way back in December that still can't be opened due to the not_in_serial_owner_location. I've sent in a ticket a few months ago, but progress hasn't really been made on it. I've tried messaging Blue or Zero (can't really remmeber who I sent it to), but I never got a response.
Hmm, for now try submitting another ticket. I'll poke Zello.

Hello as usual staff! I sent Zero Omega a PM yesterday about this but, I feel the need to bring it up again, while I was grinding last night, I managed to get my Period Cabochomp to level 14 and there was no reward, I know someone has already mentioned that some kin have bugged rewards but, is there going to be a fix later so that everyone who had issues with this can get their rewards and prevent users from having an issue with this later on.

So, people found a problem about one of the current event achievements. On the list, one of them says "Help others Boost 100 times!" However, this is incorrect. It's actually suppose to be 500. Is there a way we can get the typo fixed or the actual achievement changed to 100?
I'm requesting this change from our devs now.

For the current Event ongoing (Force to Be Reckoned With), should we already be receiving our Achievements once we've done what needs to be done to get them?
I ask this because I haven't received any of them and I'm pretty sure I've satisfied the requirements for all of them already and even if I haven't I have satisfied the requirements for a few of them including the ones obtained by donating Boosts to the NPC Groups.
The achievements will be pushed at the end of the event, if you have satisfied the requirements you will be getting it once it is over.

A month or so ago I pointed out that the thumbnail for Monstrous Mistress Doragun didn't match the rest of the set.... and it looks like somebody tried to change it, but instead the leg pose shows up as the horn pose. So it looks like there's 2 horn poses now (and the thumbnails still don't match). gonk

I don't know if you're aware of it yet, but several users have reported in the Bugs Report forum that they can't buy certain stuff from Loyal's store. For me, I can't buy the Temple Gate packs. I go through the entire buying process but my gold still remains the same, and it's not in my inventory either. Can you please fix this?

There are several reports of prizes not paying out, (or 1st place receiving the 2nd place payout (like I did)) in the runway bug forum. Should people whos prizes where paid out wrong submit a ticket, or is this being worked on?
For now sumbit a ticket with the contest you entered. The payouts are done via an automated cron that runs in the early morning. We'll check with our operations team to make sure they are being executed properly.

Some people have been reporting that they are getting second or third place prizes in Runway, whereas they are being featured in a different place among the three winners.
Is there any way of knowing what causes this? Is it because they might be getting the same amount of votes?
It's likely due to the entries being neck and neck and the positioning changing just before the Runway ended. The "leaderboard" (top 5) updates once an hour so the order could be up to an hour outdated when the Runway ends.

So exactly a month ago, I got PM'd several times and kicked out of Loyal's. I had logged in every day since the implementation of the coin system for Loyal's, but after the ordeal... I only had 19 tokens and still no access?
So based on how much I should have had, how many other people said they had, as well as watching how much was drained from my friend (before and after), I was able to determine that is was 30 coins per PM that welcomed you to the Bazaar. I lost 150 total (which is 450 days worth). Please, fix this. This really isn't fair and it has happened to several people.
Why haven't you formally addressed this? I have had this thread up for a month, PM'd four different staff members, quoted several of you twice... My PM's have disappeared, but I got no response. It is hard not to feel ignored...

Features Hey! In the avvie builder, EIs have not formatting correctly for me nor any of my friends--they were too long which led to no one being able to use the end poses and you couldn't not X out of them because the X was at the end that refused to show. Is there any way you guys can fix this?
Yeah, we might be able to do something where pressing "Esc" or something will also close it out.

This is the first time I'm participating in AtS so I'm not sure if this is the right category or if this has been answered before, but:
Are y'all planning on doing something to fix the inventory item limit glitch? One of my friends recently purchased a large sum of philosopher caches and eventually exceeded the item limit. Now he's unable to access his inventory normally (he has to use the old inventory arranger), update his avatar, or even post in forums for some reason. He isn't really allowed to do anything now because of the glitch.
We know about the problems users face when they get too many items in their inventory and are seeing what we can do about it. In the mean time, have your friend file a ticket and we should be able to help him out!

The kindred game is nice and all but I am getting fed up with the captchas not loading. Today I used up 4 small heals and 2 singes to kill shadowjack and it gets stuck in loading the image captcha so not only did I lose a kill but several potions that I bought. Please fix this.

The Game crashes every 5 Minutes with an "oh no" Message on a blank Page. On Chrome. I posted this Issue on the Bug Report Forum a Week ago, but no one knew anything about it. Same Issue occurs when two of my Friends play. Does anyone know what is causing it and how to fix it? The Game does seem to work on Firefox though. So whats wrong with Chrome I wonder? Can you recommend a certain Browser to play Lake Kindred?
It appears to be glitched. A few of us have reached level 15. (I even completed level 15) It is not grantin'. Is there a way it could get fixed.
