Xain looked staraight into the fire again for a while when he heard someone walking in. He looked up and saw an Elvish Princess coming into the room. Xain didn't say anything and looked around the room again. That's when he saw another princess, according to his record of the species called "Wolf-Human" Basically a human with wolf-ears.
He grunted and stood up, walked over to the bookshelves, took a book and went back to the couch to sit down and read.

Niya paused for a moment after entering the livingroom. Far less books than home... She though, strucked by a sore homesickness.
She gazed around the room and rested her eyes upon what she clearly saw was a princess. Taking two more steps into the room Niya gracefully nodded her head towards the princess and spoke warmly "Greetings..." She would not guess a title, so she turned her eyes to the prince sitting in a couch.
Hm...no, that cannot be him, he is not elven nor human, is he?
She suddenly felt uncomfortable, but offered him the same gesture as she had offered the wolf princess.
For all her father had told her she could be marrying a squirrel. He had not hinted to anything, except the fact that he was of good family.
Niya stood there for a moment, her back straight though there was still a comfortable air to her, and awaited answers from the prince and the princess.

"Hello," Rianna says, her ears still twitching.
She nods to the princess and stands up. Now in a sullen mood, she starts to pass the elven princess on the princess' left, her own servants following her.

Niya would be used to more politeness among royals, (EDIT: as she let the wolf princess pass her without saying anything, though the other princess responded, Niya was used to royals presenting themselves upon a meeting. Maybe the wolf princess wasn't so happy about being here, she thought.)
As the prince answered her, she would also have expecteed a bow from him, but she figured they had different ways of greeting a lady in his castle.
Taking a few steps towards him she bent her head gracefully and spoke her name: "I am Niya Ritherfall, elf princess".
She looked up again and settled her sparkling green eyes upon the prince, awaiting his response.

Rianna, after she had left the room, heard both introduce themselves.
'That prince...he may be my prince or he may not be. I wonder,' she thinks to herself as she goes to the front door, 'I really don't care right now, seriously.'
"Rianna, why are you so rude? Why didn't you stay and chat with them some more?" Sam, her friend, asks, walking alongside her.
She snaps as she goes outside, "You know what? Leave me alone! I'm in a foul mood and do not wish to deal with this right now!"

Niya nodded slightly and forced a smile. Of course the smile would look natural to those who didn't know her. She felt the urge to ask him wether he was her prince or not, but she doubted it, considering he was a fireprince and all.
"Did you have a pleasant trip here?" As a royalty she knew how to chat, but did not feel very somfortable on the inside.
I wish Sarah was here now... she thought, Sarah always knew what to say. Besides that she was much more comfortable around men than she was.
Even so, she kept her eyes steady on the prince, simply keeping up appearences.

*Stephan pulls a large suringe from his back. Kai jumps back* "No! Not that medicine the other medicine! THE OTHER MEDICINE!"
*Stephan laughed and looked at Kai skeptically.* "Youve always been such a child when it came to needles Kai you know that?" *He stood up and walked toward the now afraid prince.*
"NO I DONT WANT IT!" *The elven prince took off for the door busting outside in the rain. Stephan chased after him.* "HALT! AS YOUR PRINCE I SAY HALT! STOP! QUIT! CEASE! STOP CHASING ME DAMN IT!"
*The prince was clearly not as fast as the doctor who smiled and replied calmy*
"You remind me of the old days my prince. Makes me feel so young."
*Stephan jumped high into the air and tackled his prince slamming the syringe into Kais arm right where it needed to be. Kai let out a tiny* "eeep." and just lied limp letting the medicine enter his bloodstream. He muffled out his face digging in the ground*
"You win this time......I should have you hanged....Your lucky your my friend to." *Kai said*
"Youd go through a lot of doctors that way Kai. Now come on we have the others doing somthign lets go get you cleaned up and look for your bride yea?" Stephan said and continued* "time to stop being anti-social."

Rianna Kithera, the wolf-like princess, had stepped aside from the door when she heard feet behind her in the hall, fast paced steps. She had seen and heard everything from "As your prince, I say halt!".
Why was someone chasing a prince, in any case? When she saw the chaser stick the prince with a syringe and heard the man say something about being a doctor, the whole event came into focus for her.
She hears the doctor say something about cleaning up and finding the prince's bride. She blushes, stepping back towards the door a bit. She doesn't know what to say or do so not to make the prince angry or embarassed at his current situation. Rhea steps closer, just in case, as Sam watches from the sideline.
Rianna's ears twitch as she waits for the prince to either notice her or walk into the castle without noticing her. Either way, she hopes the situation/confrontation does not end up something awkward or odd or embarassing for either of them.

Niya smiles a bit, knowing the feeling of being treated like a kid. Hearing his question she nods a bit and answers: "Well, the rain poured down the whole time, though nothing to complain about really, I was in a chart the whole time".
After a short pause she ads "I love this castle though".
Her eyes suddenly fell to the floor due to her feeling insecure and she wished dearly that someone would come to her rescue, or at least that the prince would say something quickly.

"You think? I hate being anywhere except outside. And with this rain..." Xain said and looked out the window, only to see that the sun had showed up. "Well look at that. The rain is over. I'm going to go check out the outside. Fun talking to you!" Xain said as he walked out the front door and into the warm sunlight.
There was a small breeze brining the smell of fresh water to Xain. There was a lake by the castle, pretty big. There was a big beach to, but Xain didn't feel like going to it now.
