Eru flinched when she heard a voice call out,"Yes?... How may I help you?" She asked this only opening one eyeand shifting slightly to look straight at the woman. She was undead and she knew it, something about working in the underworld let her know these things. Eru eyed her, she wasn't a normal undead... She was kinda different. She sat up slowly and waited for an answer.

Making camp was the easy part Iris knew she'd deal with but hunting just wasnt her thing and she began to wonder what to do about food. She figured that she'd camp by a stream when she came near one and fish there, if she could muster up enough courage, but not finding one till night fall was her misfortune. Iris started filling her canteen and began to recall all the plants that she could eat in the wild and blushed at her foolishness of eating her reserves earily.
A sound of somthing hit metal from behind made her jump and slosh water on her feet. Iris looked over her shoulder to see the wolfs form standing above the little pot tied to her pack and noticed a meduim sized rabbit laying in it. She hurridly turned to screw the cap back on her canteen to thank the wolf but when she turned toward camp once more she found him gone.
As Iris cooked the meat she stretched the hide to let it dry, figuring she could make something of it later. She scanned the edge of the fire light casually for any sign of eyes, knowing him still around, and said aloud " If your still around, I'd like to say thank you. I'm not much of a hunter. I can't stand the thought of killing anything, not even spiders. I figured I'd wait till morning to hunt for plants when I found you already found something to settle my hunger. I'll save you some if I don't eat it all, but I'm not promising you anything."
Hoping he heard her, even more, understood her. she began to eat whole heartedly. After settling down well fed she drifted off to sleep in her sleeping bag and muttered: I owe you one.
Seeing her deep in sleep the wolf went around camp a few miles to scout for preditors. after comeing back satisfied he sat close enough to her, her scent filled his nose. He laid down and desided to rest for a while before going back out to check for preditors.

A gentle breeze blew across a small clearing. From the darkness of night a young man seemed to materialize from the woods enclosing the clearing. His striking, pale blue hair gently danced as he stood, facing into the oncomming breeze. His attention was completely fixed on the stars above, virtually lost amidst the crowd hung the moon.

After a few moments he turned his attention to the woods around him. The demon blood in him allowed his eyes to pierce the darkness to a level rivaled only by a vampire. He was still about 10 miles from his target destination. At that destination he was to locate a single wolf.

"A black wolf with flecks of gold on the left side of his face. He sticks close to a young woman in that area. Retrieve him or kill him for us."

His orders: simple. But as many things go, he knew, never that simple. There was a catch, but what it was he did not know. 200,000 gold pieces, a very high price for pest extermination. He was unsure if he could kill an animal in cold blood, but he was equally unsure how he'd carry it back across the next kingdom alive. He could, perhaps fashion a cage when he got the animal, or traquilizer from the plants, if he was lucky. His employer had merely mentioned the girl, and would say nothing more of her relationship with the beast nor of her level of threat. He was confident that his ability to turn almost completely invisible would mask his detection from a human girl, and quite possibly a wolf too, but...Mangus sighed slightly, he would just have to deal with the problems as they came.

Glancing once more above into the stary abyss mangus began to walk briskly and calmly into the wind. If he kept moving he could get to his desination by daylight.

Eru stared at the strange woman, "Truthfully, I'm not sure, I don't keep track of time like most people. I only care if I reach a certain place before it gets dark." Eru stood slowly and held out her hand, 'I might as well introduce myself.' "I'm Eruraviel."

Eru nodded, "I'm not, but niether are you." She looked toward where the movement had come from, "Oh come, Camina, let our guest come out and play."

The wolf's ears pirked when he heard someone unseen speak. He scanned the area behind the women but the camp light was throwing his ability to see in the dark. The hairs on the back of his neck prickled as he wondered if Camina had gone to the other side since he'd lost sight of her that painful night.
He realized he shouldnt stay from Iris too long and began to speak to camina in a almost cold voice afraid to say to much, not knowing if the stranger could understand, " I dont know what your doin out here but potions wont help. I have found this body quite useful. I can hear and smell alot better than I could before. "
The wolf sprinted off one way and after zigzagging several times and arching in a wide circle and double backing, he was 4 miles from Iris. He could hear her splashing in the stream as the light just bearly broke through the trees. He shook his head at how early she gets up when, if he were still in his original state, he would have slept till noon.
