Backing away from her he got in position and started to punch her, making sure the punches were not too hard and more of a push but it would still hurt her. "Okay then some fighting lessons try to dodge them....also know you're slightly faster and stronger as a demon" Crofton hoped this would anger her enough to use her power. "Seiko you might have to spar with her or me I'll will pefer me because I don't think she knows how to fight" Crofton said as it looked like he wasn't paying attention to the fight at hand.

 Esmeralda Cryptmaw Crofton began throwing punches at Esme she dodged them with ease, though he managed to get her a few times she dodged more then had landed on her. Esme's eyes narrowed in annoyance at him of course she could fight! Esme had known how to fight for a while and had many chances to fight considering she always pissed off the wrong people. Soon after Crofton had said she couldn't fight and her irritation grew Esme's gear clicked on and began to draw her negitive energy into itself preparing to force it all into another person. Esme began to throw punches at Crofton to prove that she most deffinetly could fight, and was not afraid to fight.

Seiko simply nodded to Crofton when he said about her and him sparring sometime, but she was sure that he was just trying to piss Esmeralda off on purpose to help her activate her sacred gear. "Alright then." She said casually. She then watched as Esmeralda began to fight back at Crofton. It seemed she really was capable of fighting and started throwing punches right back at Crofton. She gave a small smile to that. "Seems she does have the ability to fight." She said as she got more comfortable in her spot. She was so interested in what else she could use in this sacred gear of hers. So many possibilities that seemed limitless. She would definitely show her family just how powerful she really was.

Crofton's punched became faster and less of pushing force, then she started to swing back at him. Dodging her rather easily he smiled as one happen to clip him and it felt like he had got punch, not a physical one but emotional one. Crofton then smiled as he backed away from her to regain his composure and smiled, still in a fighting stance in case she charged at him. "Yes this is shocking to be honest also Esmeralda don't be so mad your style becomes sloppy" Crofton said, some people would find his advise annoying especially in the way he said it.

Esmeralda Cryptmaw Esme smirked hearing them both agree that she could fight, it was something Esme knew and was glad she could fight. Not many people expected a small girl like herself to be able to hold her own in a fight, but she deffinetly could. "I know." She said confidently with a smirk. Esme saw Crofton back up after she had landed a hit on him and tell her not to get so angry because she lost her style "If I don't get angry my Gear is usless.." She told him calmly. Esme dropped her fighting stance hoping he did not start the spar back up before she could prepare or at least be aware of what was to happen.

Hearing her he smiled. "The purpose is for you to be able to use your power without needing to feel them" Crofton said. Crofton didn't want to tell her how close she was to be knocked out, the punch had even fazed him but all the anger she made him feel was enough to make him back up eyesore he did something crazy. It was slight but when he had backed up she would have noticed his skin become slightly scaly. "It's no good to force you opponent to feel emotions when you are feeling them too kind of negates the purpose" Crofton said.

Esmeralda Cryptmaw Esme shook her head and crossed her arms with a disappointed look on her face. As Crofton backed away she noticed his skin form scales on it, Esme dismised it believing that it was apart of his gear. "No, it's useless. I cannot get close to people who have powers like hers! They have guns, I have to touch them how am I supposed to get close to someone with a gun?" Esme was obviously annoyed her voice conveyed it along with her posture.

"Well then you're kind of screwed aren't you. Unless you are willing to take shooting lessons there is not much else you can do. I'm good but not good enough to teach you" Crofton said and then walking over he patted her head. "Hey worst case scenario I'll have to just defend you okay" Crofton smile then turn to see Seiko and motion her to come up. "Okay come on Seiko let's fight wnat to learn the strength and weakness of everyone. To help you get rid of the weaknesses and in case you guys try to back stab me and I'll have a slight advantage" Crofton said in a calm manner he didn't expect them to betray him but he had to have a safety net in case they did, they might not even do it on their own accord.

Seiko listened and watched as the two of them fought. At best it was basically just street fighting style. No real form to it, but her emotions were present but Crofton was right that if she couldn't keep her emotions in check she would loose it. Though Esmeralda also had a point. If her opponent had a weapon like Seiko's she would be at a disadvantage. In response to that Seiko spoke. "I can teach you how to use a gun if you want? I do have knowledge on how to properly use most of them depending on what you want." She then notice Crofton to motion over to him. She did so since she took a breather some of her energy regained back. Putting her guns away she stood in a unique fighting stance. Her fingernails extended out like claws and she was slightly crouched in a beast like stance. "Alright if you want to see what I can do that's fine. Though if you have concerns about the people you accept in your clan you probably should get to know them first. I have no reason to betray you. You gave me what I wanted in the first place so now I am a clan member. I take pride in that."

While the fight had been a little less strategic that he preferred it was mainly so not to hurt Esmeralda also he needed to know where they stood in fighting skills. Listening to Seiko he smiled. "Oh I have no suspicion of you guys betraying me purposely but things happen and I have to have the advantage" Crofton then got in what seem like the same boxing stance however his left leg was in the lead and he seem more prepared for a attack. "Go attack" Crofton said and motioned her to attack him.

Seiko nodded when he told her to attack. Within the next second Seiko burst from her spot in quick session charging on all fours leaping at Crofton with intense speed and force should she land her claws into his flesh. Even if he dodged her attacks he would find trying to exploit her stance and fighting style rather difficult since every move she made allowed her to continue in a fury of blows swiping with her claws or using her legs to keep him moving. If he didn't move fast enough she surely wasn't going to hold a blow since this was a test of her fighting abilities. She would take this as serious as possible and do her best not to disappoint him.

She was keeping him on his toes if he made a misstep she would scratch him, and considering how long her claws were it would hurt a lot. However she would soon see that his skin would become scaly and this time he stopped dodging and when she would hit his hand she would notice it would be like hitting a tree. Using that small seconds to grab one of her arms and pull her in for a clean punch in the face. If it knock her down he would quickly mount her and pin her to the ground if not he would just continue swing as his skin had turn back to normal. She would notice that he was a lot faster and more precise, if she would move she would see his other hand come fast to hit her. He was left handed when facing Esmeralda he went a little easy in her just to not harm her too much, however he had to be more rough against Seiko she was a much faster opponent than her.

Seiko unleashed her attacks however when she made her mark on Crofton she would find that his skin was a lot more tougher than she anticipated. Was this because of his gear? In any case if he had more durability she would have to take advantage of it by using her gear. As Crofton turned to a more offensive approach and grabbed her arm that would be his first mistake. As he pulled her in and attempted to bring his fist to her face she arched her head away from his punch and rushed in and tightly clenched her hand into a fist attempting to give Crofton an uppercut, however he would not find it as resistible as her last attack. Her sacred gear had activated covering her right hand into a gauntlet that when made contact it would create an extreme amount of force into her punch by the mechanisms inside of it creating shockwaves with each punch which would send him in the air if he did not react in time. If he did manage to pull back he better be prepared for her to abuse his disadvantage. No matter what Seiko was best when it came to close range combat. With or without her pistols.
