Patingdale Jordan scratched his head and sighed "I do not know how to explain it without going into great depth so I well try to explain it better when where in a private setting. The way you had my face held earlier would have led to a kiss and that is why it was not appropriate at the time." He smiled at her before turning his attention to the man to the side of them again. "Hmm? Ah yes, I think I read in my files that this school accepts other beings as well but I am still unclear to when I may have meet you" He shook his head "that is none of your concern. I am Jordan a consoler her and we deal with problems so if you'd be so kind as to not ask what is not yours to hear that well be greatly appreciated." He shook the mans hand mannerly.

✦═━┈┈━══━┈┈━══━┈┈━══━┈┈━═✦ It would have led to a kiss? Averi blinked her her big eyes in bewilderment. In the same way as Kyle kissed her? Thinking about it sent a blush to her face. She could still feel his touch on her. Everywhere he touched her tingled. It made her wonder what it would be like to be touched by Jordan like that. Was it strange to be caught in the middle of brothers like this? But she didn't want Kyle touching her like that ever again. Her pulse spiked as her mind created an image of her and Jordan kissing. Trying to kill the blush that wanted to raise to her face, she scrunched her nose and wiggled it like a rabbit. ' Stop it mind!' she thought in a panic. " Oh Jordan! There is no need to be so harsh!" Averi puffed out her cheeks with a small glare on her face. Looking to the young man, she tilted her head a little and smiled at him. " Do not mind him. He seems to be what is called a grumpy," she replied with small giggle. " No, no, there is no need to worry. I am Averi, the drama instructor here."

Form: human no wings, wolf ears, or tail I've seen a lot... Echo shrugged a little when Jordan said he was still unclear on when they met. "I hear a lot that I'm not suppose to know so I'll do my best not to ask. Oh, where are my manners, My names Howecho but it's easier to just call me Echo." He chuckled hearing Averi call Jordan grumpy. "I'm use to grumpy people. Sometimes I just ignore them, a habit I developed after a while. If you say so." He thought for a moment before saying. "Thanks for the chicken from before and Kyle's still listening to music. See ya later consoler" With that he walked over to the wall he was going to before he started talking to Jordan and Averi and sat down leaning against it not caring to listen to the headmaster's speech. It was probably going to be like every other one he'd heard.  ...and I won't be taken down easily.

Patingdale Jordan let out a heavy sighed "I am not being harsh Averi it is my job. Call me grumpy if you must but it is intrusted to me that I keep the secrets that are told to me. Imagine if you told me a deep dark secret and just let whoever hear it, that would be a breach in trust. I would not only lose that trust but my integrity and you could very well be way more than the word embarrassed could ever described. I take what I do very seriously and I hold everything someone tells me in confidence very dear to my heart; I do not know how private that discussion felt to you earlier but it was very personal to me and would like it to remain that way." He looked up at Echo "could it be?" He straitened himself up while trying to cop with all that had happened and then un-rightly judged on top of that so after some debate of thinking of something to say to her once the boy left and not finding anything appropriate, he sat back in his seat and began to look over his schedule. ✦═━┈┈━══━┈┈━══━┈┈━══━┈┈━═✦ A deep dark secret. But she did have one. It's not really that she didn't want people to know, it's that she didn't want the government to know. Other people she just thought wouldn't like her or might turn her over to them. Or worse! Her family might find her. There were secrets on her planet too. but not many. Everyone but the youngest fought on her planet. Everyone took part in their wars, even the king. There were no secrets to keep really. Actually, it was possible Averi was the only one to keep secrets. She hid her feelings from everyone on her world. Here, she didn't have to but it still felt like she was hiding. Averi turned her gaze to Jordan. She wanted to tell him; to show him. But...They didn't know each other well enough yet. She cast her gaze back down to her feet. " I am sorry Jordan. I did not mean to upset you with my words," she replied softly. " I understand you are passionate about your secrets and there are many things I wish to tell you during our session." A small smile tugged at her lips. She would show him. One day.

Patingdale Jordan patted the seat beside him "ryour apology is accepted." He smile gently at her "I actually am a pretty open person if you have questions for me. Its other peoples secrets I care more about when it comes to them being safe. I look forward to hearing them and I promise to keep them secrete just like everyone else's things. There was something on her mind that she wanted to talk about and even though it may seem strange, Jordan was the only person she could talk to about it. " Why Kyle was doing before...I do not understand his motives. He was...deceitful, but I do not know why," slowly she looked up at him as she let the words sink in. She knew all about deception tactics. Just because they were brutes, didn't mean her people didn't have SOME skill in warfare. It was mostly the way his eyes gleamed in the light and, what humans call, a gut feeling; but she could see it. They were words of pure fiction. " He...does not care about me, yes?" she asked as she stared him straight in the eye, serious as she's ever been.

Patingdale Jordan scratched his jaw in contemplation "he was being deceitful but for us or maybe me perhaps it is easy to understand." He paused and took a relaxed exhale "he did it because he wanted to hurt me, he wanted to take something from me, and also he did it to help us." He shrugged his shoulders "I don't think he cares about you in the romantic sense but as a friends I don't know. I am sorry I cannot answer your question more clearly Averi." He gave her a gentle smile wondering if she would want it explained further but in truth he didn't want to have to do that because then his feelings would have to be dealt with and he wasn't sure he could do that right at that moment. " And why would a brother, who you say is family, want to hurt you? I know I am new at this but, is it not a family's job to do the opposite of that?" She wasn't one to really talk. Hers was hunting her down as they spoke. She had told him they would kill her if she ever returned home. But humans were nothing like Athyrians. They were far kinder a race than hers. It was part of the reason she enjoyed them so much. They were so much more accepting of emotions and feelings than her own race. It actually baffled her how they could go so long without ever developing words for some of the ones Earth possessed.

Nobody noticed I was broken,
Upon noticing a few more people enter, Chloe decides to put her first plan of befriending more people on hold as she becomes nervous and chooses to leave the room. The room had been very quiet and now it bustled with activity. Seeing as Chloe only knew a few people, she felt like she wouldn't be missed if she left the room. Turning back to Kali and Mari, she bid them a farewell."I'll see you two around, sorry but I'm going to take off for a bit" She said with a wave. Chloe turned on her heel and was off. {EXIT CHLOE} And nobody will notice I'm gone." *OOC* -Quotes-

Patingdale Jordan shook his head "it's too soon for me to explain the meaning behind it, I would like to get to know you better first." He sighed "I did something to him long ago that I could not stop and he still holds a grudge about it. Don't get me wrong we still care for each other like family but he just can't seem to let go of the past. Yes families are suppose to protect one another, that is why I brought him to the cafeteria; to look after him." He chuckled to himself"we've never been your typical twins, but I know if I ever need help, despite everything, I know I could count on him." " If only we did not have to be here for this..." she mumbled, wishing the could leave and do something more joyful. There was much about this place that she didn't know. She hadn't been through the town before. It was either here or home. Mostly home as she enjoyed it very much. ' I must remind myself to take one of those baths later,' she thought with a cheerful giggle. " Oh! No, I am unharmed," she replied quickly with a shake of her head. She didn't not feel damaged in anyway because of his actions. They were nothing if not subtle. He had not done anything dangerous and it really only served to hurt Jordan, not her. " By your explanation, he was meaning to harm you. Not I," she added as she turned to face, catching his warm smile. He was so unimaginably kind to her. Looking at his smile made her feel warm inside. Like she possessed her own mini sun within her heart. She kind of did. Her actual heart could be compared to a sun, but that wasn't the point. He made her feel things she had never felt before.

Patingdale Jordan chuckled "what would you do if we were not trapped in the orientation?" He looked upon her with a curious smile "what are you giggling about Averi?" He sighed but then put a hand to his chest "are you okay in here as well? I noticed you were displeased with his embrace." He gently poked the tip of her nose "you are very wise Averi, he did do it to harm me and for a moment he succeeded but I am fine now so there is no need to worry." He been a wondrous smile with his eyes gently closed, it was like his face was actually lit up. Hint=strike means that twin is elsewhere OOC:

Or this thing called carrot key, where you sing songs," she replied with an excited but dreamy look in her eyes. She had never sang herself before, but there were creatures on her planet that did. Their songs were so majestic. What humans would call Sirens. They were similar in some aspects to those. They were smaller and not at all humanoid in shape, but their motives were one in the same. Beautiful songs to lure you into death. Averi placed a hand over her heart, blocking her glowing pendant from view. In here? Did he mean her heart? She had never felt pain there before today. But it didn't feel like it had come from Kyle. " My heart beat is unchanged if that is to what you are referring. But I did not like his touch. It was not genuine...Not like yours Joran," the last of her words became a whisper as she looked down at her feet once again. She looked up just in time to have her nose poked. Crossing her eyes, she blinked as she stared at the tip of her nose, wrinkling it slightly. Flickering her gaze upwards, she felt her heart skip a beat at the smile he gave her. A light blush crept to her cheeks. Suddenly her mind was bombarded by the image she had just moments ago of the two of them kissing. ' Jordan would not like that. He got mad at me the last time I touched him...' she thought with a soft sigh. Shifting her gaze to and from him, her fingers fidgeted against her knees nervously. This was absurd! Averi, don't do it! She knew she shouldn't. Her whole screamed at her not to. But she didn't listen. The alien leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. At least she half listened.
