Trisha tossed another dart, just hanging around and enjoying being away from her booth for a few moments. Really she had terrible aim or maybe she just waned the candy. It was pretty hard to have that terrible of aim without trying.

Wait were those feathers? Trisha very much like the free feathers. There was a longing in her for the feathers... some of her species had them, though not usually so colorful. They were free so she took some. Just a few for herself. They were so colorful.

I fell in love the way you fall asleep, Slowly then all at once

I would like a kiss!

Anna approaches the booth of the rainbow winged girl from before. This time a little more confidently than she had been in the past. She watches as she interacts with the other patrons of the booth before turning to look at a piece of decoration. Before she realizes it when she looks up she's standing in front of the girl nearly on top of her. "Sorry" She murmurs pulling back swiftly.

Trisha was just terrible, she just didn't have any heart into this game. She really should go back to her booth probably. But the feathers were too pretty to leave. ok yes she was leaving now. Back to her booth.

Bartholomew walked up to another booth, this one was for Merry, for public relations. He instantly took up the challenge of darts as he had failed rather miserably at darts- well, knife throwing, but they were very similar in his mind- every time he played during the carnival. Of course he would definitely talk to Merry about her views and such, as that was very important to him but he couldn't resist the lure of attempting to finally beat darts... Hopefully...

Bartholomew found it hard to contain his joy as he hit the outermost ring of the target. He hit the target, that's all that mattered to him. He felt much better regardless.

He then turned to Merry, "Thank you for letting me play. I'm Bartholomew, Bartholomew Blackhorn." He said as he gave her a polite bow. "I think it is a rather good idea to reinstate sports." He paused for a brief moment before continuing, "You don't happen to play chess, do you?" He asked, kind of doubting she did, but he figured there was a chance. He wasn't a major fan of parties, but they were good for socializing. However, he wondered how she planned to pay for such things. He wasn't going to ask though, at least not yet.

More visitors!

Merry gave a happy chirp as a boil came up to try his hand at the dart game. He missed, but she flashed him a bright smile and held out a sucker for him. "Better luck next time. Thank you for stopping by."

Another miss had her holding out another lolli, and her wings gave a proud little twitch at the mention of the feathers. "They are. I save them up when I notice ones come out." Not for any particular reason, though back home they exchanged feathers with each other to show bonds. Friendship, family, or more. Here, she'd only given out a few, but the rest had come in handy now, with the darts, and the feather clips.

The offered ribbon was taken gratefully, and she'd reach up to fix it to the feather crown she'd gotten from Llyr. It probably clashed a bit, but she didn't care, they were gifts!. "It's pretty, thank you!" Then she'd grab a feather clip from the table, offering it out. "Would you like a clip? Since you like the feathers?"

Tink was still getting over the shook of having hit the target and having a scareon kit dropped in to her arms when Merry turned back to her. "If you closed your eyes then that's even more impressive." It definitely counted.

The jut of a small leg had Merry glancing down, and she gave a delighted trill as she saw the wrapped leather and lace on the other girl's calf, descending to her hoof. "Oh, those are lovely!" She knew Tink would love them.

Someone had finally been brave enough to approach the kissing booth Merry had set up, and that brave was going to be rewarded. Cupping Anna's cheeks, Merry leaned in to lay a soft little kiss on the other ghoul's lips, then released her so she could draw away again. "No need to apologize. Enjoy the carnival!"

AnhikaJeanine

"You are very welcome." A scare egg was offered out to the jackalope . He had hit the target, after all.

"It's nice to meet you, Bartholomew." Red eyes took in the visitor's badge. "Are you looking to enroll into the school?" Having only recently gotten in herself, Merry had all the sympathy in the world for anyone that found themselves on the waiting list for the school. "It's definitely worth the wait if you are."

His comment on her idea to bring sports back into the spotlight of the school had her smiling proudly. "I think it'll bring a real sense of school spirit in the student body as a whole. Plus we can have pep rallies before games!" She was looking forward to that, no sporting event or pep rally would be complete without fearleaders!

Merry wanted to be a fearleader. She imagined she'd be quite good at it.

"Chess? Oh, um. Not really. I mean I know how, but I've never been very good." Didn't have the patients for it.

Ahm had ended up spending a good bit of time at the Snack Attack booth run by his twin and ghoulfriend (it was complicated, but not), so he knew precisely where to go when the booths purpose was changed.

He was wholly unsurprised to see that she had decorated it with feathers, or that she had a kissing booth. Ahm didn't need to go for the kissing booth, he was pretty sure the chimera would kiss him regardless. As a show of support, the Grue was wearing bright clothing with faux feathers in Merry's colours.

"Hey there beautiful." He crooned as he came sidling up to the booth, gloved fingers going lightly over the trinkets she was giving out, picking up a few of the pins and affixing them to his garish clothing. "How's it going so far?" There was a pretty flower-crown on her head that didn't quite match her decor and the Grue briefly wondered where she'd gotten it; he'd walked past a few other booths who's occupants had also borne flower-crowns on their heads. Maybe all of them did.

He really didn't care, he just wanted to get close enough to give his best ghoul a kiss in greeting, now that he was properly attired as a walking advertisement to Vote Merry!

"Oh goodness." Red eyes went wide as she took in the grue's vibrant attire. It was more color than she'd seen on either twin in the entire time she had known them. "That certainly makes a statement." Pale fingers smoothed over the pins he'd just affixed to his lapels, straightening one before giggling. "I think it's going pretty well. At least I hope so."

She leaned into him as she slid her hands up and over his shoulders, head tipping back as she straightened up so she could give him a kiss. "Did you dress up all colorful just to support little ol' me?"

Sorrow rolled up the t-shirt, and put it in the front of her hoodie.

She seemed to shy at the next booth. Her head was already covered in feathers. Grey ones, white ones, plain ones. Pigeon feathers. She hadn't ever seen a feather with so many colors in it. The clip was heavy. Maybe she could trade it.

Still, it would be nice if her feathers like that.

Sorrow gave the game a try. She was normally good at stuff, but maybe not like, aiming...but the candy she got wasn't something out of the cafeteria. It was entirely new. She undid the paper, and popped it in her mouth. It was surprising, good, new, and made her whole mouth pucker and shiver with the sugar. Were there more of these?

She'd never had a kiss before, either. And the person running the booth was...she'd never seen anything like her.

I would like a kiss!

"Can like...can I try?" Sorrow sat up on the booth, and pushed her own feathers back behind her ear.

Zar had been looking forward to Merry's booth probably most of all. He was susceptible to a bit of eye candy and the ghoul was certainly his type. The booth itself was more colorful than anything he could have come up with on his own, all bright and tropical, it matched its owner to a T. As always he partook in the free available loot promotional materials, helping himself to some bangles and even some of the hair clips. Merry had the right idea as far as public relations, more parties were important and critical and he would not complain even one tiny bit about the return of fearleaders.

Games were always a bit of incentive too, and he made sure to try the one at the booth out, picking up one of the feather darts and with a frown of uncertainty - his vision really was not great at all - and throwing it at the provided targets.

As he predicted it went well wide of the mark and he could only laugh, shrugging his shoulders. He was only on target as a general rule in very very specific and species related things.

I would like a kiss!

Undaunted by his failure at the dart throwing he took a definite interest in the kissing booth. It was the kind of prize that was right up his alley and by very virtue of his nature, he was a good kisser. An Incubus who didn't know how to kiss was like a hawk which did not know how to fly.

He headed over, all charming toothy smiles and a mister Darcy level of ruffled clothing and gave Merry a delicate wave of his fingertips.

"Fancy seeing you here~" he said

"Fancy indeed." Merry had spotted the incubus coming from a ways off, his rather monochromatic appearance standing out in the rather colorful crowd made up of students and guests. A smile had lingered on full lips as sh e watched him help himself to the swag she had laid out, knowing that ever shiny bangle on someone's wrist or ankle, every bright feather peaking from someone's hair, was just one one more little bit of free advertising.

Of course she'd seen the dart toss, and a sucker was twirling between slender fingers, ready and waiting for him, when he ventured to where she was stationed at the kissing booth adjacent. "Got a little something here for you, consolation prize." The smile widened with impish delight.

She tucked the sucker into a vest pocket , taking her time to arrange it as if it were the fanciest of pocket squares. Then she was rising up, palms flat on the table that separate them, so she could give catch his lips with her's.

The first ghoul that had stopped by had received the chastest of pecks on the cheek, but that wouldn't do for an incubus. She took her time, brought a hand up to trace the edge of his jaw. When she finally drew back it was with a lick of of her lips, a soft hum of appreciation, and a rather pleased smile.

"Oh you are just too cute." Why was this school filled with so many cuties!?

With a kind smile the chimera leaned in, the tips of her fingers brushing lightly along the shy ghoul's cheeks. It was a light kiss, soft and chaste, and followed up with an affectionate peck on the tip of Sorrow's nose.

And having seen the ghoul's reaction to the sucker, Merry was glad to offer her another three, so she could have some for later. "I hope you're enjoying the carnival!"

Ahm chuckled and grinned broadly; he'd actually had to borrow and trade for most of the vivid fabrics he was currently wearing (though some he'd had in a rag-bag for making patches out of). "Doesn't it?" He preened a little and slipped an arm around Merry's waist to pull her closer and get his kiss.

"Sure did." The Grue's tail swished in a pleased manner, wrapped up with feathers at the end, a la Merry's own. "And I must say, I'm rocking the look, but not as well as you."

Anna's cheeks glowed a bright red when she realized what the other girl had done. Unable to control her embarrassment her white ears appeared on her head now visible. She usually hid her shapeshifting so well.... She shook her head. "Thank you" She muttered under her breath agape at the other girls coolness.

The next booth Alette decided to go to was amazingly colorful and she stood in front of it and stared at it with wide eyes before she realized that she was probably in the way and should probably move because people kept running into her on their way to and from said colorful booth.

She bounded up to the front, looking pleased and excited.

'Hi! I'm Alette!" she said excitedly, glancing around. "Your booth is like, so awesome, okay, and you are like, super pretty, I love your hair so much! I don't know too much about Student Council, but you seem pretty sure of yourself, and that is so cool."

Alette plucked up one of the feather hairpins and tied it to the end of one of her braids, beaming around. She scooped up one of the darts, turned towards the game board, took aim and flung the dart as hard as she could, a look of complete concentration on her pale face.

She was totally far off from the mark, but an effort was made.

Brenley's eyes narrowed even before he turned to face the chimera's booth, somehow anticipating the fact that he would need to squint to view it. He actually enjoyed colorful things to a certain extent, it was simply rare to find someone who loved all of the colors quite as simultaneously as this ghoul seemed to. He was used to a more washed out world, or at least one that was largely decked in orange and black. He sighed, thinking of Piper and Pachua and Teddy. Maybe everyone was colorful now and he just spent too much time in his room to notice.

He edged around the older students, steering very clear of the kissing... area... as he looked over the booth to see if there was anything that might tell him more about what it meant to be in public relations. Bren had already made plenty of assumptions, but he couldn't truly understand any of them. The thought of voluntarily making a spectacle of himself with no promise for personal gain made his stomach flip uncomfortably. Yes, the spotlight was an inevitable consequence of being elected to any other position, but this one even more so.

Noticing the bullseye nearby, Bren brightened, at least internally. On the outside he still appeared tight-lipped and vaguely nervous, though he did smile a little once he had the dart in his hand. He recalled Lock's... well, Shun's... booth at the carnival, how he had thrown the knife he had been given surprisingly well, considering he had never thrown a knife in his life. He could do this. The reaper held the dart up, closed one eye, and looked down its length like he was shooting a gun or a bow. When he tossed it, however, he barely put any force behind it at all. The dart quickly arced toward the floor, catching the edge of the bullseye. Hmph.
