Lazuryt looked like she was going to cry as the first ball she had thrown missed and she wasn't able to win a fish. Noir bounced her gently and got another pingpong ball. She took the ball and threw it, hoping to win a fishy this time, she really wanted a fish. It would be awesome if both her and Arc got fishies.

Edana had ignored Meep's demands that she try for a goldfish, after all, he most likely just wanted to see what one tasted like. It wasn't until her kids joined in the chorus that she relented, after all, Meep had solemnly sworn not to eat anything they loved.
With a quick toss she aimed for one of the cups. Hopefully she wouldn't knock it over.

Tartara Seabreeze "Good job, young man!" the barker crowed, holding out a fish towards Hemi. "You take good care of that'un!" 
Dementia Requiem Asumi The barker chuckled and passed another fish to another winner. He was finding lots of homes for them today! "Here you go, sir!" he said, passing the bag to Ocie. "Enjoy!"

Anxo frowned. Twice in a row he'd failed! Now he's just determined to win a goldfish for the girls. Maybe he'd have better luck if he let one of the girls throw it. "Xoana, do you want to try? Try to throw this ball into one of those cups!"
Xoana took a break from admiring her toes (they looked like wiggly sea worms) to lob the ball at the cups. It landed in one of them. "Did I win?" she asked, looking up to Papa.

Frustrated by her earlier attempts (and failures), the crimson child stifled a growl of irritation and took a deep breath. Calm. Quiet. She could do this.
She could totally do this.
Delicious feeshie would be hers.
Taking another little ball, she narrowed her eyes at the tricksy cups, attempted to take aim, and threw...
"Winner!"
Fangs flashing in a tiny little grin, Illyria reached her hands out eagerly...then pouted as the barker handed the fish to her mom instead. Hmmph...she'd probably make her wait until they got home before any more 'mid-meal snacks'.

Was keeping the rock the right choice? Looking at the price board, she was still short of getting Dayht a fish. The night fae walked around, gently guiding her sibling. At least the treasure hunt improved her twins mood, if only a little. "What else can we do...Oh! A ball toss." With FISH! She might not be able to afford a fish, but perhaps she or Dayht could win one. "You first! I'll pay." She wouldn't know what she would do without her sister. Dayht smiled softly while nodding, accepting Niday's kind offer. "Wait a minute...isn't that Raken's grandson?" She spoke while pointing at the purple haired male. "He won a fish!" Well, if a teenager could do it, surely she could!

And Ruby had dragged her to another event. 'Throw the ball, win a fish! Come on it's easy! Give it a try!' That was the excuse she got. Rosette had grumbled a bit but here she was with a ball in hand. She took careful aim before lightly tossing the ball.

Without her daddy's help -- because she was a big girl now -- the lil purple-finned naiad used both hands to push the ball away from her chest. She clapped and giggled so wildly at her first successful ball toss, that she didn't even care where it might have landed. Her wobbly little land legs couldn't contain the excitement and she ended up falling backwards on her bottom. She looked up at Anxo with such big and excited eyes, so proud of herself, despite her little fall. "Daddy! Daddy I did it!"
Now that she was a professional at this ball throwing thing, she figured she might help her sister out, too. "Cho I help you next."

Arc wibbled his lip at his mama until she gave in again. "Alright, alright, here, try again, darling," she said with a soft smile. She really never thought she'd be all...maternal like this. It was weird, but her kids made her happy.
Giant tears welled up in Arc's eyes as he missed again, but he was determined not to cry.

The loss of the goldfish resulted in a disheartened pae, but only for a moment. She'd try again! " 'Gain please" she asked the pae running the stand with a pleading face.
