As Shun vanished, Estel's eyes began to glow from within. Before it was necessary for her to use her fear, however, the reaper reappeared. Estel ran straight for him, aiming a punch for his shoulder.

The reaper disappeared from Quillan's sight and Quillan turned his head several times, wondering where he could have gone. It wasn't until after he felt a stab from behind that he saw Shun again. So that was a Fear attack ... Quillan decided to try his own, although he missed the first time he tried it. It wasn't until he started writing the first word that the pain from the stab from Shun struck him and he was on the floor , gasping for breath.

Oh! It was time to use fear attacks? Last time she'd tried, it hadn't gone so well. She was willing to give it another shot though!
Focusing on her fear she summoned a small, dark cloud over Shun's head. It struck Shun with a small flash of lightning, resulting in a tiny rumble of thunder before it disappeared.
"Oh my jack it worked!"

After having managed to avoid a couple of strikes, Shun felt a stronger jolt zap him as Nim struck him with some electricity. Reaching for one of his small throwing blades, he soon flung one at her shoulder in retaliation.

"Quillan! Y'okay?" Estel wasn't in position to attack Shun again, so she rushed over to the ink demon, hovering nervously a few inches from the floor and looking concerned.

"Yeah I think I'll be fine! Might be out of the battle soon though if I get hit again, though. You should concentrate on fighting!" Quillan said to Estel before he got back up and stumbled in the direction where Shun was and gave him a hard kick to the shin.

Nim winced as she was hit and jumped back to re-evaluate the fight. Quillan seemed to be having the roughest time of it.
He may have told Estel to keep fighting, but he hadn't told Nim. She jumped infront of him and quickly patched up one of his wounds. It wasn't a particularly good job, but it would do. "Sorry I can't do more, I hope that helps."

That was a rather hard kick to the shin he had just gotten.
"Kuso..." he hissed as he stepped back. He made a wide swipe at Nim, in case she was going to try and come back at him, but that wasn't really needed. Staying back, he kept his blades up, watching the trio. Shun closed his good eye for a moment. He needed to stay focused.

Quillan didn't look too great, but if he wanted her to stay in the fight, she would... for now. When she saw Shun blink, Estel lashed out with a kick., trying to keep him distracted as Nim worked to heal Quillan.

Quillan thanked Nim after she healed him. He couldn't help but think they were doing well so far, all because of teamwork. He made an attempt to punch Shun.

Satisfied that she'd at least helped Quillan a little she turned back to Shun, only to have to dodge back from the swing of his daggers. She immediately jumped back in with a sparking punch to his shoulder. Admittedly, it didn't feel like they were doing much individually, but they were all still in the game so far, so they had to be doing something right.

They were really piling onto him now. And unfortunately, Shun wasn't really able to get any solid strikes back. Letting out a breath, he shadowstepped a fair distance away to give himself a little extra room. He was going to need to try and tackle this in a different way, if possible. The reaper wasn't certain what was different between this and taking on multiple horsemen at once. Perhaps there was somewhat less pressure here, but that was a poor excuse as far as he was concerned.

Well, if she were fighting three people, she'd be on the defensive, too.

Quillan considered going after Shun, but it would be easier for the reaper to deal with him alone, compared to if the three of them attacked together, so he decided to wait until Nim and/or Estel decided to move.

Nim was the only one at an apparent advantage here. With Shun so far away, none of them wanted to get close. But she didn't have to. She stuck close to Quillan then pointed her fingers at Shun. She directed what little energy was in the room into a weak bolt of lightning aimed at Shun.
