Victor watched as the warriors didn't stop coming. After a few hundred were taken, their numbers didn't look to thin out. Victor realized that they didn't have the ideal space to funnel their numbers. There has to be a way to dent their numbers without using explosives. Victor thought. These warriors must have inherited a dragon's lust for wealth. Had we something of value, they would surely tear each other to pieces for it. Victor then looked down at his pants and reached into his pocket. The gemstones! One should do the trick. This will get them off our backs. He thought as he began to pull out his Fighter gem. Suddenly, voices came from the tunnels and the warriors dissipated. It appeared that there were speakers within the ruins and cameras set to watch them all. They were being evaluated by a proctor and deemed team black, who apparently had been fighting salamanders, as a more effective team. Considering the little time they had to fortify, Victor didn't think they had done too badly. If they had mapped out the rest of the catacombs and find the exits, they could have positioned themselves more wisely and gained an advantage. Victor had a disgruntled look as he began to walk about the fallen and their teammates who began to treat their wounds. "We need a status report! Ammo, health, equipment, water! If you are running low on one, we need to know!" Victor shouted over the moaning of the ones who had been hit by arrows. "Doctors need to be treating our wounded and Dragoons need to set up a perimeter around this chamber. The rest of you give the Doctors a hand." Victor said as he made his way to Titus. "Titus, we need to set up teams. We need scouts to map the rest of this place so we can fortify. A team configuration would be wise." He said to the King. He looked over his shoulder and his teammates didn't see a reason not to do as he had suggested. Some of them had already began to secure the area while the doctors did their jobs. Victor knew that one of them had to be kidnapped and that meant an increase of security but they had to set it all up before they could even be comfortable in their own home. Physical traps along the entrances, sentries along a defensible perimeter. He thought, although the plan of mobilization he had would involve a less fortified base. Victor spotted a student who was bleeding strongly from his leg which looked like an artery laceration. Victor quickly went to him on the floor and knelt next to the doctor treating him. Using his Qi, Victor began to put pressure on the wound like he had with his own wound before. The students were communicating their deficiencies to each other. Some needed water, others needed ammo. They were exchanging their supplies so that they could reach a moderate level of team strength. As the doctor next to him did a good job removing the arrow and sealing the wound, Victor looked at the red headed student in pain. "You did good, man. Let's get you a band-aid so we can get you up and ready to kill again." Victor said with a smirk at the boy who nodded at him through his pain. He looked up at the circle above the chamber from which the warriors had gathered to fire down on them. It was a great position from which to ambush and create a death pit of the throne room. Once Titus would give Victor the go, he would begin to assign squads and begin working.

Suddenly the demons had stopped attacking and a voice came up on the loud speaker. She listened carefully to the words the man spoke of. It was the prompter giving them information on what their task was for this invasion. They were to protect Titus, which they exceeded at, however there was a catch. They were competing against team black without even knowing it. The first team to defeat at least half of there demons gained a point. Revealing how the system worked for this exam. 'So not only do we gain points if we steal them from others, we gain points for how well we work together.' She reexplained it to herself as the man continued to talk. His voice would echo in the halls with every word he spoke. He explained that the longer they group stayed in one area as a whole the more they will send these genetically engineered demons at them. 'They're just hoping for a blood bath.' she couldn't help but complain to herself. Sending more and more demons at them would keep the groups moving quickly from place to place, both teams would eventually run into each other. And when that happens, fights would break out. The announcement was over and he had wished everyone in the best. The demons disappeared and the only thing left was the rubble from their battle.
Looking around she tried to see if she could find any of the cameras. They were all hidden so well, she didn't even know where they were located. 'Looks like my powers are out of the question. But my ammo wont last forever.' she thought to herself right before Victor called for a status report. Akemi started to look at her ammo. "19 bullets in total. Full bottle of water. equipment full with the exception of 1 Incendiart grenade." She called out in a her normal tone of voice.
Victor then again called out orders to have them start working and not relax. There wasn't any time for someone to just sit around and catch their breath. People were wounded and needed help. Those with doctor credentials were needed which left those with long range means of offense to set up at the perimeter. Dragoons started to walked through the doors and Akemi would follow, as she was one herself. Victor was proving himself to be a true leader, he was strong not only physically but mentally. Also having a caring side for his men also made him climb up the leadership ladder. And that was one thing Ignazio tended to lack in. Ignazio loves the feeling of being in control. Most of the time he doesn't think about the safety of the others that follow him or those who are around him. 'But then again.' Looking back into the past there were times where he had shown his weakness for his comrades. The first time was back in the forest when the blonde exorcist came walking in. He had told Akemi and Alaric he wouldn't allow her to harm them. The second time was when they all went to discover where the sounds of growling where coming from at the academy. The three headed dog, which was now Lloyds familiar was attacking them with great force. It was then too when he showed his soft side. Ignazio isn't as selfish as he portrays himself to be. But he still isn't to be taken lightly.
Akemi followed the crowd to of dragoons and helped them in setting up a parimeter. Some of them didn't know exactly what to do while other's started to bark their own orders on what Victor had said. It wouldn't help anything if not everyone was on the same page. It wasn't that hard to figure out. she thought it was pretty self explanatory, but looking at them it obviously wasn't."Those with heavier fire arms in the front. Hand held weapons will stand behind them protecting them as their weapons have a slower reload time." If the heavier firearms where behind those who have a faster reload time, they wouldn't be able to get their shot due to them being blocked. They couldn't afford to be injuring their own members.

Just as Titus was getting into a more battle hungry and spirited mood, the Dragon Tooth Warriors began to fall back. His sword was on the verge of breaking another one of the foes, it simply turned around and walked away. A look of confusion appeared on the silver haired boy's face, as he stared at the same skeleton, who mechanically stomped away. Titus scratched his head, as he sheathed his black blade, he heard a voice in the ruins, causing him to look up to the source.
Speakers were placed in multiple places within the ruins, and the half breed scratched his head. The proctor who spoke, Tatsuya Shiba, talked about the exam. The man speaking had told his team what was good and bad about the team. The main thing Titus gathered from the whole speech was that Ignazio's team had passed the first test with great efficiency, which gained him a new mission. 'Kidnapping one of our members?... Another thing which was important was the advice Shiba gave; "...while unorganized your assault ideals entertained us you showed that you have guts, as does the rest of your group. You managed to have found yourself two strategists. I advise you to utilize them, two heads are better than one.' The young man crossed his arms, but was agreeing with the advice; He didn't have to tell him twice about that. However, one thing confused him at the end of the proctor's advice. 'I tend to have something else within me? What the hell does that mean?'
A stern look appeared on the young man's face, as he took in all the details from the speech, and approached one of the unattended wounded. The dark haired male writhed in pain, with a few slash wounds from the enemy soldiers and an arrow protruding from his shoulder. Carefully, Titus brought him to the nearest medic, and laid him in front of her. "Get better so you can do your best to kick some a**, alright?" With a smile, the young man said this, and left the soldier with the doctor.
Victor had approached him, explaining that they needed teams and scouts to get a better look at the place, and in the end, fortify the place. Titus nodded, and cleared his throat. "All of you who aren't injured! Listen to Victor as he assigns you into teams!" The young man projected his voice, then looked back at Victor. "Do what you need to do, Victor." Titus nodded and smirked at the man, and turned around to see Akemi leading the Dragoons. The young man simply watched, as the men and women got into their positions. 'I need to buy a strategy game or something when I get home.' Titus scratched his head, as he watched his strategists get to work. Crossing his arms, he went to go sit on the stairs leading to the throne, in order to rest himself a little. However, before he could do so, a medic approached him. "Titus, allow me to heal you. You are wounded." The young man looked at the gash he had received from his carelessness and laughed a little. "Don't worry about a little scratch kid. Go and help the guys with arrows in their bodies or something!" The young man said this half jokingly, but did see that he had a towel of some sort. He reached for it, and took that in order to wipe the blood off of him. "I'll need this though. Now get to work!" The half breed king pointed toward one of the injured that was unattended, and watched as the medic walked away. He was glad to see everyone working together, even if it was just a few simple commands. They definitely could have used this to their advantage, if they had placed a strategy beforehand.
The young man wiped his wounds, as he sat down, cleaning the blood that was slowly trickling down his arm. He got lost in his thoughts as he rubbed the blood off of his scratch wound. 'Lloyd must be on the other side then. He has that strong a** mutt, and a cat who's abilities I don't know about yet. Alaric is probably over there too, and from the looks of it, he's a wind apparition... Then you have Ignazio, who has some familiars I've never seen, and great aria abilities. He can fight too.' Seeing that he was done wiping the wound, he noticed that his cut was there. It wasn't too deep, but if he didn't do anything, the blood would definitely trickle down his arm again putting his efforts to waste. Many thoughts about the team's conditions and the supplies they needed crossed his mind, as he looked around the room. 'I suppose we can wait until we're properly fortified before we go and hunt for food. We'll need to find a source of water, especially since we're in the desert... Food is definitely important as well, but where exactly can we find any? The forest?' The young man pondered on the options they had, but got up. He did not feel comfortable sitting down while his teammates suffered, so he got up, trying to bring the wounded closer to his medical staff.

As soon as their forces seemed to be finally looking up an announcement was made. A pale hand rising to her temple as she shook her head. 'So it was staged.. Nor will it be the last one. Spectators want blood.' Alexandria thought to herself as she began to listen to the speakers words- voice booming through seemingly invisible equipment. It didn't surprise her much, but the fact they weren't going to gain a point due to blatant hesitation did. The fair haired girl knew from the moment their total kill count was announced that her participation amounted to a good portion of the kills. The thought was enough to put the doctor in a foul mood. Especially when they were roughly a hundred demons off from their goal- or so it would seem.
Victor's voiced echoed through the hall after the brief announcement. Beginning to pull parties together, but Alexi remained silence as she neared one of the wounded. Uninterested in pointing out the flaws in his plan or suggest the obvious facts about their predicament. In need of food supplies, water as well as putting up defenses they would need to do a lot more than send the dragoons to gawk about the place. What they needed to do was scout the territory, rig passageways to blow and find the alternative exits. As well as plan how to deal with a new threat- the black team would come.. To kidnap one of them. Some of their more primal needs could be solved through clever use of cacti. But it was evident no one had thought of these things, and the doctor had been ordered to attend to the injured.
Though some had died, fewer still were actually injured. Most only suffering scratches and nonfatal arrow wounds. Of which only the weak of spirit would be unable to fight on, it was a ridiculous waste of resources to have so many guarding the few that were injured. Shaking her head once more the doctor placed her med kit beside the patient before her donning latex gloves before placing her left palm around the arrow that stuck out from his back. Unceremoniously she ripped the ancient arrow from the boys back before applying a piece of gauze to the wound and ample pressure to stop the bleeding. Her olive eyes shifting from her whining patient to observing those not far away.
The fair haired girl could hear that the King had given Victor the right to begin assigning groups. In truth she could only hope the blonde haired boy knew what he was doing.
Titus had heard Victor's request and granted him the chance to do as he thought necessary. Victor left the side of the injured Exorcist and Akemi had given him her report. Others were already doing the same and gathering the information together. Victor nodded to Akemi and looked to one of the Dragoons heading to guard the chamber. “Hey, you got an another nine mil mag?” He asked. The dragoon nodded and threw Victor one of his magazines which he then handed over to Akemi. He stepped up to the gathered injured and looked over the extra Knights and Fighters. “Aright, let's make this easy. Knights gather to my left your right, fighters to my right your left. Doctors who are free, form up next to the fighters and Tamers next to the Knights. Aria, take up the center .” Victor said, knowing there were Dragoons scattered in the perimeter. As he waited for them to move to where he asked, Victor pulled out the phone that had been given to them. He looked over all the names saved in the phone's contact list. He looked through the options and saw that they could use conference calling to remain in touch or use it's 'walkie-talkie' mode from which they could use it like a radio. He looked up to see that most of the groups had been gathered. “I want to organize you all into separate squads. We will have squads for different purposes. Scouts, Sentinels, Vanguards and Assault.” Victor began talking, looking over to the doctors still working but listening. “Now, these are subject to change. You might be taken from one and added to another. With that said, Scouts will be the first squads to be assigned.” Victor pointed to the Aria and Fighters. “One Aria and one fighter per scout squad. Give me five of each Meister, come forth and gather behind me.” Victor said. He waited for them to do as he said then when they had done so, he turned around and walked down the line, naming each squad. “Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo.” He said, pointing to each pair as he passed them by. With that, he turned around, and continued. “Now, the Sentinels. Give me five Tamers and Five Dragoons and do the same.” He directed and watched them gather next to the scouts. He named their squads the same way and continued on to the Vanguards. “For the Vanguards I want five Doctors and Knights.” After he had named their squads, Victor walked to the side to where they could all turn and look at him. “As you can see, each squad holds two people and that's because those squads will be used for different purposes. We also have a lot left over from where we will form our assault squads.” Victor explained. “Our assault squads will have one of each meister type making about sixteen squads of six. Starting with the Aria, break off your formation and form up in front of me making sixteen lines of six.” Victor crossed his arms as they began to break off and gather in lines. It was beginning to look like an organized forced more than a thrown together militia. After a while, Victor could see that they were missing a few Dragoons and Doctors from which where occupied but as the wounded had received treatment, the doctors returned to gather. There were some that could not fight which meant that their squads would be uneven so he would have to double up on some classes never placing more than one doctor on a squad however. Victor called for someone to get the Dragoon guards and after a moment, they showed up. Victor explained to them where they would be and they made their way to their squads. After they had been situated, Victor walked down the ranks, naming the new Assault squads starting with Alpha and ending with Quebec.
“Alright, now that we know who were working with, I want to get your attention to the phones that you were given last night.” Victor said, raising the burner phone in his hand. He looked at it and pressed a button which let off a 'beep'. “Our phones are capable of two way radio communication. This will allow us to communicate even in great distances.” Victor stopped his walk at the center so that he could be heard and seen in the flickering blue light. “Get familiarized with it's functions and register your squadmates into 'chat groups' from which you can communicate with. After you have done that, sync them with my number which I will text you all.” Victor raised the phone and began to text his number to all recipients. A wave of text message sounds could be heard in the chamber then Victor looked up. “Now, the most important part of all this will be the channel on which command will be operating on. It will change every thirty minutes. You will all receive a number by text every half hour. That number you will be summing with seven. The result will be our new channel. Remember, this formula will only apply to the main command channel and not your respective squad channels. You may each delegate a hopping channel algorithm to your squads if you are willing to up your comm security.” Victor had finished and looked around as many of the students were getting their squad mates on their phones and entering Victor's number also. He turned and walked back to Titus, giving them time to finish. “Here's my number. We will be on the main command channel so in case that I fall, you or someone else can take the reigns.” Victor said, texting the number to Titus in order to keep him from having to search his name through all of the hundred and more numbers. “I'm going to take a scout squad and look for water. I don't think we have enough time to hunt for food but I'll see if we can't find a desirable hunting ground.” He said, closely to Titus so that not everyone could hear. He looked over his shoulder at Alexandria and remembered that he was given title of Queen. He turned back to Titus and continued. “I know most of us will be hungry if not already are, but two days time can be managed without any food. Water is a necessity but until we start mobilizing, food is not a priority.” Victor said referring to the time a human can go without food. “Also, our Queen is capable as you said. She took more warriors out than anybody. I'd suggest she take up the duty of putting up defenses. She knows what we are up against, very accurately.” He said before one of the exorcists, a dragoon came up behind Victor to let him know that they were all radio ready. Victor nodded to the boy and looked back to Titus. “I know it's a lot to take in but we are just getting started. I have a plan of attack in mind and you might not like it. It involves leaving an empty house.” Victor said turning back to the formation.

Titus looked up, and saw Victor put the remaining healthy exorcists into their squads. From Alpha to Quebec, their squad names were all from military code. It was surprising to the half breed how many names Victor used, mainly because he only knew up to Foxtrot. However, the young man refocused himself, as those particular details weren't important. What was important, was the fact that they now had a more organized force, and the uninjured looked battle ready. This put a smirk on the half demon's face, as he stretched his arms, and followed suit with the mention of the burners. The algorithm that Victor made up was simple enough for Team White to understand, but just enough to confuse an enemy should they happen to get their hands on the burners.
Victor approached him, and sent a text to the half breed. As he got it, he saved the contact into his phone, and synced the main command channel with his. After syncing, he put the burner away, listening carefully to his knight strategist's instructions. He was going to go find water, and possibly try to find some hunting grounds; It was almost as if he was reading his mind! The fighter also brought up an interesting fact about humans being able to go without food for the time period they'd be in the exam, which was fine to Titus. Food wasn't at the top of his priority list either. "As long as you find water for now, we should be fine. You should go as soon as possible. Its going to get hot out there soon, if it hasn't already.." The half breed turned away to the big entrance of the cavern, where they had all entered the chamber from. Looking back to Victor, he began to talk about Alexandria leading the defenses. Titus looked at her, and happened to catch her ripping out an arrow from a wounded exorcist. 'She could be Yangire too...' The silver haired boy shuddered a little, before Victor began to talk about assault plans. Wouldn't like it? What wouldn't he like about attack plans? "Like I said Victor, do what you have to do! Oh, and could you please send the rest of the scouts to take a look at this place? I need them to know these ruins like the backs of their hands, Okay?" He smiled this time, and sent him off to go do what he asked.
'Time to approach the Yangire...' The silver haired male looked toward Alexandria, who was applying gauze to the patient who she just ripped an arrow out of. Looking at his queen, he smiled before speaking. "Miss Ferdinand! Could you tell me how many we lost, and how many of these guys we can actually use?" He said this in a low tone, but loud enough for her to hear him. He looked at the other doctors as well, seeing that there really wasn't that many wounded. The group did have to make haste, or they would end up being attacked again. Scratching his head, he brought his attention back to Alexandria, and smiled once more. "I was also wondering if you had a good plan for the defense of this little base of ours."

After telling victor what she had in her inventory he kindly asked one of the other dragoons if they had a 9 mm. The young dragoon quickly responded with a simple nodded and tossed him the clip only to have victor pass it to herself. Akemi lifted up her hand and caught the clip as it flew towards her. "Thank you." she calmly replied. Bringing out her left gun she dropped the clip out from the base of the gun. She started to transfer all the bullets from her given clip into her own. One after one she had to hand pull and place each bullet. Once she emptied the one she tossed it towards the wall. She didn't quite toss it with enough force to make it all the way. Hitting the ground first then sliding all the way over to the wall.
The group of dragoons quickly got into the formation Akemi suggested. She wasn't really trying to take change of the group and didn't expect for them to even listen to her but they did. In the background she could hear victor calling out more orders. His voice was so stern and calm, yet assertive. Titus however, had started taking on his leadership role and asked the blonde haired swordsman for a body count. It was a reasonable question. Knowing how many students were lost and how many were too injured to function in the battle field, would give titus an idea of what they could all do as a whole next. Victor had already asked for people to start gathering into groups. The first groups that were called forth were of one Aria, one Fighter. Then after that he asked for five of each each meister. They all started to form into groups behind the muscular man. They were all given different names to indicate who they were as a whole, as one unit.
Next he called out for five tamers and five dragoons . groups started to form once more. And once everyone was in their own little groups he started to make another speech. Akemi kept quite as he started to explain how they will use their cell phones that were given to them before the exam started. A scouting squad was going to venture out and look for water. they human body could go days without food, way longer than it can without water. The human body consists of 90 percent water, so it's only natural they body needs more water than it does food. Their plans were started to come together but if anyone asked her, things were moving slower than they should be. The way Ignazio works, it was always at a fast pace. Everything must be done quickly and efficiently. With him being the only one in command the decision would be made ten times quicker than their own teams decision making. On the white team there are three individuals that are all making plans and decisions, if they waited to long to make a move, the black team would surely be all over them.
Victor announced that Alexandria was going to take up the duty of putting up the defense as she knew what they were up against. Akemi personally disagreed with that statement. From what she understood Alexandria and Ignazio had only met recently, if they had met once before she was unaware. After all they did attend the same academy so they were bound to run into each other eventually. But if they hadn't and the only time she saw Ignazio in battle was at the restaurant, then she had only seen a glimpse of what the gifted tamer could do. And if that was true, then she hadn't even seen his familiars yet and know what their were capable of. But because she was unsure on whether or not they two have met before the exam or not, she was going to keep her opinion to herself.

Victor’s orders echoed the chamber as his peers scrambled to fulfill them. Dragoons coming from the far corners of the perimeter, those who weren’t busy attending to the dead or wounded also lining up before him- a mass of people that in truth looked more like a crowd than anything else. The blonde haired fighter began to break them down into teams- some with very specific goals. Each team having a code name- some military bullshit she could care less about; all that mattered was that they did their respective jobs. He went into discussing the uses of the burner phones they had been given- although the fair haired girl wasn’t quick to check her own. In truth she hadn’t so much as looked at it while packing, throwing it in her bag like everything else.
Her olive eyes watched intently as the blonde haired fighter approached their King. Discussing the back up plan- should the good Knight fall. An unlikely situation, so Alexi thought, he wasn’t weak or fragile. Her mind wandered though, knowing full well that if Victor were to fall she was the one who would theoretically stand up to lead the people. Their King had yet to show any such aptitude for the job given to him. Her gaze shifted once more as she heard he was to set out for water, and search for food at a later time. ‘Should be looking for both. The human body may be able to survive without food for some time. But we will have to do more than ‘survive’ if we want a fighting chance against the Black King. You know not when he comes to claim his prize.’ She thought to herself. Victor’s final audible words were about setting up the defenses- how it should be made her job for she knew what they were up against..? The pale haired girl could only wonder what that meant- a strange phrase to use when it was last semester the two of them had fought Ignazio- and only a few times since then had the doctor witnessed his skills in battle. ‘Not sure I do know what we are up against. Anyone’s guess is as good as mine… Unless…’ Alexi thought to herself as her mind shifted back towards the scene of the restaurant. Was he implying she may know best because she had proven herself to be ruthless; a trait many would use to describe the Black King… Had he seen what happened…? She could only wonder, but decidedly pushed the thoughts from her mind.
Her gaze shifted to the patient before her, lightly lifting up the gauze pad she had been holding to the wound. For the most part the bleeding had stopped, the wound bed beginning to clot some even. Pulling the soiled pad from his body she quickly opened a fresh package, removing the new gauze pad from it with her right hand. The left ripping a piece of tape from its roll, quickly taping to the boy’s skin. “You’re good. Go.” the doctor said quietly to him as she began to collect her things, packing the med kit once more before rising from the ground. She clutched it close to her body, looking up at her King as he drew near. He began to ask about how many they had lost, how many were injured and how many were usable. She reported rhythmically and systematically back to him as he finished speaking, “Ten dead, seven injured- only one with a semiserious injury. But another doctor is attending to that,” She said as she gestured to a pair of people along the ground, a dark haired boy crouching near a girl’s leg. His hands over her knee, a pale green light emanating from his palms. The girl who had been writhing in pain soon became still as the male doctor’s qi overloaded her system putting her into a temporary coma. “Once he finishes the process it will be only a matter of time till she wakes. Rest of the injured can be cleared for combat, scouting, and whatever else you need. They may grumble, but there is no reason they can’t.” Alexandria finished, watching as his gaze shifted from the collection of people along the ground. Scratching his head before meeting her olive gaze once more. His next words however were expected- defense. What her plan may entail.
“My King, our defense begins with gaining knowledge of these ruins. There will likely come a time where we are driven back- the Black King will reign supreme in a large area. So- we should force him to lead his forces into a much smaller one- one we will know well. One we can control.” The doctor began, knowing her words wound likely fall of deaf ears- so much talk of taking the fight to the enemy. Her words only hinting at the power of Ignazio’s familiars; she had seen them in action only a few times but they were no joke. If the White King were to lead them into battle in an open area against the Black King… The thought of seeing Garuda unleashing the hail of feathery arrows once more… Some among them struggled against the arrows of the Skeletal Warriors- what a blood bath it would be against the wind demoness who shot arrows by the thousands- quicker than the human eye could track, sharp as a blade, and hardly visible when it came. The doctor knew she was lucky the first time, she feared seeing that move once more. She wondered for a moment if Garuda were to fire at her again- if she could still survive it. “I believe we should rig the main passages to blow.” The pale hair girl said definitively. Her olive eyes watching the King to see his reaction to such a strange form of ‘defense’.
Victor had the go from Titus and nodded to him in acknowledgment of his words. He turned back to the formation and spotted Akemi not too far away. He walked up to her and nodded to her in greeting. “Akemi, right?” Victor started. “I want you to take Scouting squads Charlie, Delta and Echo and map out these ruins. I want to know where all passageways lead. All exits, windows, rooms and chambers. Take Vanguard squads Alpha, Bravo and Charlie for backup. Detail is much appreciated.” Victor said before walking off towards the center of the formation. “Alright, it's time to get to work.” He said looking around the room. “All of you with explosives and those with knowledge on how to rig them up, you are going to assist in creating out defenses and traps. Most of you will either be placed on security detail or some duty or another. Be vigilant and remember that teamwork is everything out here. Look around you. None of you might know each other but for these next few hours, we are going to be trusting each other with our very lives.” Victor said, looking at the students who looked amongst themselves. “I know most of you are concerned about Team Black and their king but I'm here to tell you that he bleeds. I have seen it. You all know what that means.” Victor said with a slight smirk. Some of the squads returned his words with a shout of strength while some others just silently received the message. “Conserve your water, preserve your food. We won't be in this mess for too long so you can skip a meal or two. Your King is looking to keep you all up to one-hundred and fifty percent strength but that won't mean anything if you aren't willing to be resilient.” Victor looked like he was finished but looked up to them and spoke one last time. “Be vigilant. Act fast. It'll be an honor to crush Team Black and work with graduated Exorcists of rank.” Victor stepped away from the center, looking pensive, almost sad but approached the scouting squads with a stern demeanor. “Give me Alpha and Bravo. Move out to the main entrance, we are heading out.” Victor said before turning to walk towards the Sentinel squads. “I'm taking all of you.” He referred to all five squads. “Were going on a water run.” Victor said before he started heading for the way they came. The Sentinels followed behind him.
Victor started a slow jog, following the now lit passageway. The blue fire threw shadows on the walls, depicting the forces moving out of their confines. Victor could see the four students waiting for them at the entrance. Sun light came strongly through the portal, signifying the coming of the morning at the beginning of the first day. He approached them and stopped just before exiting to speak to them all. “Alright, check your radios and equipment one last time, we're going to the forested region.” He said, looking over his own equipment as well. After a few moments of movement and clicking, Victor spoke again. “No sound unless absolutely necessary. When that happens, use your radios. I don't want to hear anything above a pindrop.” When he saw that they had understood, Victor pointed at the two scout squads and made a motion with his hand as if patting two places which indicated their formation. He then turned to the Sentinels and put up five fingers before making a hand signs with a small finger and thumb jutting out. The scouts went out first followed by Victor, backed by the Sentinels who were widely spread out. They stepped out to the sands of the desert, headed in the direction of the forest. Victor had most of the map memorized and didn't need to look at it just yet. Knowing the distance from the ruins to the tree line, he used his compass and pointed the two teams in the right direction. After a few hundred meters, the group had found the forest over a sand dune. The heat had become a burden on the group, causing them to drink much water, making their mission that more relevant. They stopped at the final dune and laid down. The scouts had spread over the top, black specks lined up on the dune. The aria were feeling for major Qi signatures and after a few moments, they looked to Victor and nodded at him. He turned around from behind the dune and waved forward. The Sentinels stood up from their kneeled positions and proceeded. The shade of the trees and the humidity brought forth a cooler and moister environment, a relief after their harsh walk. Victor signaled a quick entry and they all lined up, one behind the other as they headed in for the trees.

Titus simply nodded when the status report was given. A small number of their already diminished force was taken out, as ten of their exorcists died. To Titus it was not too bad, but still, under his "leadership", ten of his peers died. He refused to linger on the thought any longer, as the blonde queen pointed over to a pair. The girl seemed to be troubled because of her knee leading the half breed king to the conclusion that she had indeed taken a hit. 'An arrow to the knee... She may be finished.' The young man looked back to the doctor near him, as she explained the course of action she suggested they take for the defense.
The king's expression went from partly smirking to a serious face, as he listened carefully. It was a good idea to make the main passages explode, but that would definitely mean the risk of their HQ being destroyed, causing their defeat. Unless of course, Ignazio was somehow incapacitated or even killed by the debris. It sounded like a good plan, and definitely meant for the end of the war. "Our little team of scouts is about to go ahead and map these ruins out now." The silver haired boy put his hands behind his head, and then looked at Victor, who was speaking to the rest of Team White. "We should talk to him about this, as he has a plan of attack in mind. Something about an empty house." He turned back to his queen, talking to her so no one but the two of them could hear their conversation. "I don't think we have the offensive manpower needed to take out the King, since it seems to me that Lloyd is on the other side. As you saw in the restaurant, he easily killed those attackers. But he also has two familiars at his side, one being a cat sidhe, and the other being a Cerberus." The most shocking part of that fight was that the knight had killed a man with a fork. A fork! A utensil meant for eating was used as a weapon to kill another human. The young man shook his head, thinking of the man's abilities. "Alaric is probably over there, but I haven't seen him in combat. He can fly though." The young man shrugged, as he put his hands back to his sides, and looked took a step away from the blonde. "We'll see about the passages blowing up after the scouts come back. Thank you for your hard work!" The silver haired boy smiled, and bowed his head to the Queen. After raising up, he turned and looked at the upper levels of the cavern. 'Wonder what's up there...' The young man wanted to explore, but didn't know if he should go or not. What if they had to fight more demons? There was no need for him to scout if they already had sent out the scouts to look at the place. Sighing, he crossed his arms, gazing upon the chamber illuminated in blue lights.

It didn't take long for all of the students to get into their teams. Akemi was about to join into group herself before she was approached by Victor himself. He wanted her to lead scouting squads to go and map out their ruins."I understand." he's order's were simple and to the point. Even the dumbest of students could understand how to go about a mission like that. Her voice was calm and relaxed, face flat and emotionless as she made eye contact with the man that towered before her. His attention turned away from her and over to the other students and continued with his orders.
Akemi made her way over to one of the doors and stopped. The large doors towered over her making her look like an ant compared to it's height. She turned to face the students inside the chamber and called forth the squads she was going to be leading into the halls."Could I please have scouting squads Delta, Charlie, and Echo! Also Vanguard squards Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie!" her facial expression did not change as she asked for her teams that she was given to lead into the ruins. Her voice wasn't as assertive as Victors and it lacked emotion. still they was she stood showed she was as serious as anyone else. Her back was straight and her arms dangled next to her sides. Her head was held up high, and most importantly of all, she showed confidence.
The groups heard her voice calling for them and slowly they made their way over to where she was standing. Once everyone was there standing before her she explained what it was they were going to be doing. "Our task is to map out the ruins of the base. We are to report back to Victor. He wishes to have every hallway, chamber, window, exits, and all other areas recorded. Make sure to get as much detail as possible." She gave the students no time to response to her or ask any question. Turning around she walked away into the ruins. The ruins were dark, blinding anyone who set foot in there in pure darkness. She pulled out her flash light and lead the group into the hallow hallways. The sound of their shoes echoed in the halls. Multiple flash lights lit up the ruins. Even though there was a good number of them in the hall there was still enough room for several more. The size of the ruins were impressive and majestic. The team moved through the halls recording anything and everything they saw.
turn after turn they maped where they had been and where it lead them two. Some of the halls led them into other chambers with only one way in and one way out. Others led them into areas that looked like it was once a room fit for a king. At some point the group walked down a hall that split up into several hallways. "Which way do we go?' one of the boys asked. Akemi didn't turn to face the group she just simple told them what was the best choice of action."Split up into groups. Record all information. If you run into a trap that was set inside the halls, record it. Failure is unacceptable. Caution is key. I will take scouting squad Echo with me. After an hour we will meet up in here." she finished saying and started to walk off into one of the halls with her squad following shortly behind.

Victor had got their group out into the desert, headed for their headquarters. With all of the dizzying dunes surrounding them, one could get lost and lose focus. The sun would be quick to cook anyone lost in it's sands for a few hours. Victor's troupe wasn't ill prepared for they had stocked up with water and their newest kill. Victor urged his group to cover their heads with cloth and soak it with some water to cool them as they trudged on. He didn't want to be caught out in the open with such a heavy load and he knew that their Team would be wanting a meal soon. He began to think about how much time they had and how soon they would be under attack. Ignazio was ambitious but looked to put himself above others often. He would surely be part of the raiding party if not invade himself. The tactic for attack would have to be discussed immediately if not right as he got back. He doubted that fortifications would be done when he returned but that gave him something else to work on. An attack by some demon or other would be expected and so they would need battle formations and organized strike patterns. Victor cursed himself for not bringing paper and pencil, something so essential that he had simply left it for someone else to bring although it seemed that many of the students didn't bring anything of the like. Checking his compass, Victor shifted their direction slightly, making them climb over another dune by it's broader side. On the other side, they could see the gates of the underground ruins. If Victor had to guess, he'd say it was part of an underground city. Somewhere, buried under all the sand, were surely walls and buildings that had stood long ago. The ruins that they had made into White Team's headquarters looked like a temple or sacred grounds for someone important. It was perhaps part of a tomb as well or a mausoleum of sorts. The gates to the ruins stood tall in the distance but surrounded by the unbearable desert. Sweating and anxious to arrive, Victor began to pick up the pace. The heat rose from the sands and made the image of the group askew to the ones who stood guard at the gate. Some of the group were already complaining about food and with good reason. Victor felt quite hungry as well but after drinking two canteens worth of water, all he was ready for was some shade and the cool hands of the inside chambers of the ruins. Arriving at the gate, Victor stood by, watching the group enter and take their supplies inside. He asked the fighters to leave the deer at the front. He got a knife from one of them and began to clean the meat. He cut open their cavity holding their organs. Removing their organs, Victor hurried to move on to t eh next. The sun was beating down on him and the other few fighters with him. After they succeeded in cleaning all three deer, Victor stood asked them to take the meat once again. Once the last one of them went inside, he followed them. They went deeper into the underground, finding their way back to that main chamber where they had gathered before. Victor walked in last and helped the fighters set up the deer. He asked the rest of the group to redistribute all the water. As they were busy giving out water, Victor began to set up small pits from which they would start fires and cook the deer. Asking for a knife, Victor began to show some of the others how to cut up the deer. Some of Team White was taking some of the flammable resin from the fire urns and were going to use it to start fires for the meat. Victor asked them to set up the site in the next room in order to keep the main chamber free of smoke. After cutting up the deer into sections and skinning it, he asked others to take the wastes of the deer carcass and get rid of it. Getting some water on his hands to wash them off from a nearby dragoon, Victor walked over to Titus in order to give him a quick report. “We got plenty of water but we might need to get more tomorrow depending on how hard we work tonight. We also managed to hunt down two does and a nice buck while we were out there. That should be more than enough to last us all until next week.” Victor told him before taking a quick look around at who was within their encampment. He didn't notice Akemi and her squads so that meant they weren't back from mapping the area. Victor couldn't lend much of a hand with that since he didn't know exactly where they had been and where they were now but Alexandria looked like she was getting started with preparing explosives and traps. Victor asked the fighters to go ahead and take the deer to the fires that were now being started so that they could have a meal for the day's start. He would await Titus' next directive and if he had none, he would go ahead and fins something else to keep busy until the food was ready.

Traveling through her selected hallway she led her small group through the dark shadows holding nothing but her flashlight. The other's behind her held theirs as well taking note of everything they saw. So far they haven't reached any stray walk ways or doors, not even a window. Which started to concern Akemi. Her concerns were soon proven as she stepped onto a what seemed to be an ordinary tile. It sunk into the ground and latched on the walls revealed themselves. Feeling the tile move under her feet she stopped in her tracks and held her arm out to the side, signaling for the rest of them to stop. She stood still and listened carefully she sounds of the latched opening caused her to lookn over. Noticing that there were sever open areas on the walls."Get down!" she shouted and dropped to the ground as quickly as she could. Unfortunatly she wasn't quick enough. Thousands of arrows shot out of the holes on the walls sticking into the opposite wall, on the other side of the students. When everyone dropped down the arrows had already started shooting and Akemi had gotten an arrow in her arm. At first she didn't feel the sharp object wedge itself into her skin. But as soon as she hit the ground and the arrow bounced she felt it immediately. The shooting arrows didn't last long and once it was safe everyone stood up onto their feet with the exception of Akemi. she moved onto her feet but stayed kneeling down looking at the tile that sunk into the stone."Take note. Arrow traps are triggered by a stepping stone. The stone itself is well hidden, however, the gaping around the sides is larger than the other stones. Keep an eye on those stones, careful to avoid them." Standing up in place she looked back at the group. She reached up and placed the flashlight in her mouth, holding it sideways, and reached over for the arrow on her other arm. Her fingers slowly and carefully gripped onto the arrow and she slowly pulled it out. She bit down onto the flashlight as the pain shot through her body. Soon enough the arrow was out and she tossed the blood filling arrow to the side, hearing it hit the ground next to her. She stared blankly at the men that stood before her seeing the shock in their eyes that she just pulled an arrow out. She wasn't looking to find their reactions she was making sure that everyone was safe.
after about an hour Akemi and her team hand finished searching the area they had ventured off into and headed back to the meeting point. Her and her group were the first to arrive but shortly after the rest of the group arrived. Akemi started to mentally count off everyone that was there and everyone was accounted for. "please combine all out notes into one, to make it easier for Victor and the other's to read." She told them. A simple nod of their heads signaled that they understood what she was requesting them to do and started to talk amongst themselves. after several minutes the group turned to look at Akemi and handed over the notes to her. After grabbing the notes from them they headed back where the other's were awaiting their return.
Traveling back through all the hall ways Akemi and the group returned with everyone safe and sound. Victor was already back from their venture for some water. His intentions were only to gather water but he had brought back some form of food as well. The rest of the group that she was with started to disperse and do their own thing while Akemi headed over to where Victor stood and handed Victor their mapped out layout."As you wished, a detailed map. Every room, doorway, and window is accounted for. However, there are a few minor set backs. some of the hall ways have traps rigged within the walls, floors and ceilings. Those are also accounted for on the map as well as details on how each trap in triggered." she explained to the man that towered before her.

The King finished speaking to her before walking off towards his throne, his gaze watching the blue flames light up the expanse of the chamber. He seemed.. unsure.. of such tactics. The queen merely shifted her gaze from her milky haired king, her kind olive gaze resting on the pair on the ground. It wouldn’t be long till the male doctor finished his work, but her mind wandered to the words said by her kind. He doubted their ability for open battle- something she couldn’t blame. The logic of his reasoning was interesting, however, as if he feared Lloyd’s prowess with the sword- or perhaps the fork…? A small crossed the girls pink lips as she chuckled a bit at the thought, shaking her head a moment. ‘He may be better than I am. But, I think I could give him a challenge. I don’t fight clean, and my blade is more than what it appears. I hope we get to fight, Lloyd Yggdmillennia.’ Alexi thought to herself as her gaze rested on the ceiling above, a pale hand resting on the hilt of her rapier. ‘That is something I’ve been looking forward to.’
All the fair haired doctor could do was wait, the map had yet to be made and Akemi lead her band of scouts through the ruins- the sound of marching echoing down the long hallways that connected to the main chamber. Alexi knew she’d have to make her moves without the King’s approval, knowing they were running out of time. Glancing around the dim chamber it was easy to see only a few set of men and women remained to guard, all other units were out scouting the ruins, desert, or off on the expedition with Victor. He was intent on getting something to eat. The doctor could only hope he wouldn’t run into other forces- they weren’t alone in this strange land and demons seemed to sprout up like weeds. There was the matter of the Black King’s forces. But surely Victor could handle himself. “Just a waiting game..” Alexi muttered to herself as she began to pace around the chamber, arms crossed over her chest as she was left to her own thoughts. It would be some time before either Akemi’s scouts or Victor’s hunting expedition returned. During that time even the girl who had been healed by the male doctor woke, and was cleared for battle.
Eventually however the two commanders made their grand reappearance. Victor came from the main exit; some of the fighters he took with him carried fair sized deer- three of them. Two doe and a buck; the deer seemed well fed- they surely hadn’t been killed in the desert. Only made sense they had gone to the woods and back. The creatures had already been gutted, and fires were being made to cook the meat. The knight left the side of his men to approach the king, likely discussing what progress he had made during his little expedition. Alexandria began to take long strides towards the pair, although- she did not rush. The soft echoes of marching feet came from the far side of the chamber; the dark haired girl reemerged from the depths. A piece of paper in her hands. ‘There is the map…’ Alexandria thought to herself as the girl held it out towards Victor. It would seem Victor had made himself more or less the effective King. But, she was the one who had been asked to take up the defense. And the young Austrian wasn’t going to wait for the go ahead any longer. An hour had passed since her last conversation with the White King. The pale haired doctor couldn’t know what plans their enemy had made, or guess when he would come. She didn’t like the idea of waiting, there wasn’t time to discuss things any longer. It was time to act.
Akemi spoke directly to Victor about what the map entailed, and Alexandria could only smile as her right hand grasped the piece of paper- easily slipping it out from the dark haired girl’s grasp. “Thank you.” The queen said as she slipped away from the small group, opening up the map before her. Her steps took her towards one of the groups who had been acting guard over the ruins while the others were out. The doctor studied the map, it would seem there were some entrances that were unstudied. Trap doors marked on the paper with not the faintest suggestion to where they went. Small indications of a variety of traps- Alexi was quite unsurprised the ruins had been booby trapped. What interested her most was the complex labyrinth that had been depicted was likely only the top level. The doctor came to a stop as her olive gaze looked over the edge of the map. “What tools do you have?” She asked them with curiosity, her eyes showing a certain mischievous intent. The queen had something up her sleeve. Qi: 25,039/25,039 Mobility: 125/125 Word Count: 830
The men and women before the queen began to rummage through their bags, tossing out a menagerie of items. A number of arias put out their stacks of paper sutra, fighters and knights showing their knives, bombs, and other objects of similar likeness. The queen nodded her head as she crouched down near the group, spreading out the map before her. A long index finger pointing at the center room, “We are here. And I want to rig the main passages to blow. We want to force our enemy into the windy, longer passages.” Alexandria said to them as she had begun to point out the larger sections of hallways. Her olive gaze raising to meet her companions as she went on to explain the second part of their mission; “Once we’ve done that there is the matter of exploring the windy paths. Some are booby trapped but it should be no matter. There are a couple of passages that look like that could have double doors and trap doors to a lower level. And we need to confirm these things. Our scouting teams given us a map, its somewhere to start at least.” the young Austrian said to them as she glided her index finger along the map as she pointed out the features she was most interested in exploring. Looking up once more to her companions she smiled, a warm smile. The kind of smile that seemed to inspire confidence in others, something her allies were in dire need of.
“Any questions…?” The queen asked as her olive eyes glanced between the people before her. Many answered with a simple shake of the head, others responded with no, negative and other words of similar meaning. The white queen pushed herself from the ground as she folded up the map once more; tucking it away into the bag she carried. “Then let’s get going. We may not have much time…” The Austrian said as she began to take long strides down the nearby passage. According to the map it would be one of the windy paths they’d be interested in seeing. For it likely had double doors that looked like portions of the stone walls, it was something that needed to be confirmed. Her group picked up their things and followed suit, glad they were finally given a task to work on- with hope by the time they finished dinner may actually be ready.
The troupe began their trek down the hall, and sure enough the places marked looked like stony walls, but a pound of the fist caused a mechanism to pop. It’s chime was soft, and barely audible through the stone, but the wall budged just slightly. Revealing the opening to another hallway. Alexandria smiled, as many of the places marked did the same. Taking a pen she carried she marked out the passages that didn’t seem functional. “Any of you have a piece of paper?” The pale haired doctor asked as she marked another door off the map she had taken from Akemi. Her gaze then turning back to her group, as one held out a roll of parchment. The male’s words asking curiously what she could possibly need it for. “I’ll be updating the map, of course.” The queen said with a smile. Taking the roll of paper from the male knight she tucked it away into the top of her bag before throwing it back over her shoulders. The troupe took a path to some of the major hallways, and Alexandria ordered the aria to place some of their sutra across the walls and floors. And for the fighters and knights to set up small traps of bombs- intended to explode if someone took a wrong step. She too was given some- sutra, grenades and string; with the verbal intent to place them along the mouth of the hallway. But it wasn’t something she followed through with completely. Tucking away some of the sutra and some of the other supplies as she placed two of her sutra along the wall near the entrance, the edges of one slipped over the corner of the wall. A thin string across the path, it matched the color of the old stone, and hide low to the ground- on the other end it attached to one of the grenades. Turning back she led her group down similar hallways, her team performing the orders. Once they had rigged about five of the six major hallways- the queen knew if the traps were triggered then the halls would collapse on top of the foolish. She then began to led her group down one of the thin paths; one of which held the entrance to what she suspected to be an underground bunker.
“Alright guys, lets investigate that trap door.” The white queen said with a smile. Her long strides taking her ever closer to her objective, her lackeys following suit not far behind.
