『Ｓ。Ｏ。Ｍ。Ａ。Ｆ。Ｕ。Ｔ。Ａ』 【 If I were still alive... Would you still marry me..？】— Anohara  Soma blushed a bit more when Saito asked if it was a girl. "N..no.. It's no one." he said trying to convince him. He looked down at his plate, thinking again, and then noticed his wristband. He looked back up and smiled at Saito. I need to help.. he thought. "Hey.. Saito.." he said in a serious tone.

"The internet is much more efficient than a library, much as the brain is more efficient than the heart. ”  Saito laughed a little, very much happy that Soma could joke around with him, and exhibit slight embarrassment as well.
"Sure, sure,"
However, Saito, looked a little confused as Soma's tone changed to that of a serious one. It threw him off a little.
"Yeah, what is it?" Inner Thoughts: "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

"Not me, but someone at the school. That is, if you want." he added, playing with his collar for a bit. This has to work.. he began thinking again.

"The internet is much more efficient than a library, much as the brain is more efficient than the heart. ” Saito stared blankly at Soma for a few seconds, allowing himself to recollect his thoughts.
"What...Do you mean?"
His interest peaked. He wasn't too sure what Soma was talking about when he said he could help him out,
"What do you mean, Soma? Is there something you know that I don't?" Inner Thoughts: "Someone at the school?" "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

"The rumor is that he can cancel out abilities in a blink of an eye. If we can get him to touch your wristband or something, you might be free." he added. Please don't be just a rumor.. he thought, staring at Saito.

"The internet is much more efficient than a library, much as the brain is more efficient than the heart. ” Saito let out a little laugh, before shaking his head enthusiastically. He tapped the table a few times.
"I appreciate that, Soma. But, I have no intention of taking this wristband off.
Saito continued to smile and explain, hoping Soma would understand.
"This wristband gives me the power of fire. It gives me the protection of the God of Death. Yeah, I've got to complete a mission every once in awhile, such as the kid that I've got to kill. But, the wristband keeps me safe, gives me power, and keeps me on good terms with the God of Death." Inner Thoughts: "I don't ever want to take this wristband off. It gives me power. And when I find that kid I'm supposed to kill. The God of Death will not only free me, but he'll give me more power." "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

Furano.. he thought to himself, and clenched his fists a bit. "Y-You have to kill a kid..?!" he said a bit loud. He stared at Saito, a bit in shock, not knowing what to do. "But.. They have so much to live for Saito.." he added.

"The internet is much more efficient than a library, much as the brain is more efficient than the heart. ” Saito looked a bit surprised when Soma raised his voice a bit.
"Remember what i said about the kid with a red wristband? That's who my target is. Well, he's like fifteen, so I wouldn't say he's an actual kid, and I think he's got a girl's name but I can't quite remember. "
Saito took a few breaths and paused, hoping he didn't upset Soma.
"Whether or not they have something to live for isn't my problem, It's theirs. I need to find my target and complete my mission, otherwise, I get killed, and I can't have power if I'm dead. I don't know anything about this kid, and quite frankly, I don't really care. I'm just doing what I need to in order to survive. You of all people should understand, Soma," Inner Thoughts: "He seems riled up about this," "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

Furano is my friend too.. he thought as he paused. "I just don't want to see you get hurt." he finished. He looked up at Saito, with a sad expression on his face, "The world is cruel.. he said softly. I don't want anyone to die..! he thought again. I doubt Toinette or Faylin will let Furano go down, without a fight. Saitos guaranteed to lose.. It's 3 vs. 1! I can't help either side..

"I'm not the one who's at risk of getting hurt here, everyone at this school is."
Saito, for the first time, had gotten serious. His tone changed, and he continued to speak with Soma.
"This kid is dangerous. He's a danger to everyone around him. Not only has my target defied the God of Death, but his powers have gone awry and he's unable to control them. He killed 3 people up in Hokkaido, Japan. If anything, I'm doing this school a favor by taking him out," Inner Thoughts: "Believe me, Soma. I'm the good guy here," "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

Maybe he is a really bad kid.. he thought as he stared. "But, nothing wrong happened in the school so far.." he added, speaking in a low tone. Soma looked down and stared at Saitos wristband.

"He sent three high school kids to the hospital in critical conditions, none of them survived. He burned them alive."
Saito continued to explain, hoping that Soma would understand the point he was trying to get across.
"He's not what he appears to be. He's cunning, manipulative. He's a villain in a hero's mask." Inner Thoughts: "I'm doing my best to tell him what the God of Death told me," "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

He looked back up at Saito, I see.. he said, with a low spirited expression. Wait, don't believe everything you hear Soma.. Furano. I'm sure he has his reasons.. He seems like a kid to get bullied.. Maybe that's one.. he began thinking again. "Saito, haven't you ever stopped to think that he moved all the way from Japan to run away from that life? If he had intentions to kill, then he wouldn't have come here, he would've stayed." Soma began explaining, staring at Saito.

Something in Saito's head seemed to click, and he rubbed the front of his glasses for a second.
"..You speak as if you actually know what he's like," Inner Thoughts: "My job is to kill him, not to understand the situation." "I'm not as friendly as I seem. Keep that in mind"

He scratched his head when he explained, "Well, Saito, I'm just saying this from experience. I moved Japan, to get away from there for a reason. For people to stop judging me, calling me a cursed child. If you were in a similar situation, you would want to move away from it as well." he gripped his sheath, looking down at it. "Even my own parents.." he whispered to himself.
