Baird is not the easiest individual to get along with. He's an extreme introvert, preferring to find somewhere quiet and solitary to spend his time. He's a glutton for knowledge and a bit of a nerd when it comes to pretty much anything. Music? He loves it. He'll talk your ear off if you get him started. He loves stories, even though at the current time there's very few that are being told. He likes tinkering, figuring things out, crafting things, and trying to perfect his crafts. As he improves, he'll likely be one of the first armor craftsmen in the earth tribe.
Like his name suggests, he is also something of a musician. He has a golden set of pipes on him but he's exceedingly shy about singing around anyone. Instead, he composes his stories and songs in private and sings over his projects.
To anyone he doesn't know he can seem outright hostile. He's got a sharp tongue and always has to get in the last word. He's constantly making snide comments under his breath or passive-aggressive snipes.Unfortunately, this will likely get him in a lot of trouble in the future. He's not a large B'alam, nor is he that talented in combat. He's a bit of a pitiful male to be quite frank. He's tall, gangly, but there doesn't seem to be much muscle on him.
To friends he'll be loyal but he speaks fluent sarcasm so he's not easy to be around.
