Gumby Ningata Chibi Halo Gumby Ningata Do you have a guild mule to hold donations of gold and items? I've pretty much designated my poor barely used lately mule as the place where I store things for possible guild use. And I'm not kidding when I say she's poor. xp
That is why you take donations. Raise the funds and use them to buy prizes and set up contests. Gumby is pretty good at this stuff too! He works for E-Corp and they put together pretty good threads. The D-Party can throw together a pretty good event and it's always entirely thanks to donations. Maybe you should set up a donation thread?

Here's the thing. Lately, the Barton guild has been running pretty small event threads so we haven't had much in the way of contests and whatnot. We usually have a single TekTek contest because it's easy for me to take care of during the event, since I seem to be the only one dealing with event threads. At times we've had maybe one or two people doing artwork and that's mainly because of the fact that the Barton guild has shrunk considerably in size.
Right now in the way of crew in this guild it's pretty much me and Meushi left for active crew members right now, and even then she's not been too active in the guild. So I'm literally running the whole guild by myself at the moment. I love that you guys are so very willing to throw around ideas because I need that kind of stuff right now if this place is going to thrive again. I'd ask certain people if they'd want to be promoted to crew status because I'm honestly seeing the kind of people I desperately need right now, but I know some of them are very busy with their own guilds and other threads and I don't want to take their time away from that.
Guild funds right now are at a very low level because the last time I really needed to use my mule for guild stuff everything was very affordable. I have in my possession, as given to me by a friend who has left Gaia (which is where I got my prize for the Barton guild's last event thread TekTek contest) a pair of Red Horns of the Demon. I know I'll never use them and right now they're just padding my overall net worth. I'd rather they be put to good use and get the guild some major funds so we can buy things to hand out during events.
I seriously am a total newb when it comes to auctioning off an item like that and raising funds for guild stuff so if this is what you guys think we need to do in order to become a major serious player in the plot related user groups I am all for any help you guys can give me. I want people to associate the GCA with this plot.

Chibi Halo Terra Atlas How about silver, greens, sky blue and orange/gold? It's a possibility. Sky blue and gold/orange would work best since it's the sky during the day and the sun. Day time is when flowers open up and blood. There is brightness and beauty, we see the world of Gaia truly during the day. Silver for "silver lining of the clouds". Green because Gaia.
