++++++++ Tilting his head back and forth he pondered over the idea of liking someone you just met, some who was practically a stranger. "I take it you don't believe in love at first sight then? So before you ask, I do. I've never experienced it for real bit you know." He noticed Callus' standing, and fiddling with his bracelet, had he struck a cord? "Also hey we don't have to talk about this sort of stuff you know? It's all really personal, deep, and vaguely invasive, so don't be afraid to tell me to stop." Trying to seem chill, he put on a comforting smile.
Was he making Callus uncomfortable? The feeling of guilt and regret was starting in chest, and began moving up his throat, making his mouth feel impeccably dry. The cold drink he'd grabbed previously felt nice against his seemingly dry throat. "I had a boyfriend in middle school. He was from a different school so we broke up a month later," He blushed a little at the memory. That boy was really cute, he'd been older, was really sweet on him. "You probably don't think they're relatable at all, but being with a girl is vaguely the same as being with a guy, so."
Thinking for a moment, he continued. "Girls are soft, and squishy, to put it plainly. They get embarrassed easy, and they're shy, which is really cute to me. Ummm.." He wasn't sure if he should go into detail about sex or anything, so he just sort of played the soup Callus had offered to him.

His eyebrows knit together and he pursed his lips.
"I think it would be nice to have someone like that,
you seem like the sort of person who would often get lonely.
I wouldn't mind it if you were to bring people here sometimes."
He offered a slight smile and took a moment to find words
on how to explain his odd behavior.
"In subjects that I am....unsure of? I often get a little
uncomfortable, so do not take it as you did something.
I'm just honestly not used to talking like this."
He paused, but then felt it necessary to add
"Not that I do not enjoy it. Talking to you is actually very nice."
He looked up at the ceiling and scratched his stomach more, contemplating
where to take this conversation next.
"So are you some sort of man whore? You speak like you've at least had
hand full or so, also I suppose it must be pretty funny having
a man older than you, and not to mention a virgin, be interested
in asking you about things as simple as relations."
He laughed softly trying to lighten the mood.

++++++++ Shugo didn't think he was lonely, he just figured that he got bored often, and being around others was just more fun than sitting alone by himself. This subject brought him around to the idea of friends. It was a pretty big school, there were bound to be other kids into the same stuff as him, right? Maybe he should consider joining a sports team or something. He didn't wanna be a loner whose only friend is their roommate. "Sex and relationships are pretty much the opposite of your forte, I feel ya."
Making his way through the second bowl of soup, He waited for Callus to continue. "So are you some sort of man whore?" Embarrassingly enough, these words caused Shugo to practically spit out the soup he had just taken into his mouth. His face immediately began to burn, partially from such a blunt question, and then spitting up. "W-w-what sort of question is that? I-I mean I.." Wetting a washcloth to clean up his mess, he continued to stutter. "I-It's not like that..." He hadn't meant it to mean he had lots of sex with lots of people. Oh god, oh god. Had he come off as a whore? "You being older and asking doesn't bother me or anything, I think it's okay and normal.." Jesus he probably seemed so immature. He was trying to be suave and cool, a little flirty too, but he didn't think that was coming across very well.

Callus flashed a smile at that reaction, He supposed that a man
whore wouldn't have become so embarrassed to a remark like that,
so he shrugged and leaned over into Shugo's personal space.
"You could probably be some sort of man whore though,
you have the face for it."
He meant this as a complement, though he's sure it just came
out sounding sour, he searched for words that might make
up for the rude remark he just made.
"I mean this as to say that you are very pretty, and I assume
many people here will try and 'get with that'"
He tried out the new age phrase on his tongue, it didn't work for him.
Reaching in he pushed a strand of hair out of Shugo's face and smiled.
"Yea, really pretty."

++++++++ The jumble of feelings in his stomach only worsened when Callus kept going with it, and began to stand very close to him. He couldn't just push him away, that would be rude. He had the face for it? Did that mean he looked easy or something?
Callus told him he was pretty. Said people looked like they would wanna 'get with that'. Shugo's face probably looked a firetruck. It was probably just teasing, but the whole brushing hair out of his face made him question that. People didn't do that for people the just met, or Callus didn't seem like the type at least. That was something Shugo would have done for his girlfriend, or his older sisters before they would go on a date. Hoping his next course of action wouldn't be taken badly, he went for it.
He probably would not have realised how thin the other male was had he not placed his hand on his wrist and hand. Hesitating only in the slightest, thinking for a second that maybe Callus really was just that clueless, his other hand snaked around his roommates waist, pulling their bodies together. "Your behavior and movements have been fairytale precursors to a kiss. Either you have really not watched any romance movies, or you really want 'a piece of that'," Shugo moved his face a little closer. "Is this.." The lump in his throat stopped him from continuing. He meant to ask if this was what Callus wanted, or if he really was just teasing him. His blush was fierce and that probably got rid of his whole cool guy attitude.

Callus' mouth opened slightly in shock, the way that things were going
honestly had not been what he had expected. He's acted this way
around plenty of people and it had never led to this.
His neck and ears suddenly felt on fire as he cast his eyes downward, afraid
of making eye contact in such close vicinity.
His hands moved up to be placed onto the others chest, he began to fiddle
with the fabric of Shugo's shirt a little bit before looking back up.
"I was, to be honest, unaware of these precursors."
This is probably about the time that he should lean in. If he leaned in
there would be an extremely high chance of awkward encounters
after the event. Though Shugo had initiated it. Should he lean in?
A ton of thoughts swirled through his head as his stomach felt tight.
Scrunching his face slightly he tentatively leaned in, brushing his mouth
against Shugo's before pulling back and burying his face into the others
chest.
ooc: If he'd done that, it may or may not have been the most frustrating
thing ever;; haha.

++++++++ Of course, he hadn't meant to be giving off those vibes, but at least Callus wasn't pushing him away? His eyes searched the boy's for any hint of displeasure. Relaxing as there was none, he just waited, and soaked in every detail of the boy that he could. He noticed his eyelashes, they were dark, almost glossy, his lips looks soft and pale, he especially the dark pink dusting across his face and neck. Moting how cute it was, a small smile spread across his lips.
The other moved, it was hesitant, like he was unsure, but yep, that was the faintest touch of lips he'd ever experienced. Then he was gone, butied in his chest. Shugo tried to think of something to say, nothing really seeming to fit. So he settled for just lightly placing his chin on his head. "Oh my god.. That's so cute...." With his arms wrapped around him, he let out a deep sigh. That was a starter kiss, the type that happened on the first date, except Shugo wasn't sure if Callus would be up for something like that. He was the one questioning how you could like someone you just met. There was also the issue of school, they would both be too busy for anything. Maybe Callus wanted a casual fwb? That made Shugo a little sad, so he decided to not think about it.

His entire body felt really shaky, it was an entirely different sensation
than he was used to, his heart felt as if it were beating entirely too
fast, as if it were about to maybe hop out of his chest.
He felt as if maybe he should just enjoy the moment, but he just had to say
it, it was a normal thing to say after people kissed. Maybe? Yes. People
usually informed others of this sort of thing.
"We will be living together for a while, I hope that you do not feel awkward
around me now, or grow tired of me. As a person."
He buried his face more, Shugo was warm. This was weird to think of
a stranger. It was probably weird to kiss a stranger. Would they do this sort
of thing more?
His body, which had calmed down a little, burst into a full blush again and
he felt so odd, this was so unusual.

++++++++ "Don't worry about that, at this point I might not be able to keep my hands off of you," His hands moved lower to the small of his back, his fingers moving at a snail's pace even lower. It was to make a point, of course. "Don't worry though, I have copious amounts of self control as long as you can cook for me." Humming to keep himself sane, Shugo felt a bit weird. He hadn't held someone like this since he broke up with his last girlfriend.
"You're so cute." Hoping Callus would be comfortable with his large amounts of affection, Shugo planted a kiss atop his head. The other boy used men's shampoo, and for some reason it suited him. It probably came off better than the flowery stuff Shugo used himself. "I'm also pretty affectionate after something like this happens by the way. Prepare yourself." This sort of occurrence was nice, it relaxed him, just sort of casually holding each other, feeling another person's warmth.

Callus made a light clicking sound with his tongue as he arched his back
the touch down his back being an odd sensation. Letting out a small laugh he
gave Shugo an odd look.
"Well, I'd assume I probably have a bit more self control, considering this
is a first."
Callus honestly didn't think he was cute, more of a normal face really.
Cute was something he'd never been called.
"This was the last sort of thing I was expecting at an all male school,
though it....I like it."
He hugged Shugo closer, hoping that this was the sort of affection that was
accepted. It was so warm though, he wondered why he had avoided
things like this before.

++++++++ "We can change that," Shugo muttered jokingly. He laughed at Callus' remark about the school. To be honest, he'd expected it, but he didn't think he would end up kissing his roommate. "We're gonna have nothing but access to guys for a looong time, I think this is gonna be normal."
This was nice, it was warm. "We can totally watch porn together now, if you want." He tried to hold in his laughter, shaking slightly. To be honest, he really doubted they would, but you never know. The choice was totally there though. "Did you get unpacked and stuff? I still haven't."

Pausing to think a moment, Callus shrugged. This was probably true.
He'd not really met anyone else though, he doubted they'd be as interesting
as Shugo.
"You haven't? I've not either. I was waiting for you to pick a room.
I didn't want to seem greedy and just pick. So you should
probably go ahead and choose a room you enjoy."
He looked around, wondering if what he is going to say next would
be appropriate or not, many people do this right?
"We could always sleep together, right? It'd be warm. I'm not opposed to it."

Like if I had gotten here first, I would have just been like 'you snooze you lose'," He grinned, he was being completely honest about that. Though, any other normal giy probably would do the same. But Callus was almost overly-considerate, having not much knowledge of what 'normal' was, he guessed. Nodding, he thought about it. "We should probably do that then, unpack I mean. We can sleep in the bigger bed, or whichever seems bigger."
He moved away from the other boy, feeling a tad bit cold afterwards. "I've been told that I'm very unpleasant to share a bed with. That I kick and move around a lot, you know, the works." His grin was sheepish when he took Callus' hand, and walked to the living room. This just felt so domestic, like it was normal, and Shugo liked that a lot.

Callus felt a little too lazy to unpack his things when Shugo let go of him, so
instead he decided to wash up the dishes, it would be too much of a
bother to clean them later. He rubbed his arms softly, feeling cold and
began to do the un-wanted task of washing.
"That's fine, the people I've slept with have also said it was unpleasant.
Apparently I am one to not move much, or much less wake up.
You may have issues with that during school."
He smiled a bit, still washing. The water being very hot warmed him up a bit
though, he hummed softly and he continued to work.
"I wasn't lying earlier when I said I much rather preferred it in the living room.
It's a rather bad habit to have picked up I suppose. How do you sleep
anyway?"
He asked this because many of his friends that he'd slept with in the past
had not bothered with clothing, which he understood. It was rather stuffy,
but exposing yourself to someone like that is much too risque.
"I wonder if animals are allowed in dorms. I like dogs a lot. Do you?"

++++++++ "That sounds fine to me, except the whole not-waking-up thing." Shugo himself was a pretty heavy sleeper, and since this was the case, he figured they would be late pretty often. Maybe after he made some friends, he could enlist them to help wake the two of them up. The zipper of his duffle snagged once or twice, but opened without a doubt. It was filled with a few articles of clothes, and his toiletries. His mother had told him to call him, and tell her what she should send to him, in regards to clothes, supplies, etc. He would be happy to say he only needed two boxes of stuff.
"Huh? I sleep on my stomach, if that's what you're asking." He moved to the first room, the one with the cirling window. "I hope it's okay if I take this one, it's a lot simpler than the other one." The drawers were so decorated, and he almost felt afraid to touch them. He would probably feel this way until he settled in properly. Setting his bag on the bed, be began to unpack, setting a pait of sweatpants aside. As he finished packing, he decided to change. Jeans and a button up were for a good first impression, not lounging around in your dorm room. While he undressed, he called out, "Don't come in here for a sec!" Callus was very likely not going to, but just to make sure..
