Gale kept his grip firmly on Stormy's hand and gave a small nod. Mutely he let go and rolled up the sleeve of his coat, pushing down his gloves to show his own O mark clearly imprinted on the inside of his left wrist. Rolling up the other sleeve as well, just so it wouldn't look stupid, Gale took a deep breath and re-took Stormy's hand, winding their fingers together.
"It's all right," he told her in a calm voice. "We're going to be all right."

Solia ignored the two hunters walking further towards the lighthouse, looking for a portal, any portal. Mark had said ignore and just keep going after all.
"Hey! You!" the figure at the lighthouse shouted, once more in warning, this time directed at the wandering Solia. "We mean it, if you don't answer us, we're going to have to call in reinforcements. Who sent you here? You got a minute, kid."

"Yeah...let's go," Deryk sighed before trudging on closer to the portal. He spotted the grey coated hunters and tensed a bit at the sight of them.
This really wasn't a good sign. He bit his lip nervously, then broke off into a run to try and get past the rebels. If he was lucky, maybe he won't get shot in the back or something like that.
She waved them off with her free hand, the one bearing the brand. in her other hand she lifted the bag filled with instant coffee.
56, 55, 54, 53....
She kept walking looking for the portal. Mark said get to the lighthouse, ignore anyone else- pretend to be them if you had to. 49.
"I-" she began. It was no secret Solia had a habit of arriving to meetings with coffee. That she would get some for meetings.
"Am delivering coffee. What else would I be doing?"
40. Twenty seconds to fully answer.

While Mimsy (helpfully?) called out to the others to save themselves, Robert was already tugging her towards the lighthouse portal, without a single supply captured. He might have missed that part, and would probably regret it heavily later.
"Yes," He whispered back in choppy breath as he started running the moment he felt Mimsy's arm secure around his. "We're running away. Through the lighthouse portal." He had no idea what was going on, but he was very good about getting the ******** out of danger when it was clearly in their midst. He slowed in his run when she pulled out her brand, and stared at it for a moment. It was so easy to forget they'd branded her, that the sight of it made him stop, and touch the skin forlornly.
He really wished they hadn't-
"This ain't gonna protect no one if they figure out we're not on their side, but if we gotta play the part, I'm right behind you." He slowed to a normal walk, but resumed heading for the Lighthouse, just in time to be questioned.
Head down, no eye contact. Mark had no idea just how good Robert was at that sort of thing. Leaving it to Mimsy was a little too easy.
"Let us go then, you and I,"Gale could hear her muttering to herself as he moved, stilted and without the musical quality the poem normally lent. "When the evening is spread out against the sky / Like a patient etherized upon a table . . ." Stormy only noted then that his hair had indeed grown long enough to be pulled into a small ponytail; this bizarrely clear fact was noted for future reference.
Her head itched.
There were people starting to move; the guards did not see. Better to move. Keep moving. Head down. Be quiet. It's going to be all right.
"It's all right," she echoed Gale distantly, trading calmness with hollow serenity. "It's all right."
< < Move, > > Thane insisted.
She lifted Gale's hand again as she tugged them to move past, hoping that the O branded there was enough to secure safe passage--or if nothing else, distract them enough to get a headstart.

It should be just another day to wake up from the same nightmare. Yet, the one who appeared in her dream were not her sisters, but people like the reapers depicted in media. "Do I know you?" Words automatically escaped from her mouth. They were stared at her, giving ger an uneasy feeling. Then, they slowly opened their mouth -
ALIVE.
It should be a whisper, however, she felt like a sound wave abruptly swept across her. The word rang annoyingly within her mind, as if her mind was going to explode. Thousans of bells rang together, breaking the harmony at all. She losed her eyes tight and felt her conscious fading.....
Opening her eyes, the girl found herself on her bed, she got up and put her foot into the slippers, walking on the basement corridor. It was so quiet, she decided to take a short walk. The sleepy girl in a bunny pyjamas couldn't sleep back, besides Z's voice, there was another voice calling. As if sleep walking, she aimlessly left the dorm building and ended up finding herself on the training field where Jordan and her had a private lesson.
"Oh no." She cried, moving backwards as the blood flowing towards where she stood. The girl suddenly felt a dramastic drop in the surrounding temperature and couldn't help but rubbed her body. "No.....please" The tiny trainee was fully awoke at that moment, she felt like pressing the bleeding wound on the cut throat for the poor guy but her body was getting further away. "I-I...."
There was a swear that made her turned back. "Uncle Mark? What's going on?" The "O" mark drew her attention. "Is that the Ouroboros?....Are you okay?!" She peeked as the dying hunter and asked, but noticing the Death Assistant was also injured. Before she could stick a band-aid with a white bunny-fox creature onto where ever the wound was, he was getting away when she was making up her mind. Siege? By who? "I got it, but you are bleeding - wait WAIT!" She nodded and said, but he already left. ".....Z, do you know where the lighthouse portal is?" As a trainee only woke up not long, she had no idea which way she should go. She ran back to the dorm, robbed whatever she thought useful, mainly food and stuffed them all into a backpack. Z suggested.

Because Uncle Mark missed the chance to have a wonderful band-aid 8D
With speed and single-minded efficiency, America dismissed the remnants of the dream, the discomfort of Konstantin once again no being there when she woke up, and her concern for Mark as she ran back to the dorms to change and grab one of the small emergency kits. Tanktop, khaki BDUs, boots, runic bandages, and a hip satchel containing basic items useful in survival situations. She checked over the kit swiftly and then began running toward the lighthouse, shooting off texts as she ran, taking a long way around and avoiding groups.

She didn't have any details to send him, and could only hope that their code for siege would have him on guard and ready for whatever this was leading to.
As she approached the lighthouse, America slowed down to a walk and looked for signs of Mark. There was yelling up ahead and she noticed several Death hunters that she knew and two figures in grey. Pausing in the shadow of a nearby tree, she watched, ready if things got fighty.
As soon as Robert confirmed that they were running away, Mimsy's eyes lit up, followed by a wide and cheerful smile. It had taken him long enough!
"Through the portal to where?" she asked, giggling. "To London again? Or will it be a surprise? You are very good at surprises."
As she ran alongside him, feet wet with blood and dew from the grass, she imagined where they might end up. There were so many possibilities, wish so many excellent outcomes. Maybe the mirror had been speaking the truth, after all.
There were already other Hunters at the Lighthouse, and the sight of them made her smile fade. Why were they all here too? Surely not all of them were running away. She didn't like the idea of simply moving elsewhere with all of Deus. If they had to leave, she wanted to leave alone.
Well. 'Alone'. With her family, which...was partially not here...
"Wait!" She tugged urgently on his arm, and hissed at him in a whisper. "We can't leave our brother! Or our...or Shu, what about her?"

Solia's answer did nothing for them, not until Stormy showed up with Gale. They relaxed, slightly.
"Alright, portal access is open. But only in groups, we're not supposed to be gathered together, it's too obvious." They paused. "Wait, you didn't answer the question. Who sent you again?"

anyone can try to answer but they will take the risk for the whole team!
The tug back was unexpected, and Robert stumbled before stopping for her. He hadn't answered where, because he had no idea.. and he'd just thought if he could stall long enough, he'd get her to safety. He was wrong - more than just their destination would stop Mimsy.
And nothing was more important than getting her to safety, right now.
He hissed as she pulled him back, and turned to her, both his hands on her shoulders. "Baby, listen. We're being attacked. We need to get to safety, right now. You know full well Lucky can't - "
She was right about Shu, at least. Robert cringed, pulling out his phone to try and call the girl. Texting wasn't going to be fast enough, this time. "We'll get Shu. Then we gotta go. Just for a little while. Just until it's safe."

"And what is it this time?" Jack had arrived as brisk as ever, as if this siege was more of a fire drill to him, yawning a little. He smelled coffee but was unaware Solia had packed up and was trying to go across the border, so to speak. The shaggy assistant's words were noted, though for now he stood back to see how trying to move past worked out.
He really wanted coffee. Instead, he texted quickly, copy-pasting the same thing to Finn, Ripley, Abbi (who he had missed as being there in his haste to be on the scene), Oliver (for lackey duties), and Chel.

Chel's and Oliver's had an additional message:
Quote:
Bring coffee to go, black
It looked like things might escalate. He ought to be prepared.
"Oh good, it hasn't started yet. Anything of note?" he asked Ian and Quinn, eyes trained on the guards.

Chel sparkled the most sparkly sparkle when she saw that Jack had bothered texting her. Maybe he was finally becoming more friendly! Maybe they were finally bridging the glorious bridge to respectable friendship! It was her high school (hunter) debut!
... Or he just wanted more coffee.
By the time Chel made it out to the battlefield she was grumbling to herself and mumbling about a stupid ******** a*****e what a jerk he couldn't even bother being a good friend he was so dumb and worthless what a useless piece of s**t.
She spotted him near the lighthouse (Jack was so tall he was hard to miss in a crowd, much like herself with her pink beacon of hair). She immediately went and punched him in the back as hard as she could (but not with the full strength every powered up sun hunter possessed, no, that could probably kill someone). "You could at least say hello in your text of friendships."
Chel then handed him a cup of coffee, because above all else she was an enormous lapdog.
