╔══════════════════════════════════════╗ ✖ While sitting there waiting for the next match to start her attention was drawn to the entrance of the Dojo as a elderly man came walking in. Lacie examined the man raising a brow for a moment, because he was a new face, to her at least, maybe the man was a teacher for one of the lower classman at the Academy. It really didn't matter though it was just another substitute, she was just curious. Taking a moment or two more to analyze the man she turned her attention back to her classmates, so she didn't really take notice to him standing beside her until he asked her if she had a partner. "Oh, yes I do sir Noein's my partner," Lacie gave the man a kind smile and pointed to her, but that might change if Tsukiko decided to show up for class it would all have to depend on how the three of went about handling it. ✖ ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛

Slade looked towards the girl that Lacie had pointed towards and nodded. "Good, if we have time after this match you two will go next. But honestly, I don't think we will." With that said Slade walked across the mat in the center or the room and he leaned his back against the wall opposite of where the match was to take place. "You two know that if you break anything, bones, the wall, the mat, anything, you have to fix it right? Just keep that in mind." Slade said to the combatants.

Isuma gave a sigh as he slowly got himself up. He didn't at all feel like going along with combat class anymore. The fire between Derek and Kouen gave all the entertainment for the day. Fine fine, let's hurry up and get this over with. Isuma really didn't care one bit if he had lost his combat match or not, simply to spar so he can take a nice nap. Isuma stood in front of James as he awaited for both of them to start.

 [ ~ James ~ ] -Prince of Shinkoku- ------------------------- As James prepared for his match he noticed a new teacher enter the dojo. He looked at him for a moment but soon turned away and began waiting. "That guy" he thought to himself. "He looks so...shady..like he's hiding something. Bah! he's couldn't be nothing more than a sub, he seems like a swell guy..But still.. better keep an eye out just to be sure." James soon saw his opponent walk onto the mat. This was a signal in his head to start the match so he entered his fighting position. With speed much like his father James rushed at Isuma going for a swift knee at his stomach. Much prepared for a counter in case his opponent evaded or a blocked his attack.

Humans honestly confuse me sometimes...▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Tsukiko eventually entered the combat dojo. While her programming wanted her to stop fights between members, Tsukiko found a way to override her programming. She looked around the room and stood silently by the door. "What do I do?" she blinked, turning to look at the teacher. Tsukiko had strength, and lots of it. She hoped that she wouldn't be commanded to fight. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ But they're better company than machines...

Slade remained quiet as the fight began. He took notice of James' aggressive style but before he could see what followed he heard a student ask him a question. Turning his head to look at the newcomer Slade replied. "Well class is going to end soon and we already have another match lined up after this so today you can just relax. Tomorrow, if you want, we can find you a sparring partner."

Isuma caught the knee strike from hitting his stomach. You know honestly, you could take my spot. I just want to sleep. Isuma pushed the strike to the side as he spun around bringing his elbow to Jame's face. He extended his feet a few feet apart to maintain balance for himself.

[ ~ James ~ ] -Prince of Shinkoku- ------------------------- James watched as Isuma countered his attack with an elbow to the face. James figured if he could take a hit from his father he could take a simple elbow. So he lowered his head and caught it with his forehead. "Don't tell me your drowsy-ness is makin' you hit like a girl." James said tauntingly, just before forcing all his weight forward pushing Isuma's elbow away from his forehead. After this he spun around and went for a kick at Isuma's head.

He takes hits head on... Isuma's eyes widen a tad to express how surprised he was from James preferred fighting style. Taking hits head on to get advantage over his opponent. Nice taunt, you pick that up from a book on pathetic insults? Isuma usually don't talk as much when he fights, but once in a blue moon will never hurt anybody. He brought up his forearm to block the kick and hold onto it. Pulling James's leg towards Isuma, he brought up his knee for a harsh strike to the core center of James's body. If James got caught in it, he could get sent back a few inches to a yard away from Isuma.

[ ~ James ~ ] -Prince of Shinkoku- ------------------------- As James was pulled towards Isuma he looked down quickly and noticed the approaching knee heading for him. He had to think fast. So at the last minuet he turned his body away from his opponent barely missing his knee. "Whoa, that was a little too close."He then spun in the air and landed on one knee. Though James didn't want to admit it. Any second longer and Isuma would of had the drop on him. "But" he said just before hopping up on his feet and attempting to land a punch on Isuma jaw. However, this time he put some of his mantra energy into it making his first glow red and If this landed it would send him back a few feet.

Isuma watched as James's hand glowed a reddish color as he was going for a jab to Isuma's face. He bent his back bringing up his legs to a backflip, dodging the fist strike. This dodge allowed Isuma to be right below James so bringing his legs up from the backflip utilizing his feet for a kick to James's stomach and swing him over Isuma to the ground to the point when Isuma would get up, James would be on the floor behind him.

[ ~ James ~ ] -Prince of Shinkoku- ------------------------- Not feeling his fist connect he looked over and saw Isuma had dodged. "Dammit." he swore under his breath. Then just before he could think of a good counter. He saw Isuma went for back flip attempting to flip James over along with him. He quickly attempted to jump back and dodge it, but unfortunately he was not fast enough, Isuma's foot had kicked James in the chin sending him back more than he intended. He then leaned forward and using his hand and feet stopped from sliding back too far. He then stood up and used his mantra to increase his speed, and appearing behind Isuma and rushing him. "Not bad. Not bad at all."

She observed everyone in the room by their unique electronic pulse that their nervous system was giving off. The signals were weak. Apparently humans' electronic pulses weren't anything special. She took note of that and returned her vision to normal. Tsukiko still didn't understand why she was here and not back in the lab. These people weren't enemies so she wasn't going to kill them. Everything she'd learned so far she could've learned via download. Tsukiko felt out of place here. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ But they're better company than machines...

╔══════════════════════════════════════╗ ✖ Nodding her head at the substitute Lacie went back to watching the current match, which to no surprise was in her brothers favor. His opponent, James, was just your aggressive fighter making it easy for someone like her brother to counter his moves quickly. The only thing that could've surprised Asuma and any fighter he went against was his pain tolerance and not caring to take a couple hits. As the fight continued Lacie watched the clock it was confirmed that her and Noeins match would be tomorrow instead of today. Getting up from the floor she began to stretch as the current match went on. ✖ ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛

Isuma, after performing his back flip countering James's punch, stood up with his back to James. He turned slightly to the side and decided to adopt James's way of fighting for a split second and took the punch directly to the cheek. When the punch had connected, Isuma slid while still on the ground until hitting the side of the walls. He remained there almost like a lifeless doll as some smoke evaporated from the collision from the impact to the wall. Silent he remained.
