Adonfang Elijah bowed his head to his brother and before leaving leaned closer to Gabriel and said so just the two of the could hear, "I would suggest that you not drink so much brother, I understand your qualms as does Elvira but you must understand that this Kingdom needs it's ruler, not his siblings to lead his people to prosperity, otherwise our kingdom could end up like what happened to Nai-Rah if we are not diligent in our work" he said putting his forehead to his brothers lovingly then getting up and heading to the door. Elijah heard voices outside one of them Elvira and the other sounded familiar but he couldn't put his finger on it, he opened the door only to see whomever it was be quickly whisked away by Elvira before he could see who it was. Elijah shook his head and headed through the halls following his lovers power and found her sitting outside doodling and chickled, "I thought i said to east but i shoulda known you would be drawing instead" he said leaning over and kissing her passionetly. He sat down next to her and said "I must leave with Gabriel for a time to go see our father Ulrik and Elvira will be leaving for Nai-Rah and i was told to let you know whilst us siblings are away love you are to rule in our stead" he said seeing her eyes go wide. Elijah placed a finger on her lips "It will only be for a short while but Gabriel knows you are competent and will do fine and so do i as I know who i married and imprinted to love" he said smiling gently at her leaning against her shoulder tiredly. Although Elijah had asked his beloved Branwen to grab a meal but knowing she could hold out a while longer. She decided to wait for him so they might dine together. So, before her vision slipped from her mind she decided to doodle out her dream. The drawing would help her better interpret her dream. Just as she was done drawing and adding color to the beautiful picture. Branwen first heard his voice and than feeling his passionate kiss as she returned the kiss in surprise with a smile. "I thought i said to east but i shoulda known you would be drawing instead" Which was followed by him sitting next to her. Before she could say a word and asked about the meeting. He said "I must leave with Gabriel for a time to go see our father Ulrik and Elvira will be leaving for Nai-Rah and i was told to let you know whilst us siblings are away love you are to rule in our stead" Which caused her eyes to widen, close her sketch book, and look at him with worry. Again before she could say a word he placed a finger on her lips saying "It will only be for a short while but Gabriel knows you are competent and will do fine and so do i as I know who i married and imprinted to love" She gave a brave smile throwing her arms around him and kissing his lips while their foreheads touched.
"Oooh okay. I understand. You are needed and if they asked you to leave. It must be truly important." she said caressing his neck. "Please, try not to leave stay away for very long and I am honored to be trusted to protect our beautiful home." she smiled. "Please, be careful. All of you. . . ." she said softly gazing into his eyes.

Somehow Saraphina has always gotten herself on the wrong side of Elvira which would occasionally cause them to not get along. Saraphina sat there sipping her coffee as she awaited for the meeting to begin. Sure, she's has some attraction towards her Lord Gabriel and only flirted back when he began a flirt but, never has she made such naughty advances on him as some people think. She knows the rumors. That she got herself such a rank of Kiran by sleeping with the Lord when in fact, she earn that rank on her own. It was Sara herself who made herself suitable to become Kiran.
When Elvira arrive at last did Sara receive another glare. Sara just sighed and rolled her eyes. Not once has Elvira taken the chance to get to know the real Sara. Then again, I guess Sara has that intimidating vibe about her towards other women. Making her more outgoing and get along with the men better then most women would.
Once the meeting was done and Gabriel paired everyone up did Saraphina nearly choke on the last sips of her coffee. Then shooting him a glare. She was now paired with Elvira, how fun. "I am honor my lord," she spoke as politely as she could and listen to Elvira. "Yes ma'am," she replied. Than, when Elvira had gone did Saraphina turn her attention to Gabriel with cross arms and taps her boot. "Still, your sister continues to despise me..." she sighs, Saraphina puts down her cup back on the tray, "And by the way, nothing happen between us last night." Making herself clear.
((Sorry if I seem to have wrote sloppy in some way. Kind of rushed it...))

Making herself clear.((Sorry if I seem to have wrote sloppy in some way. Kind of rushed it...)) Gabriel sighed as his sister left, he knew she wasn't happy about the whole situation.. But Kael and Elvira needed to make up anyway, at least be allies instead of enemies. They were going to need Nai-rah at some point again. Though, the way Elvira treated Saraphina was not right, but that was how Elvira was, she protects her family. Then his brother, Elijah spoke to him saying:

Of course, Elijah was right. He needed to stop drinking, but his heart still ached. It hurt him too much. What was he going to do? That was the only woman he had ever loved, truly. Her leaving in the middle of the night, hurt him severely... Then Saraphina's voice cut into his thoughts, the Lord looked up at the Kiran. He growled at her and stood up.
"I know nothing happened, Saraphina. I can't help the fact that my sister hates you, one would be stupid to mess with her. But as of right now, I need you to suck it up and accompany her to Nai-rah. It probably won't be a pretty scene, but I need you there. So that no one hurts her. If something happens to me, she is next in line. You are to protect her, even if she says she doesn't need it. I made you Kiran for a reason, and no other reasons...." he sighed and walked up to her. "Listen, I'm sorry Sara, you can't take Elvira's hate seriously. She practically hates everyone, but her family and family to be. I know she is hard on you, but please just hang in there." Then he placed a hand on her arm. Then he went back to the topic of the night before... "I know nothing happened Sara.. I was a mess, my heart is broken and you were just being a friend."

Holly Nylos "Mm...."
It left a sour taste in her mouth that Elvira had done such a thing. But the heart was a tricky thing after all. And who was she to judge? She was the one who had slaughtered all those people back then. Thinking about she cast her eyes down. Then an idea hit her and she looked up suddenly with a familiar mischievous look about her.
"You have to travel there, huh? Why don't I go with you? I mean, who can really stop me? I'm still just an emissary of my country. I haven't sworn any singular allegiance as of yet. Nor will I. This way the wench wont be able to get away with anything. And you wont be alone. What do you say?"
Her smirk showed all her enthusiasm about being able to go along on the journey. It would giver her an excellent opportunity to get to know the enemy in a sense. Not like anyone could stop her anyways. She was too stubborn for her own good and anyone else's.
"I wonder if I have friends over there after all this time. Don't you think I should find out, dear?"
Elvira's eyes were still a dull red color, her heart ached. But she knew that she would have to get over it sometime soon. But then her dear friend spoke and her plan was a good one.
"You? Go to Nai-rah with me? What about talking with Gabriel? Shouldn't you do that first? or at least before I set out for Nai-rah. I mean I would love for you to come, just in case things got a little crazy."
Her eyes went back to her normal green color, she smiled and stood up from her bed. Then Eve spoke once again..
"I wonder if I have friends over there after all this time. Don't you think I should find out, dear?"
"Maybe you do, guess we'll find out. Kaitlyn is still around, but you two weren't always on the same page, were you? It's been so long, who knows anymore, right?"
She laughed and went to her bathroom for just a moment. She turned to look at herself in the mirror, she was tired. A lot was going on in just one day that she didn't even know how much longer she could take it, but of course it was only morning still. So she must get things ready for tomorrow.
"So, are you going to talk to Gabriel before we leave? You've got all day and all night."(Sorry, it's a little scattered. I'm a little tired today.)

Gabriel. She should go talk to him. Thats why she came here after all. Her eyes trailed to the door as her thoughts plodded along. What should she do? If she saw him right now then she wouldn't want to leave him. And if he was as torn up as she's picturing it might not be such a good idea to see him before he leaves to see Ulrik. He needed to focus on his duties. Whats one more day or two going to hurt?
"No. I'm not. He can wait a day or two more. Right now I need to set things up for my sister to either come here or to stay with Ulrik. I'm going to remain incognito until everyone gets back. I'll deal with Gabriel then."
Her voice was almost growl on her last sentence. She didn't mean for it to come out so menacing sounding. But her thoughts had gone to his drinking and lack of dignity to ruling Triali. It bothered her greatly. She understood the pressures of it as she had been in line for her kingdom before her mother had seized control of everything.
"I've got an idea! Where's a quil and paper at? I can write a letter and have it delivered today so no one will be the wiser about my having been here asking for someone to send for my sister. I wont put anything in it about myself really. Make it sound all super formal and stuffy like my father used to write to your mother about us coming to visit. I'll meet you in Nai-rah. I know, you'll be alone with the wench, but dont kill, 'kay? I want that satisfaction myself when the time comes. I mean.... Uh.... Hm...."
She couldn't get over how bloodthirsty she was already for the woman. It surprised her a bit. Even more so it scared her. What would she do if Gabriel did accept her back and turned her away? Would she be lost like she was the day her father died? Would she try and hurt her friends here? She looked towards where Elvira had gone hoping her friend could read her mind so she wouldn't have to say it all out loud.

Due to the unfortunate rumor Saraphina did not have many friends while living in Triali. Even if she hasn't been in Triali that long herself. Although, she did have a few friends at least. There was Gabriel of course as he was the clan's lord and Eligah's fiancé Branwen. Saraphina had grown to like the faerie-vamp and was thankful for her friendship. Still, it just made her miss Vi-lon even more which is where her siblings Asariel and Helena still live...
Saraphina soften her glare after she had snapped Gabriel out from his thoughts to growl at her. She didn't flinch when he had said, "I know nothing happened, Saraphina. I can't help the fact that my sister hates you, one would be stupid to mess with her. But as of right now, I need you to suck it up and accompany her to Nai-rah. Sara stood in silent when he walked up to her and gave his apology and reason.
"It's fine. I'll be fine. After all, you picked me to be Triali's Kiran for a reason... It is a general's job to go through fire for our clan as we lead an army," she spoke calmly. No hint of emotion. "I would and shall take demon blood for you and your family," giving him a small smile. Sara flinch a little bit as he touch her arm. Then meeting his gaze, "I know that I may have not been in Triali long to know the full extent of your pain. A broken heart is something I have never had nor do I know who this woman was or is. But, as your friend you must learn to forgive and forget or you shall never move on from such darkness. Do not let it eat you up. I believe you have suffered enough. Our clan needs a Lord who can rule whether he is down in the dumps or up as if you are flying in the sky. Show them all wrong. You were also given your title a reason," she spoke encouragingly and openly. Then patting the hand he had rested on her arm but as friend. Not as the woman who may have some sort of feelings towards him. She must put those aside, away to the back of her mind.
He is her lord and friend. Only. Duty first.

Eve's last words surprised her. Kill Saraphina? Though, it sounded satisfying, it didn't sound right coming from Eve. Elvira put a hand on her hip and pointed a finger at Eve.
"Now, that does't sound like you. Wow, you have been hanging around me way too much. I have corrupted you," Elvira laughed. "Anyway, I have a quail and paper over on my desk." she pointed over to the desk near the corner of her room. "Who are you writing too? Ulrik? Hm, something tells me you have a devious plan brewing in that pretty little head of yours... I like it." She smirked.

He is her lord and friend. Only. Duty first. Gabriel felt bad for Saraphina, his sister wasn't giving her the time of day and she really wasn't a bad person. She's newer than the other members of Triali, but it is what it is. He frowned down upon her, feeling bad. But when she spoke, he smiled sadly. He was glad she was understanding, even with no knowing the history of him and his siblings. He listened to every word she spoke, and made sure to remember everything.
"I am glad you understand, I know it is tough, and you are a very strong woman and I know you can handle a lot. But sometimes I wish Elvira would give people the time of day, our past wasn't the greatest and when we were changed, her hate grew. It had to do with a lot with our mother. Elvira was close to her and ever since she died, my sister hasn't been the same. I know it's not excuse, but "forgive and forget" is hard to do for anyone when you have to live day after the day with the same regrets and sorrow. Which is why it's hard for me to get over my past love. We were to be married, but I don't know what had happened really. She just disappeared. So I didn't know whether she was captured, killed, or just returned to her homeland. I don't know, but it hurts every single day knowing that something could have happened to her... That is why I cannot forgive and forget. I worry day in and day out.." He stopped when she placed a hand upon his, he sighed and looked into her eyes. "Thank you, Saraphina. You have been a good friend."

She did indeed have a plan in mind. One that she hoped would work. Her flew across the page as she wrote on hate. There. She was done a few minutes later and read over what she had written.
"Elvira my dear friend, it scare and excite you at the thoughts that I hold inside. But for this to work I cannot tell you nor can you read this now. But I shall see you soon. I'm going to get some food and rest and then I shall see you again tomorrow in Nai-rah."
Eve got up from the desk and turned to her friend. She did not want to leave yet. Not at all actually. Her chest felt heavy at the thought of leaving without talking to Gabriel. Or even seeing him. But she had to do this. For her sister. And for him. Perhaps it will kick start something in his brain and it won't be as bad when they all return. She did staring at her friend a while then her while demeanor changed. An authoritative like aura radiated from her as she stood a little taller and squared her shoulders. It wasn't all that surprising seeing her now that she was born to rule her kingdom. Her father had raised her well when it came to placing duty first and acting the role. Smiling small she hugged Elvira tight, kissed her on the cheek, then moved to the window and opened it.
"Until tomorrow my dear Elvira. I'll always be close while you travel."
And with that she jumped out the window and scaled down the side of the castle with ease. It was much simpler doing this now that she was bigger and child reach all the grooves in the stone. Once on the ground she began looking for a servant. Not once did she look back up at the window to Elvira. Once she find someone to hand the letters off to she headed for town. It was time to rest and recoup.(To the town/tavern)

You have been a good friend." As Gabriel explain Elvira's reasoning for her actions it only made Saraphina feel disappointed more then pity. Even Gabriel was the same in some way. He may not act coldly towards her as his sister did but they both let the past control them. But why?
It was always the same story for vampires. When turn you lose your humanity and with that humanity causes madness, hate, or sorrow. Forever beautiful but alone. I guess. But, Saraphina was not like many vampires. She and her siblings were born vampires because of their mother's nephilim blood. Her parent's love may have been forbidden among her mother's previous people but Saraphina and her siblings were not born from hate but love. Pure love. She then cups his hand in both of hers as their eyes were met. What else could she say? All she could think of was this, "But how long must you let the past haunt you? Why let it control you if it is you and you alone who can only choose your own path?"

It was time to rest and recoup.(To the town/tavern) Elvira watched as Eve moved to the desk and began writing, she gave her friend some space and stood where she was. When Eve was finished and had told her of what was going on, she was going to protest. But she knew that would not do any good. She nodded and let her friend leave. Glad though, that Eve hugged her before she left. Her heart felt heavy and her throat felt as if there were a lump. She wanted to cry. As Eve jumped out the window, Elvira ran to the window to watch her leave. Before she had made it to the ground, she said:
"Be careful out there, Eve. Our enemies are attacking our people."
Then she was gone. Feeling sad, she sighed and went to go sit on her bed. Now a the previous problem had arrive. What was she going to do about Kael? Were they going to make up? Fight? Hate each other forever? Secretly, she hoped they wouldn't hate each other forever. He was the first man she truly loved, oh what is love anyway? She was a vampyre and could have anything she wanted, except the man she truly loved. A tear escaped her eye. Angry at herself, she wiped the tear from her cheek. She got herself together and decided to walk the castle once again. Maybe it would help her clear her mind.
Elvira left her room and headed down the stairs, maids bowed to her as she walked past them. In response, she only nodded back. She wasn't up for much conversation at the time. Her heart ached for her friend and her past lover... She found herself standing in front of her mothers photo, not realizing that she did stop. When she looked up and saw her mothers face, she nearly lost it. The tears almost escaped, she kept herself calm and collective. She sighed softly...
"Mother, what am I to do? I am lost and my heart aches... I wish you were here to tell me what to do..."((Now you all get to see a little bit of Elvira's soft side. wink ))

There was a gentle yet firm knock on the door to the convene room where the Kiran and Lord stood. Danielle had been the lucky servant to get the letters handed off to from Eve. She normally would have waited for admittance. Today she slowly opened the door then cast her eyes down seeing them holding hands. She said nothing about it though and acted as if she saw nothing.
"Forgive me, my Lord. I did not mean to intrude upon you and the lady. A messenger was just here and asked me to take this to you at once saying it's urgent that you receive it."
Only then did she dare look up at her Lord holding the parchment up for him to see. It was tied with a thin green ribbon and drawn on was Eve's personal stamp that should have been a wax seal. It was a picture of a clover leaf with a fancy letter E in the middle of it with the stem wrapping around to circle the clover. The woman was nervous knowing who's seal this was. And who the messenger was. But she acted none the wiser about who gave this to her. Once inside she handed it to her Lord and stood back awaiting instruction. Once the letter was open there was another folded up with Fraeyas name on it. The first letter read:
'My dearest friends,
I know I have not the right to ask this of you, but I beg of you to please consider my request. My younger sister, Fraeya, is in terrible danger. Word has reached me that her life is to be taken. I fear for her safety and beseech you to find someone who can help her escape our land. She has been unwilling to leave at my behest but I cannot bear to lose yet another member of my beloved family no matter how stubborn she may be. Please. Gabriel. Elvira. Elijah. You three are my closest allies to Ulrik. If you yourselves cannot find someone I beseech thee, ask our dear Original to send for my sister for alas I cannot help her escape myself at this time. There is so much unrest in my lands that it would be unwise and would put her life in greater jeopardy if we were to flee together. I must go now but I will send word once again when I am able. With this letter is one to be delivered to Fraeya if she sent for so that she will know what is happening is true. I shall return for my heart someday, so please keep it safe.
All my love, Eve'

PersephoneBlackRose As Gabriel explain Elvira's reasoning for her actions it only made Saraphina feel disappointed more then pity.
Why let it control you if it is you and you alone who can only choose your own path?" As Saraphina stood there, he just stared at her lost. He was glad that she was there though. He was upset about the fact that everything wasn't going well. His life was upset down. Though when she looked into his eyes and asked:
"But how long must you let the past haunt you? Why let it control you if it is you and you alone who can only choose your own path?"
He sighed, how was he going to explain that for her to understand? He stood there silently thinking how he was going to say this next part. He went through every scenario in his head before he spoke. There was no way, so he decided to come clean about everything. Saraphina deserved to know everything about Triali and it's members.
"Saraphina, my past will haunt me until I know what has happened to her. I cannot move on when there is a possibility that she is still alive out there. Until I know whether she is alive or dead, I shall not move on from my past. There is just no way that it wouldn't haunt me..."
He sighed, his heart was broken and it ached to know the truth. It ached to know if his Eve was still alive, he really hoped she was. Honestly, he had no idea what he was going to do if she was dead, let alone alive. If she is alive, does she even love him anymore? Will she be with him again? The questions haunted him and they will continue to until the truth is revealed to him... Then a knock was heard at the door, before he was able to tell the person to enter they had began to open the door. It took a moment to see who it was, but it was Danielle. As she entered she said..."Forgive me, my Lord. I did not mean to intrude upon you and the lady. A messenger was just here and asked me to take this to you at once saying it's urgent that you receive it." Gabriel let go of Saraphina's hand and watched as Danielle approached him with the letters. Once placing them in his hands, he looked down to look at the seal. His heart stopped, could it be? Could this be some trick? He looked at Danielle with anger and pain.
"Who gave you these? Is this some kin...."
He stopped speaking and continued to looked down at the letters, the seal was hers. Is was Eve's. His heart had many mixed emotions of happiness, anger, and sorrow. Then finally, he read the letter. One had her sister's name written on it and the other was for him and his siblings. 'My dearest friends,
I know I have not the right to ask this of you, but I beg of you to please consider my request. My younger sister, Fraeya, is in terrible danger. Word has reached me that her life is to be taken. I fear for her safety and beseech you to find someone who can help her escape our land. With this letter is one to be delivered to Fraeya if she sent for so that she will know what is happening is true. I shall return for my heart someday, so please keep it safe.
All my love, Eve' The Lord has tears forming in his eyes. He was in shock, with emotions whirling around like a snowstorm. He looked up at Saraphina, his eyes were red and stinging, he had been crying. "It's her. This letter is from her. It has her seal on it..." His heart was confused.. Should it be breaking? or should it be jumping with joy? Then he looked to the servant and said, "Wait here.. I must send you with a letter back to the messenger." Quickly, he ran over to the his desk and began to write quickly. When he was done, the letter read:'Eve, I can't believe you are alive. I must see you. Where are you? Have you come to Triali? I will give the letter to Ulrik and see what he says, if he agrees to go save your sister I will send word to you. I am sorry for any loses you have had in your family. We are here for you. We all miss you very much. I hope you do return, my heart longs for you... Please be careful.
I Love You, Gabriel'Gabriel rolled the letter up and tied his emerald green ribbon around it. Then handed it to Danielle. "Go, my dear. Fetch the messenger. Quickly!"
((My post is fixed and my, my this is getting good!!! ))

"Yes milord."
Bowing as she took the return letter the old servant woman left them. Her heart broke seeing her Lord cry. She had spoken very briefly with Eve who seemed to know that this was going to happen so she knew where to find the 'messenger' in question. Why did she not simply see him herself? All this back and forth nonsense wouldn't be needed. Retrieving her cloak Danielle left the castle and looked about add if she was searching for the messenger. Seeming to pick up on a trail that led away from the castle opposite the tavern she rolled her eyes. Eve was thorough if nothing else going off in a different direction than her destination. Smart kid.
(To the tavern after the 'messenger' lol)

"Saraphina, my past will haunt me until I know what has happened to her. I cannot move on when there is a possibility that she is still alive out there. Until I know whether she is alive or dead, I shall not move on from my past. There is just no way that it wouldn't haunt me..." Gabriel to Saraphina. She only answer him with a nod as she saw the pain in his eyes.
Than, there was a knock at the door and came in a servant name Danielle. She caught the woman's embarrass expression for catching them holding hands. Saraphina quickly release Gabriel from her grasp so he may receive the letter. She had an idea what the woman was possibly thinking when she walked in on them but, nothing happen. All but friendly talk. Saraphina stood quietly with an emotionless face as Gabriel read the letter. She wondered who had sent it. And what about it was so urgent? Then her questions were answer. When Saraphina saw tears running down his eyes and shared, "It's her. This letter is from her. It has her seal on it..."
Her... The very woman he has been sobbing over has finally return. "Maybe now his torture will end that now his love has returned?" she asked herself within her thoughts. But, she will admit and only to herself that Saraphina could feel a sort of pain within her heart. Why? Even though she felt like this one the inside, on the outside her expression was completely different. Saraphina gave Gabriel a warming smile and watched as he wrote a letter back to send Danielle off with. She then walked to his desk and handed him a tissue, "Here, you don't want to look like a blubbering fool when you see her again." Then turn as she made her way to the door. "Well, I'll be on my way now. Don't try anything that I wouldn't do," she smirked and waved her hand in the air. Closing the door behind her.
