Once the herbs were down, the little eevee stumbled up into her girl's lap, weak, but panicked over the trainer's state.
As Lovey franticly searched her girl, Dove followed the sound and Lin's line of site, all but entirely deflating in relief and emotional exhaustion as the team approached them. Tears welled in her eyes as she finally relaxed against the wall of the small nook she had found, stinging her cheeks as they finally rolled over. Idiot... you're an idiot...
The two that had appeared made their way over, one kneeling near the woman as the other moved to speak with Lin.

Lin was -pleased- to see even more people for once... In fact, he was more than happy to talk and explain everything he knew about Dove's situation, but even happier that she'd soon be out of the forest and getting proper treatment... It wasn't like he didn't have any faith in his skills... but he had to be honest, he only really had -true confidence- in them being 'good enough' to help him not die, and not the best quality that other people should get or rely on... He was, though, rather more confident that Lovey would be okay; those were pretty good herbs even if they tasted awful... More than enough to hold her up until she had a good rest at a pokécenter.
He still kept an eye on Dove and Lovey, while he spoke to the responder, carefully declining the offer of a life 'back to town' for himself... He'd watch them leave, too, but he'd be staying. Lin did make a decision to visit and chase the girl up, though, if he could... Just to make sure she was okay after all.
