I'd like you all to meet Primrose, a Hero who, after losing her parents in a tragic accident in her youth, devoted herself to becoming strong enough to protect those around her. With the legendary sword, Durandal, that had been left behind by her father, Primrose rose to the rank of General within the military forces, even described as being worth a brigade and more. Currently hailed as the "World's Strongest Woman" and the "Crimson Demoness", Primrose struggles to contain both her bloodlust and the confusion for the harem that's been building up around her, with some candidates including the terminally ill Aiden, Mercenary Leader Abdol, and the Feathered Draconic Bard Ganondorf.
[Disclaimer- Primrose is a completely original figment of my imagination, my own original muse, and completely not based off of Mallow's Blossom.]

Last sketch for this week theme that I didn't stole and rip someone's character.
Meet Sunni, the most adorable cat laguz ever. He's so adorable that everyone can't get enough of him and wants to have him. Never in the same place, Sunni had been "adopted" from one place to another because he's so KAWAII DESU to everyone. He's so cute that people tried to do all kawaii stuff toward him. And because people were SO jealous of others playing with Sunni that they started fight against each other, creating a great big ring of fire. Luckily, Sunni escaped where he later got adopted by the wolf laguz tribe because they were like "OMG! What an adorable cat! We can't let this poor cute kitty die. D:"
Because of people SOOOOO want to play and cuddle him, Sunni developed some potions to make him less KAWAII DESU. He has to keep drinking it in order to cease everyone from fighting over him.

Viscen takes the stage. "Ok listen up, you shitheads. I just made this totally awesome and very original new character. Bitches will be begging to see my ... creativity."
name: Murphina age: 17 race: human appearance: look to the left. Dumbass. weapons: tiny daggers since she's not man enough for swords personality: sharp-tongued b***h, but gets really shy when she's around her crush abilities: being fast, doing flips and other s**t occupation: assassin bio: Murphina had retarded parents who gave her a stupid name so she put on a bunch of black and ran away from home like a ******** overemotional p***y. The Shadow Guild picked her up because they thought she was an emo boy and they're a bunch of *****. Murphina quickly raised through the ranks until she became the #1 Gofer. Then Drake the Serpent Fang contracted Murphina to be his errand boy/girl, which is an honor itself, but bandit leaders are way better. While serving Drake, she meets the most rugged, handsome bandit leader second only to the Serpent Fang himself, Jezebel Viscen. Those tone muscles, that sandy blond hair, the super cool Mirage Falcon nickname; it was love at first sight. She didn't know how to express her feelings for him so she pretends to not give a s**t and sass talks all the time. She hopes that some day he can look past her salty exterior and see the sweet, innocent girl she wants to be. But he never will because she's too much two-faced slut and he's just too cool.

[Murphy enters quietly, placing a small stack of bound papers on the table before sitting down in the back of the room. He doesn't speak, but the papers are written in dark ink, and he cues for them to be read.]
An Original Character: Presented by Murphy
It is with great incredulity that I present to you a character of most... interesting origins. I am quite uncertain as to whether or not he will be happily received by this audience, but I feel it necessary to show him to everyone nonetheless. The following description of said character is done in the voice of third-party observation, for additional narrative humor.

Vincent is a rather confusing man, of unknown age, but it can be assumed he is only in his teenage years, given his vast immaturity, mottled complexion, and his absurd fascination with his own p***s. He stands somewhere just below six feet tall, with muscle developed from years of hefting an axe about. He also wields a bow, because even men who are unable to learn how to wash their faces can draw a bowstring and manage to hit things sometimes. His single-mindedness brings to mind an animal of prey on the hunt, focused upon a target and chasing it down to the detriment of everything else around him. It is this tunnel vision that is perhaps the reason that he believes that his level of strength justifies his position as the leader of a group of ragged old men who wouldn't know how to piss if it weren't for someone demonstrating for them.
It is because of this single-mindedness that Vincent seems incapable of logical thought when it comes to anything the Serpent's Fang says in his presence; like a pack dog submitting to the alpha, it won't be long before Vincent is tucking his tail between his legs and offering to groom the Serpent Fang in an attempt to assert his subservience in a bid for more attention.
The only other person he seems to express this level of desire for attention from is Murphy, a young assassin under the orders of the Serpent's Fang himself. It is perhaps for this reason that Vincent feels it necessary to simultaneously lash out unreasonably at the young man while coming across as intimidated by his presence. It speaks to an inability to process his emotions logically or in an healthy manner, given his level of physical and sexual intimidation in the face of a man about eight inches shorter than him and considerably more physically agile. While Vincent is considerably more muscular than Murphy, it only proves to show his attempts to befriend and interact with the assassin more ridiculous, not unlike a dog offering its a** to another dog to smell and thus introduce itself.
Not only is Vincent sexually intimidated by his self-declared rival, he also appears to be hopelessly intellectually outmatched. We can observe this in the manner in which he spikes his hair into unusual shapes and patterns in a failed mating display. He conducts himself in the wild rather unusually, swaying to either side while walking in an attempt to present himself as physically and sexually competent. When he speaks to Murphy, his intellectual failings become more evident; he seems to be laboring under the assumption that verbal insults and aggressive posturing will force the smaller male to become romantically or sexually submissive. When he rejects, Vincent becomes depressed and vents this frustration through verbally assaulting his lackeys. It's not unusual for men like him to be attracted to their own gender, though he seems to derive some sort of intense shame from it.
Perhaps this can be explained through his upbringing, in which he was born to a useless, generic bandit lackey and a woman within a larger harem owned by a more impressive, visually-distinctive bandit. It is likely due to the fact that his generic father had no eyes, as generic men and women tend toward, that he believed he could find a fabled great treasure in the sands within Sentria, as if all of the fallen King's treasures hadn't already been plundered so thoroughly as for there to not even be a standing treasury room remaining. Vincent was raised by this harem, thus explaining his lack of respect towards anyone, much less women, and eventually left in order to show that he had bigger, brighter hair than his unnamed father. Eventually his efforts led to him gaining control of his own small squadron of geriatric, ineffectual bandits, and his hair grew larger and more colorful than ever.
Perhaps he believes that this brings him more power, instead of arguably making him a more noticeable target on the battlefield and thus weakening his defenses and stealth capabilities considerably. But then, what else can we expect from a man of Vincent's caliber?
Truly, he is only a Mirage Falcon in the sense that someday, perhaps even the smallest and most infantile of infants can someday match the plumage, hunting skill, speed, and general respect among wildlife observers as a falcon.

So she found the only thing left in burnt up place, which was a dark book. She instantly pwn'd the bandits who made her an orphan, and then she wandered the country until going to Eyris. King James thought she was the best mage ever, even better than Zeon, so he made her his right-hand Mage. All the Watch and Guard fawn over her and propose to marry her everyday. She's inna love triangle with Captain Vatara and the Blacksmith Enalios! Who's she gonna choose? Find out when you thread w/ me! smile
Creator's note: This... thing I sprited is based off Leena, Learania's most enterprising shopkeep turned transporter! She has never possessed dark magic, and never will. And the love triangle is BS.
On an artistic note, I'm actually working on a revamp of Leena's mug with a veil, so she looks kind of like a blue version of Larabel. smile Look forward to seeing that in my main spriting page.

Too lazy to make a sketch, so here's a tektek version of it.
Dali is such a gentleman in the desert of Sentria. When he was working in his vanguard group when a mysterious woman entered his headquarters and destroyed it ("Oh dear... The poor woman must be lost here.") With the headquarter being destroyed, the mysterious woman disappeared and his coworking vanguard "fainted," Dali traveled across the desert with his shiny sword-cane where he came upon another vanguard group ("And what a jolly, good fellow Guapo was. He is such a dashing fellow.") It wasn't long until a group of meanies came and ruined his new job position.
Hearing of another vanguard, and infamous one that won't be ruined, Dali once again traveled. This time, he had a companion with him, ("Indeed, he is. A charming kid I should say.") After days of traveling, he joined the vanguard group, where they would fight justice against the meanies that kept driving him out of business. Did anyone ever mention what a smashing hat and statche he has?
This character is based off of Ali, who is created by Rath and I. Nothing is actually being stolen as this is the magic of satire at work here!
It took many hours and determination to finally make this. This is of my very first OC I've ever had, which pre-dates my internet RPing days. That's right. I made this character up when I was "playing pretend" with my siblings. I believe the first world she was ever "inserted" into was Kirby's Dreamland.
The most recent one I remember using her in (before her revamp) was Final Fantasy VI, back when I was 12.

Backstory:
Kirby's Dreamland - Not much is known about her. She just showed up one day and fought Meta Knight. She also saved Kirby from the falling ship.
Final Fantasy 6 - Lora is the last child that the King and Queen of Figaro had before they passed away. She grew up with her brothers Edgar and Sabin, and was really sad when Sabin turned chicken and ran away from home. She kept Edgar company and became his knight. She always rescued him from bad people like Kefka, and at the end of the world, she saved him again because Sabin wasn't there. Like always.
Final Fantasy 9 - Lora is the General of Lindblum. She's the best swordfighter in the world! She can totally sword fight Beatrix and win. When Queen Brahne and all the baddies from Alexandria try to attack her hometown, she takes an airship up in the skies and beats them all by herself! Regent Cid gave her a crap ton of medals for that!
Saga Frontier - Lora is a crew member on the ship Cygnus. She can transform into a superhero just like Red, and fight evildoers with him! Her superhero suit has a black body, and silver wings. Red has given her the nickname "Silver" and he's totally crushing on her!
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Lora is the adopted human daughter of Darunia. She wears a red Fire Tunic so that she can live up in the mountains with her people. When Darunia becomes the Fire Sage, she becomes the Queen. She has fire powers just like her daddy. No one knows what happened to her human parents, but it's probably Ganondorf's evil that took them away.
Fire Emblem* - Lora is a Paladin with Staff Magic. She can use Aum, the most powerful staff in the world, the revive dead people. She always has a hammerne to make sure that it don't break. She's made Eliwood really happy reviving Ninian and Elbert!
* Lora did not make an appearance in Fire Emblem, so this is a "what if" scenario.
(Creator's note: There you have it. My first OC. She was a self-insert because she has the same hair/eye colors as me. I sprited her with a ponytail because at the time, I wore one often. She's been in many universes - these are just the ones I remember. I think she fought Meta Knight in Kirby's Dreamland, but I'm unsure.
At the time she appeared, I was obsessed with fairy tales, castles, and knights. I made a female knight since I didn't see any in Disney movies. Her cape was black because of course, I thought black was cool.
And of course, I made her close/important to characters who were my favorites at the time. Red from Saga Frontier is awesome (and powerful), so naturally I modeled my self-insert to be a female version of him. And then as for being related to Edgar, well... that's self-explanatory. Those of you who've heard me ramble about FF VI know that he's still my favorite character. If Lora were in his 'verse though, she wouldn't be related to him. She could still know him though.
Around the time I played FF IX, I started to mature a little. It's not that I was aware I was making a "Mary Sue", it's just that I already liked the idea of playing out an NPC who might not have had a role in the main storyline/hero's party. If I'd just made her a little more realistic, then I think Lora would have fit in that 'verse.
The FE blurb I made up just to amuse myself.

Many people, including myself, have been terribly busy, so I'm allowing the third week to also include the second week prompt.
So this week's dual prompt is Sue-ify your own current characters and redraw some of your old characters for fun, and to see how you've improved!
Week 3: “Draw your old embarassing fan characters and self inserts!” -We all went through that stage growing up as an artist, and most of us would like to forget about it, but THIS WEEK its time to get them out of the closet! Show us how creative you were (or weren't). If you DON'T have any past fan characters or self inserts, but you can always repeat Week 1’s theme if you don't apply to this one.
Okay, not gonna lie here, but out of all of my drawing years, I've only created one self insert character of a show I like. The rest of the self inserts were in my head as I imagined some scenarios of the shows. In addition, I did create some self insert characters... The problem was that those characters were characters of MY own stories. Not shows or games that I'm a fan before sweatdrop So without further ado, here's my self insert on an anime show called Slayers.
I will admit that I got lazy drawing the bottom part, but whatever.

Anyway, My character is a mazoku (Demon) who tried to stop the protagonist Lina Inverse and her gang. However, what my character doesn't know is that she's really a Ryuzoku (Dragon). She lost her memories during the Ryuzuko/Mazuko war that happened thousand years ago before Lina's time when she was found by two mazokus (OCs of mine). Those two decides to raise her as their own, believing that she will be useful in their favor for world domination for their Lord. Dunno the rest, but after few encounters and failures with Lina, my character discovers her true self, goes on a "who the heck am I" journey, before teaming up with Lina and her gang to save the world. Yeah... Didn't put much background and personality for my self insert... sweatdrop
There you have it. My ONLY self-insert character. I will admit I'm pretty embarrass to show it, but it's fun redesigning your past fan characters and self-insert. LOL XD Dunno if I can put more background and personality if I get "re-addicted" again.
In addition, I have to say it's also nice to see how much you've improved the drawing style when comparing your past drawing with the current one. 1999-2000: No training 2000-2001: Take samples from Pokemon such as eyes and head shape. 2001-2002: No idea where I get the sample from. 2001-2002: Took some samples from Slayers. 2002-2003: Maybe take the nose from Fushigi Yuugi or X/1999. 2003-2004: Try to soften the drawing. 2004-2005: No idea where I get the eye sample from. 2005-2007(?): Took few samples from other anime and games and create some of my own. 2007-2013: No idea what my drawings were like before that time. 2013 - current: Took body structure, anatomy, and perspective more into the drawing as well as styling my own.
