Well, except the problem was, Piper…that sempai did notice, and sempai just stared at the ghoul who scurried away like ‘what’s her problem’. Seriously, between the booming shrill voice and the blue fro which looked like foxfire to the infinite power, the younger reaper was hard to miss.

In the end, the valkyrie just shrugged, and went back to eyeing the food, and was about to reach out and grab something off the table when a cough and much to familiar voice which she didn’t wanna hear called out to her. Hel stiffened, and then slowly turned her body in the direction of the zomboil of whom she had been blissfully ignorant unaware of prior. New Years was ruined. Hel tried to school her face into a careful neutral expression…but it very much looked like she was pouting and not at all pleased to see Alex. “Alex.” She greeted, and then crossed her arms.

Yeah. It was going to be like that.

“Ya, I am alone, what of it?” She then looked over at Yin as Alex pointed, and her mouth immediately dropped open in disbelief.

THAT WAS ALEX’S FIANCE!? THAT b*****d WAS GETTING MARRIED!? ALEX WAS GETTING MARRIED AND SHE WASN’T!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

That part was all in Hel’s head, luckily…and then she looked back at Alex, still in utter disbelief, and the a** hole was smiling at her. Like he knew she couldn’t get her boilfriend to agree to marriage right now and he was mocking her. All those smiles were mocking her.

Alex knew what he had over her.

“Good…for you.”

Hel seriously considered ripping her current wish off of the tree and replacing it with Alex's fiery eternal demise.

Jory jumped, startled when he was addressed, but smiled as Amrita introduced herself. "I'm new-ish, yeah. Jory," he took her hand, blinking curiously at the angle before just shaking it. "It's nice to meet you." Bright eyes flicked to the other boil that the ghoul has greeting, and the corners of his lips twitched up, friendly.

At first he didn't regester that someone else was talking to him, but when he id he paled, his version of a blush, before taking a subconscious little step backward that had his shoulders bumping against the wall. "C-cutie? No-n.. I don't think.." Except that Natalia told him he was cute, and considering her rather obvious attentions it was hard to disbelieve her. His teeth clicked as they snapped together, thin chest rising and falling as he took a breath and let it out. Taking time to collect his thoughts and sooth his nerves.

He smiled, a little nervously, but a smile all the same, and stepped away from the wall again. "Sorry. Um. Yes and no. I don't have anyone specifically meeting me here, but I suspect friends will show up eventually." He offered his hand, and if she took it it'd been cool to the touch. "I'm Jory."

Lou looked like the epitome of confidence walking in with a mermaid at his side. As he draped an arm around her shoulders, the vampire glanced around to all the boils in the room and gave off a look that said he knew they were jealous. Yes, the lazy a*****e first year with his graduated, well endowed date. ******** everyone else.

"Fish lips, there's nobody I'd rather take to a party like this." Cue trademark wink as his gaze returned to her. "And besides, who else could stand to be around me for hours on end?" Nobody.

Noooobody.

"Probably no one." She said very seriously. He probably would need to work on that, but for now at least, she was content to have him around.

"What should we do first!?!? Should we make a wish or play a game or....YIN!!!!" Amphi made a beeline for the Weremantis, surprised to see the boil there and reached over to hug him. Cause Yin.

"Yin it's been to long! This is Lou!" She waved up to Lou and looked around. "Are you dancing?" The mermaid looked over to Lou, "Should we dance Lou?"

Even with the music it was impossible to ignore a shout of his name. Yin's eyes caught sight of the mermaid and he smiled as she made her way toward him. "Greetings Miss Amphitrite." He was starting to bow when she caught him in a hug instead, so he stood there awkwardly and took it. Like a man. "And greetings to you as well Lou." The other boil seemed vaguely familiar, but nothing significant stood out in his mind, so he simply nodded his head in the boil's direction.

"Dancing?" His voice was filled with dismay veiled so thinly it was practically sheer. "I suppose we could all dance." It was so much harder to resist when it was a female suggesting the activity, and he had little to no hope of Jack saying no. Unless..."though it would be a great pleasure to watch the two of you dance," he suggested, trying not to look too hopeful.

"Of course! I can always count on you." Amrita beamed at Jack, watching him for only a moment as he went off to mingle with Yin, who was something of a surprise to see out and about. It was great that he was, and she made a mental note to say hi later. For now though, Sparrow had her attention.

"Strange...I'm very good with faces..." She was pretty sure there was only one Sparrow that dressed like a peacock and looked like that, but...perhaps he was one of those who lost all of their memories? Amrita tried to hide the moment of sadness for a lost friend, though thankfully she succeeded after a moment or two. "Well, either way, well met. You should run next year, I think you'd be fantastic." He pulled out his phone and she gave him a moment to send off whatever text he needed first.

"Enjoy the night, Sparrow! I'm sure I'll see you again. Be sure to make a wish before the ball drops!" It was her way of ending their conversation to free him to other things, and that left her free to do the same.

"Nice to meet you, Jory, I hope you have fun tonight~" She trailed off, smiling to herself as she surveyed the next group to be pestered...which lead her right back to Yin, though now with Amphi and Lou. "DANCING, yes! Go dance! Hello Yin, Amphi. ...Lou." The patchwork wasted no time in shooing the three more towards the centre of the room.

"Say!" She started, rather suddenly. "Do any of you have new years resolutions?"

Jack always paid attention. Watching the shorter man fidget at the thought of dancing, he couldn't help but pat Yin on his shoulder as he let him befuddle a little further, before he caught on to another student that who had caught his name, Jack himself perking up to look over to the miss, and her charge.

Giving a little wave, he turned down to Yin. "It appears my partner has a small case of two left feet at the moment - I can't keep him too long from his other half." He stated, giving them a wink, tail flicking slowly behind him contently. "Don't worry Yin, I would not force you to do something that makes you so obviously worried about - I figured you'd rather dance with Alexander, anyways, mm?" He offered up, eyebrows raising a bit in question.

"Pleasure to meet you also, Miss Amphitrite, most people call me Jack-B-Nimble." He offered up to the young miss, also. Hearing the question to his side, he turned to Amrita again, giving the question a serious thought, before nodding a little seriously.

"I would like to get a handle on my head." He offered. It was obvious to him, but probably a little cryptic.








"Oh look at her, she's so cute!" Piped up from somewhere behind Ashton, and, with a small shuffle of feet, he turned and looked down at his priorly missing familiar, his face giving a little 'oh dear. . .' look, before turning back up to the young miss.

"I am glad that you do not appear harmed then. I am still getting used to being around people at this . . ." He trailed, before the small familiar piped up again. "Volume."

"Yes, that sounds right, Elvira."

Turning up to her again, he gave her a small bow, making sure his rack of antlers would not hit her, or anyone for the fact.

"I am Ashton Glenfiddich, and this is my familiar, Elvira. Pleasure to meet you Vanessa." He offered up to her, chivalrous as always when he could be, hoping it would make her less stressed out - he worried that she was affected by the group as he was.

San had vanished a little after the Joy classes which might have some worried of where he had gone to. The demon had some paperwork to do with the school since he has made his decision of enrolling into Amityville. It took him a while because Tavi has been begging him to come to this party where he would normally shun away from. Public situations are never his best thing at all. However though, everything was finished and just in time as the tall demon entered the party and dressed rather fancy. Maybe he should get more clothes that look . . . normal.

His fiery eyes scanned throughout the room in seeing the other students enjoying themselves with the dancing, music, and other entertainment. He merely dodged around it and went looking for creeple that he knew. Mea wasn't here but surely she might be with something to eat. And Tavi . . . ah, he found a familiar sight of tails swishing about near the pillows and that's where he was heading towards to. He saw the kitsune sleeping on the pillows for a nap and probably to gain more energy for the rest of the party. Slowly, San sat down next to him on the pillows and wait for him to wake up after his rest.
