"Y-yeah, as long as you're okay," he said, his voice soft. He threw his arms around Des's shoulder for a moment, pressing himself against his boyfriend. "God, I love you so much, and I was so scared I was going to lose you," he said softly, and then he disentangled himself from Des's arms. "Yeah, I'll be right back, all clean and stuff..."

"A-okay Angel... A-okay." Des was once again stroking Gabriel's hair, and pulled what he could if it over the shorter man's shoulder. "You aren't gonna lose me that easily..." He smiled slightly, noting that the boy didn't studder and stammer over his words off affection this time like he usually did. "If you dig around in the drawers, there should be some old things and pajamas of mine that you can change into..."

Gabriel nodded. "Okay, thank you," he said, taking a moment to root through the drawer and pull out a pair he figured would only be a little large on him. He ducked into the bathroom and hopped in the shower, trying to get the dirt and grime and blood and god knew what else off him as quickly as possible so that he could get back to Des. He stepped out of the shower and troweled himself off, then got into the pajamas and walked black into Des's room, automatically going over and curling up against his boyfriend. "You gonna take one?" He asked.

In the time it took for Gabriel to take her shower, Des had curled up and was lightly dozing. "Hmm?? It might be a little weird with my leg.. Though I suppose I could lean on the wall.. Your hair is ******** freezing." He grunted. Des then groaned slightly, rubbing his face. "Maybe I should though."

"You got knocked into the mud and splashed with water and smacked aorund as much as I did," Gabriel pointed out, laughing softly and then sighing. "Sorry about that, the cold hair, I mean." He probably should've tried to dry it more, whoops. "It'll warm you up," he pointed out, "and I'm not going anywhere."

"Actually... I think I missed the water. Hid behind a tree. I do however, remember the bright ******** flash of death." He grumbled, rubbing at his eyes. "I might wanna get em checked out... They still kinda burn." He shrugged, shifting a bit to flop against Gabriel. "It's been almost two months since we met. It's grown a bit. Not as short as it was... I like it though." Des mumbled quietly

"Yeah, that was pretty bad," Gabriel agreed. "Ugh, that's awful...sohuld definitely get your eyes checked," he said, and then he dropped his face to nuzzle against Des's chest. "I've been sort of growing it for a while," he shrugged. "Not really on purpose, haircuts are expensive and time I don't have."

Des just snorted. "You're telling me. My eyes were sensitive enough as its... So that stupid flash hurt." He shrugged, reaching to mess up already messy hair. "It suits you so..."

"You've seen me in glasses." The purple haired boy pointed out. "I threw them at Cait when you guys stormed in here to see if I was dead." Des snorted again. "Can't be any stranger then when I got my tongue done..." He then yawned, and shoved Gabriel onto his back. "You're the pillow again. No if ands or buts about it."

"Oh, that's right," Gabriel said, rolling over when Des pushed him and then smiling faintly. "Didn't get too good of a look, though," he said, and then he settled comfortably on the bed. "That's fine, I'm happy to play pillow for you," he said, kissing the top of Des's head.

"I think you were too busy falling into me when I opened the door." Des just tucked himself against Gabriel as best as his arm and leg would allow before fishing around for a blanket and tugging it closer. "....You didn't stammer over your words this time." He murmured with another yawn.

"Yeah, I kinda was," Gabriel agreed. He ran his fingers through Des's hair, kissing the man's forehead affectionately. "This time, yeah; maybe I'm getting used to being with someone?" Even if it had been kind of a short time.
