Brother Martin seems rather mean for a priest.

Disposition means everything in Tamriel. I'm guessing the user's character wasn't very likeable.

Possibely. He could be a priest of Shezarr, God of Man. That means he doesn't like mer-folk. 3nodding And isn't Cyrodiil essentially the melting pot of Tamriel, much like Quebec and OoSuh? Racism is everywhere though. I doubt Shezarr is mentioned as a deity in Oblivion though, because Shezarr is basically all but forgotten.

Just watched the "2 Days" vid. Pretty sweet combat, but where's the blood? They seem to sort of just... shine... Strange. They might've cut most of it to get a T, but I recall them saying they didn't care either way.
