Falias picked himself gingerly his side sore from where it had ended up introduced to the ground at force, feeling water drip from the parts of his outfit that had hit the water.
Normally Falias was grateful for the layers that made up his Page outfit, ok so maybe he hadn't been back in Summer when he had ended sweltering, but he'd definately started to appreciate it when the weather turned cold. Layers and water really didn't match though, the bits of wet fabric clammy about his skin.
Given that his Page 'weapon' was pretty much useless as an actual weapon, Falias tended to rely on his hands and feet mostly. He knew he wasn't the best fighter, but the results, he suspected, were better than if he'd tried just swinging the bit of mistletoe at them.
He wasn't so keen to just charge in at that towering shade thing though, especially since the thing had just sent a wave of what felt like tidal strength water in their direction.
Instead his target was one of the other shade, balling a fist and swinging out at the thing as hard as he could.

Having missed, but seen the aftermath of the tidal wave attack Athene was a little leary of charging in and attacking head on. Unlike the Monochrome Princess clone that he had helped defeat, that towering figure wasn't the only one of the shade things out by the lake.
The number of chaotic auras he was picking up was making him feel uncomfortable too, although the ones he saw seemed to be more focused on the towering figure rather than the order power signatures and Athene was hoping that it was a case of the enemy of my enemy being my friend rather than some elaborate trap thing that was going to spring on them later.
He heard a nearby voice suggesting that they try to use ranged attacks, Athene looked over, managing a slight smile as he recognised the owner of the voice, (Polaris) before trying to find something that he could throw.
He settled on a medium-sized rock, hesitating before lobbing it as hard as he could in the direction of the towering female-looking shade (Finsternis). That thing, whatever it was, was the bigger threat.
Maia took a stance knowing that this new enemy needed to be taken down. She moved closer to the queen careful to try to avoid the clones, her own clone even more so than any other's. Her attack allowed for her to be an a range, but closer was better since her attack traveled in a straight line.
"Absolute Harmony," she sang out letting the music fill her. She sang out the sweet notes and watched as they popped into the air and span out in a small tornado headed straight for the queen.
"It it hits," she called out, "it will slow her down a bit." It was an encouragement of sorts she hoped for other's to try to attack. That was of course if the attack even hit. She wasn't as close as she would like to be.
Another Negaverse officer might have been more critical of the idea that senshi weren't the end-all number one enemy in these parts, but Zircon could definitely get behind the fact that these shades were dangerous to all parties involved. Her expression softened at his misfortune regarding the wave, but she allowed him the dignity of pulling himself up before she spoke. "So I've heard," she nodded in response to his comments on the shades. "And I think I have to agree with you, Captain. Senshi later, this comes first."
She turned, looking towards the water. There was no way she could get to the Shade Queen herself, but there were plenty of shades around wreaking havoc on the battlefield. She caught a target in her sights when suddenly her vision was obscured by a blur of yellows and pinks. She blinked once, in confusion, and then visibly shrunk away from the sight of Eternal Iris. If a Super had proven to be too much for her to handle, she definitely didn't want a piece of anything that had butt-wings.
Zircon glanced to her Captain, and then back to the senshi, unsure of how to proceed. If this turned into a fight, things could go bad, but she seemed friendly, for the moment. With a wary eye, she reluctantly engaged a shade that was coming her way, starting with a wide hook to the jaw. The blow landed with a satisfying crunch, and she let out a whoop of victory.
Shades were enemy number one. The senshi wouldn't attack her for now. Everything would be fine.
The frown was still on her face from her failed attempt at throwing, but it was quick to shift to a brief smile when she noticed Maia nearby.
"Unfortunately so. It sure would be great to get a break sometimes, but what can you do?"
In the back of her mind she was trying to decipher the sensory overload in her head. One would think the park would have less metal then the city, and while it did, it had a lot more variety. As her senses pinged off each one and alerted her of their presence she debated which ones would be best for fighting and which would just cause a lot of expensive damage.
Casting Maia another quick smile she added, a muse of sorts though there was a soft tone of resignation underlying. It was half joke, half solemn oath. "Some of us have to keep the world from ending and the bad guys from taking over."

((Hi Litian! biggrin Polaris will probably notice/bother Athene in a bit when her attention isn't between Maia and scary shadow lady XD ))
"It's a custom monster." Realgar answered, raising an eyebrow in surprise at the Rainbow Senshi. "I built it from parts so it couldn't be tracked easily, so it's a little bit of a lot of things. It'll be a little of a lot more different things after I get the damn thing fixed." He added, another bitter laugh. It was weird, feeling like you'd been half drowned by something that didn't even leave you damp. Equally weird talking bikes with someone like Iris, and it was clearly making the Lieutenant uncomfortable.
She wasn't panicking, she wasn't going batass crazy, like some of the more blood thirsty agents might... and she wasn't a child, like so many of them.
"If you and me make it out of this without punching, or getting punched by a senshi or knight, I'll buy you a beer." He offered, to give her something to look forward to other than overwhelming odds. "Hell, I think I should buy you one for that punch."
It was a damn nice swing, and he took a fierce jab at another Shade, hoping to be at least as impressive. He outranked her, he'd feel like an idiot if he couldn't land a punch, even if he had just been sent head over teakettle by a stupid wave attack.
...And all things considered it was probably half from the attack and half from trying too damn hard that made him pop a shade upside the head, only to pull back cursing because he'd just popped two knuckles painfully, doing more injury to his own fist than the shade. They hurt like hell anyway, though he didn't think he'd actually broken anything. Rookie damn mistake.
Ganymede soon regretted using her one good attack so soon. It left her with little else. Given how these clones tended to react, she thought using any of her weaker attacks would be more trouble than they were worth. And anyway, they didn't do any damage. She contemplated giving her best attack another go—she could, she knew she could, though it would tire her out in the process—but her first attempt had resulted in very little and it was unlikely a second try would do much more. She'd rather not waste it if she could help it.
There was no telling if she might need it later.
After recovering from the Queen's attack, Ganymede lurched forward again to jump right back into the fray, her gaze set upon the figure in the middle of the lake. If there was one thing past experience had taught her, it was to destroy the leader and watch the minions falter without them.
She got only so far. One of the clones flickered into sight directly in front of her and had Ganymede skidding to a halt. She grimaced when she saw her face staring back at her, no different than it'd been every time she'd seen her clone over the course of the week—a sly smirk accompanied by a sickeningly sweet sounding giggle. Her clone paused a moment and the two stared at one another, her clone's eyes hungry, desirous, while Ganymede herself looked mildly worried and moderately annoyed.
Her clone struck first, but after multiple encounters Ganymede was ready. She blocked the strike and countered with one of her own, sending her clone stumbling back, its smirk lowering into a dissatisfied pout.
There were more people there than she had expected, and Varuna took confidence in the fact that even if she wasn’t able to do much, there would be others to take her place should she die. Not that she was expecting to die, but should that be her fate, she was prepared.
Her eyes widened as water rose up and towards everyone on shore, and the only thing she could think to do was to get out of its way. Nearly stumbling over a branch, Varuna took as much cover as she could behind a large oak, crouching down and waiting for the wave to pass and hope it wasn’t as magical and deadly as she thought it might be.
Unable to avoid the entirety of the attack, the senshi of Avalanches winced, trying to catch her breath after being hit, but was thankfully not in line of getting directly hit.
USE AND ABUSE ME!!! Character: Sailor Disneya Power description:Pixie Dust! Disneya would fling a handful of dust at the enemy/ally. The dust itself is pale golden white, and faintly glowing gold. When a person is under the effects of this attack, their body is sprinkling dust, much like this.
Effect: The person under effect of this attack will float about two or three feet off of the ground. They are otherwise in complete control of their motor functions. they are still subject to the laws of force ( Accept for force applied downward ) so if they were struck/hit in this state, they would drift in whatever direction the force pushes them in. In theory this means if they were close enough to a wall they could push themselves away from it, or grab hold of someone on their team and be moved. They are still fully able to attack and use their own magic. If used on herself, she can move in whatever direction she chose. When it wears off, they float slowly back to the ground.

USE AND ABUSE ME!!! Character: Eden, Page of Cosmos Power description:None, but she has a lantern thats great for whacking people upside the head with.
Valhalla watched as Zircon turned one way and he another, glad that she seemed to find someone she might feel comfortable around. While he didn’t want any interfaction fighting going on, he could understand feeling overwhelmed by the auras of the others around them.
But the sound of his name caught his attention, and he looked up to see Themiscyra nearby. He stopped short of her, before glancing back towards where Zircon had run off towards. “Zircon… a Negaverse Lieutenant,” he said, having no qualms with talking to those in other factions as long as they had no intention of hurting others.
“You haven’t seen a blonde girl with a top hat, have you? Red, black and white…?” he wondered, glancing around nervously. He’d known Ganymede had been out on patrol that night, and the only reason he was out too was because of the energy surge. He was too distracted to remember if he’d described her to Themiscrya before, and hoped she’d forgive his repeat information if he had. With all these shades around, and Ganymede’s still out on the prowl, he couldn’t help being a bit nervous.
He barely even realized they were being attacked by the woman in the lake, lifting his arms up to shield himself at the last moment and getting knocked back, but only slightly. It made him even more anxious to find Ganymede and make sure she wasn’t getting in over her head.
Oberon hopped down from the tree just as a shade was running beneath him, successfully flattening it before hopping off and towards his brother, much more excited about the chance to see Sessrumnir fight than the fact that there were shades everywhere and people were probably going to be getting hurt, or worse. And while he knew the danger, he also held tightly to hope that they’ll figure out a way to beat this woman, whoever she was.
“Wow, there are Negas here, too,” he paused to look around, surprised by what he was feeling — the auras around them fluctuated greatly, from chibi to Negaverse to DMC, they all seemed to be fighting towards the same goal — fending off the woman at the center of the lake.
“Why do you want our planet??” he called out to the strange woman. ”Who are you?? Where are you from?? Maybe we can share??”
Curious and probably still rather naive, Oberon winced as she was attacked. He knew she probably controlled the shades, and was obviously saying she wanted them to all die, but… why? For the heck of it?
Oberon's HP: 40
Sessrumnir snorted humorlessly at Oberon’s attempts at calling to the woman as he swung his stormglass at a passing shade, knocking it to the ground with little effort. It didn’t seem too interested in attacking either he or Oberon, so there was no point in chasing after it, but the sooner these things were gone the better.
“Curiosity killed the cat,” he quipped, taking a few steps behind the child so he could stop any attacks that might come from behind. He could already see a small child-like shade coming their way, and while he felt a little guilty about having to kill a shadow child, well… he’d rather it not hurt his real brother.
The lunar eclipse overhead still unsettled Amethyst greatly as he made his way to the park where a bunch of order and chaos auras had gathered around a power signature that was unlike any that he had encountered by far. Whatever it was, it was powerful yet he couldn't help but be drawn to it like a moth to a flame, fuelled by his own curiosity to investigate what was behind it and hopefully find a solution to the shade fairy problem that the city inhabitants had to grapple with over the past week.
He had only just reached the park, still very much disorientated by the fighting that had already started around him when the summoned tidal wave hit him, pushing him backwards a couple of steps until he lost his balance and landed squarely on his own butt.

Acrucis ran as fast as her new found senshi abilities allowed. I'm so late... she thought. As she found out, it is really hard to sneak out of your house while your parents are awake watching a movie.
Each exhaled breath hung in the cold air for a brief moment. Cold air burned her dry throat and stung the tips of her ears. At least it wasn't raining right?
Seeing the meeting spot come into view Acrucis slowed her pace from a sprint to a walk, only fully stopping to catch her breath once she arrived. "Shan..." her attempt to call out for Shangri-la was interrupted by a coughing fit. Finally catching her breath she called out again "Shangri-La?"
USE AND ABUSE ME!!! Character: Sailor Persephone Power description:
Sailor Scout Attack: Pomegranate Kiss! Persephone speaks the name of the attack and holds out her cupped hands, in which three pomegranate seeds of energy appear. If she or an ally "consume" these, they will experience a small boost in energy, feeling more alert and with slightly increased reflexes, lasting about twenty seconds. One seed is sufficient for the boost to occur. She can summon these once per battle. The seeds will vanish after thirty seconds if not dropped or eaten.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Pomegranate Blessing! Persephone speaks the name of the attack and holds out her cupped hands, in which three pomegranate seeds of energy appear. At the Super stage, Persephone's seeds now heal minor cuts and bruises, as well as giving a 20-second energy boost. Persephone can use this attack once per battle. The seeds will vanish after thirty seconds if not dropped or eaten.
Persephone had felt the strange, almost overwhelming, energy signature, and it had terrified her - but she knew she had to approach, to fight, to destroy whatever this thing was. And when she got closer and started to feel so many powerful auras, Order and Chaos, she felt warmed. They would all be fighting side by side to take this monster down.
She wasn't expecting a beautiful woman, but she also wasn't expecting the sudden tidal rush of water that sent her off her feet and coughing and shaking.
"Goddamnit."

USE AND ABUSE ME!!! Character: Sailor Tantalus Power description:
Sailor Scout Attack: Tease! Sailor Tantalus holds out his hands and speaks the name of the attack, and an illusory apple forms in his hands. He offers it to one enemy, and then throws it. It will always roll away from Tantalus. Anyone who is a higher power level than Tantalus (so 2nd-4th stage if he's 1st, 3rd-4th if he's 2nd, 4th only if he's 3rd) can easily shrug it off, but those of his power level or lower find the compulsion to play fetch-the-apple almost...irresistible. They will never quite be able to actually catch the apple - if they get close, it will start rolling again. This compulsion lasts for twenty seconds, and Sailor Tantalus can use this attack twice per battle.
Tantalus ran to the field. He had a feeling that whatever this was, it had direct bearing on the damn shades - and when he saw tons of them milling around, his eyes narrowed. He was tired of these, and he was tired of their damn queen already, even though she'd only been around for a few minutes. "Damocles! Damocles!" He yelled his boyfriend's name, pushing through the crowd and looking for the familiar blue and green and gold on black.
The sudden tidal wave of water told him he was far closer to Her Majesty than he'd thought, and he doubled over, coughing and hacking. He didn't take long to recover, though - he had to find the blond.

USE AND ABUSE ME!!! Character: Capt. Natron Power Weapon description: A mace on a chain
Natron scanned the gathered group, and for a moment, his heart stopped. He spotted purple hair, and oh god, was that Des? But he wasn't quick enough to get to him, not before being splashed by the Queen's attack. He was surprised at how little it affected him, and he kept pushing through.
He had to pause for a moment. He would have to handle this carefully. He wanted to keep Des safe, but he also had to avoid revealing his identity. Damn it.

Penthesilea had been mostly avoiding the strange washed-out clones of Senshi and Officers she'd seen wandering the city. She'd chosen a damn excellent time to get involved in this Senshi business, she thought, but for now she could do something real. There were shades all around, but her attention was focused wholly on the woman in the center of the park. She was far enough away that the tidal wave didn't quite reach her, and that would be dangerous, but she had to get closer.
She wasn't the Senshi of War because she was going to be handing out flowers.
Sailor Penthesilea HP: 40
Amytis hadn't been powered up for quite some time, but the strange energy signature had been impossible to ignore. If she was going to dust off her pen and power up again, then she was going to do it with gusto. So she went running to the park, and yet she still felt like she was arriving late. That was a little frustrating.
She was just in time, though, to get splashed by the strange tidal wave attack.
The eternal senshi balled up her hand into a fist, which started to glow. However, the attack only seemed to fully form when she called out "IRIS RAINBOW SLICER!" The light seemed to sprout into a long bright ribbon made of multiple colors. With a flick of her wrist, she lashed the Rainbow-lasso at a nearby shade amongst the hoard.
It wrapped about the creature, and with a yank, she sent it slamming down.
However, despite her attention to the battle that had seemingly popped up, the blonde did not seem to forget about the captain (Realgar).
"...so it was body damage then? Yeah... that can be pretty pricey... but at least if yer usin' parts from different bikes, it won't be as hard as findin' pieces fer an older vehicle..." Over the course of the past couple years, it had grown a bit more difficult for her to find parts for her own bike.
She briefly managed to get sight of the Lieutenant that seemed to be avoiding her (Zircon), and all she offered was a simple "...'sup?"
With that, she attempted to throw the Shade she latched onto with her attack towards the obvious attacker/leader.
