Before he could get back to his feet Talon was wrapped up in a painful Dragon Sleeper. For a few moments as Cartwright cranked at Talon's neck, the Bird of Prey began to kick and swing wildly in pain. The Ref made his way over to Talon's head asking if he would give up. Talon shook his head no, with what little room the sleeper variant allowed. "No!" He yelled with a muffle, as he began to refocus himself. Trying to fight through the pain of his back, and neck being bent the way it shouldn't, with his free hand Talon went to wrap it around Cartwright's head and tried to pull up, looking to get some leverage so he could try and bring one of his legs up and nail the Champ with a couple knees, hoping to break the hold.

Talon stood up as he held a hand to the back his neck, his face grimacing in pain. However the pain shooting up his neck he wasn't gonna let that slow him down. He charged forward, however he didn't have an average attack in mind. Instead of going in for a shoulder to the stomach or some kind of strike, he dropped to the mat and slid under the bottom rope next to Cartwright's feet. Getting to his feet on the outside Talon quickly went to hook the Champ's ankles, and pull his feet out from under him. If successful Talon would try and pull Cart's legs around the steel post where he could do some serious damage. Looking to swing his knee into the unforgiving steel.

After smashing Cartwright's knee into the steel post Talon quickly slid back into the ring. Getting to his feet he charged at Cart, looking to nail him in the face with a well placed boot.

After leveling Cartwright again Talon decided to take a moment to let the crowd know that this was easy. He circled the inside of the ring around the Champ as he held his arms out in an embracing fashion, yelling out to the crowd and Cart himself. "I can do this all day!" After displaying his cockiness, Talon stepped back over to Cartwright leaning over and yelling in his face as he went to slap the Talented One across he's exposed cheek. "ALL DAY!"

Embarrassing.. Getting hit, let alone a bit rocked by a downed opponent. After the uppercut connected Talon stumbled back, holding his chin. Now he too was rather upset, and angry. How dare he fight back. Talon quickly shook the uppercut off through and tried to continue his offense, looking to charge back at Cartwright and try and nail him with another boot to the skull.
