Kaiya couldn't help the giggle that slipped her lips. She had caught the face he had made. She would've had something to say to it, but she grew quiet with her slight unease. The grovyle wasn't the best when it came to making new friends nor was she great with introductions. For these reasons, she was happy that Eilam was here. Having someone she was opening up to made it easier for her to keep her heart open to others.
“Pleasure to meet you Lucy.” said Kaiya as she gazed up at Eilam and patted his hand. “Y'know, your brother almost got lost looking for you. It was a good thing I found him.” She grinned mischievously and chuckled.

Eilam felt his face heat up a little when he heard what Kaiya told his sister about him getting lost. Lucy was very gentle, but he was sure that he would not be living this down anytime soon. He even heard quiet giggles coming from the blue haired, though she was trying to make sure they were barely heard.
"I would have eventually found my way. I just got a little side tracked, that's all,"Eilam mumbled.
"Well, I am glad you were able to find him then. Would hate for him to get too lost for long,"Lucy replied brightly.

Kaiya beamed proudly at her work. Tee hee, now that's a rather cute expression... she thought to herself, grinning like a fool. It was well worth it. She too had to stifle a giggle at the slight blush rising. Decidedly, she wouldn't pester him about it. She'd done enough of that. Anymore and she'd feel like she was torturing him. Instead, she turned it around and shone some light on their small adventure..
“I'm glad I found him as well though. He did save me from falling flat on my face.” To this, Kaiya was left to shift around awkwardly. It was still new to her. It's been a while since she'd shown genuine feelings within her heart. “Um...on that note, Uh... Thanks. I don't think I've thanked you for that yet. So, uuh. Thank you.”
Kaiya ran her free hand along the blades of her leaves nervously. She felt blush rise again and tried to shake it off by changing the subject. “I'm happy that I could reunite the two of you though.” she said. "I do believe I should get you two back home. Wouldn't want the rest of your family to worry."

Eilam wanted to say he was sure she probably would have been fine without him there. He still had to admit, it was definitely quite a way to meet a girl. He chuckled softly at that, before he nodded to Kaiya. He sent a message to Dea's mind, letting her know they were on their way. He hoped he had given the young woman enough time to finish the preparations.
"It was not a problem, I was glad to help. Oh and my offer of coming in with us still stands,"Eilam spoke.
"Eilam is good at being at the right place, at the right time,"Lucy answered.

“Sounds like a real knight in shining armor.” mused Kaiya at Lucy's comment. It made her even more curious on the rest of his family. “Well, I wouldn't mind coming home with you. I'd love to meet your family. If they're anything like the two of you, they must be royalty and sweeter than combee honey!”
Releasing his hands, she adjusted her dress and leaves as an attempt to make herself slightly more presentable. Once satisfied, she hooked her arm around Eilam's and gave Lucy a thumbs up. “I'm ready. Now my dears, shall we get you two home? Else I might have to deal with a whole search party looking for the two of you... and I won't be there to warn them about a certain angry Ursaring.”

Eilam felt himself redden once more at the words spoken by the two girls. This was probably the most he had blushed like this, but he didn't fully mind. He was actually enjoying the time he was spending with Kaiya. When he felt her take ahold of his arm, he smiled over at her.
"I am sure you will enjoy meeting the rest of our family then. They are really some great people. Also, as for the Ursaring, I think the bear should fear them,"Eilam laughed.
"Yeah, Dea could try to adopt the Ursaring,"Lucy giggled as she walked with them.

Between what the two siblings were saying, Kaiya was beginning to feel anxious and excited to meet the woman was their mother. “Y'know... I think I would like to see that happen. Perhaps next time, I'll take you to the Ursaring.” chuckled the Grovyle. She was amused and intrigued. 'So this is what a family is like' she thought to herself. She took a step forward and with that, started their journey back to the forest edge. “I think I would like to hear more about you family. Your mother sounds like quite the woman!”
She tried to keep her own thoughts about her own family. It was difficult, but she tried to focus on the good that came from her leaving. Though she couldn't help, but wonder if her mother would be proud of her now. She found herself feeling envious. It only added more to her anticipation of meeting the rest of Eilam and Lucy's family.

Eilam and Lucy exchanged amused looks, that would probably be interesting indeed. The Arceus man knew that Dea was known in their family as one who got through to stubborn beings. It was her gentleness that had finally one over some of their siblings that Dea had adopted. He followed Kaiya as she walked, seeing a look of thought in her eyes too.
"Well, I suppose she must be a pretty special person, if an Arceus was drawn to her. She is very good at adopting Pokemon and humans, making them eventually feel at home. She loves her family, she is the daughter of a professor,"Eilam explained.
"She tends to melt some of the toughest hearts,"Lucy nodded.

Kaiya tilted her head in confusion. “Professor?” She searched her memory banks for the word and came up blank. “Sorry, I don't leave the forest much, but what is a professor?”
The soft hue of blush that was beginning to disappear came back in force with embarrassment. She didn't know a lot of the world beyond her forest. She'd chosen exile over dealing with the civilized world. Now she feels as though her decision as come back to haunt her. It made her feel silly. Though through it all, she felt the excitement bubbling within.
Kaiya noted the subtle change in their surroundings. The trees around them were young. Not as tall as the ones near the heart nor as old and moss covered. The spaces between trees were greater and the brush surrounding them smaller.
“Almost to edge of the forest now. I'm sure you can find your way out from here, so I'll follow you.”

Eilam started out feeling surprise pop up when she mentioned not knowing what a professor was, when he remembered that she probably stayed in the forest. Her words soon confirmed that suspicion and his own cheeks flushed softly at not figuring that out sooner. He had been with humans so long, he forgot that there were plenty who did not know human words. The look of surprise changed to one of thought as he tried to think of how to explain what a professor was. He wanted it to make enough sense to her.
"They are humans that study Pokemon, is the best explanation, I think. They like to find out what we like to do, what we eat, etc. With the recent changes, they have been learning more about Poke humans. Dea's dad, Processor Willows is one such man who studies us,"Eilam replied.
"Yes, from here, not even Eilam can get lost. I think he just got turned around back there,"Lucy smiled brightly, earning a friendly swat from her 'brother.'
