After chatting with the others in the group, reassuring them that he was fine, the blond turned toward the last member of the group before he hurried forward, fumbling in his pocket so that he could produce that sun colored ring, holding it out. The smile on his face was a broad, excited one, "Look what I got for you, Luce! Isn't it pretty? I think it will suit you!" He chirped happily at her, looking ever the part of a love sick pup at the moment.
Luce was a tall, handsome looking woman, one that was several inches taller and a whole lot stronger in appearance then the blond standing before her. She starred down at him and the ring before dropping the heavy hammer she carried, instead grabbing hold of his shirt and lifted him off the ground to shake him. It would seem that she was displeased with his foolish antics but even as she shook him like a Witu with a Poscuta there was a touch of relief in her eyes. It was because of that relief, and the fact that the group was used to the two of them, nobody really stopped her from shaking and scolding the blond boy.
The leader of the group shook her head, unable to help but to chuckle over the pair, before turning back to look over at where Rayolun was standing, "Thank you, stranger, Alair can be a bit of a fool at times but we love him. We are most grateful that you brought him back to us." She held out a hand to Rayolun, the best gesture she thought she could give to the man in such short notice. "By the look of what you've brought back with you I'm sure you had your hands full, but it also looks like you've got plenty of skill with that trident. Probably would make a fine lancer."
