Leo grumbled and opened one eye but since he couldn't see anything he found it rather easy to fall back asleep. The warmth from the sun was nice in the morning; being blind has its perks, no rude awakenings in the morning from the sun, but then again thats what his brother was for as well. "I don't wanna get up....two more hours Ash...." he mumbled, turning over in the bed and continuing to sleep.

Leo opened another eye at the thought of the fair and remembered his excitement from last night. "Oh right, the fair." he yawned and straightened up in bed. "I almost forgot about that." Leo got onto his knees and tried to crawl off the bed but he soon found his brother's legs since he was now sitting on top of them. "I suppose we should get up then. Can we go out for breakfast? It will kill some time." he asked softly, carefully moving off of Asher's body and standing on the floor.

Leo followed his brother, listening to the man's footsteps and dragging his hand along the wall as he made his way down the hallway. "Can we go to that nice diner just up the street? I've been wanting to try out their food, I usually can smell the food from there if I open the windows." He said softly, waiting for his brother's answer so he could go get dressed and find something to drink in the kitchen.

Leo had taken his time to get dressed, it was the one thing he was able to master but the downside was that he couldn't see which colors he was wearing. This made him depend on his brother to tell him whether or not he looked like a dork. He came out of the room and followed his brother's lead down the stairs. "Could you get me a little glass of milk before we leave? I'm really thirsty. Then we can go get the mail on our way to breakfast." he said matter of factly. Leo liked it when his brother got the day off, usually he was the one figuring out what to do with the day which wasn't a bad thing.

Leo felt the cold glass in his hands and placed a finger inside to see where the level of the milk was at so he didn't get it all over himself. He drank the cold milk quickly and wiped his mouth, putting the glass on the coffee table. "Thank you, I wasn't quite sure what I put on." he said with a small smile as he rubbed the back of his head and realized he forgot the bandage for his eyes. "Hang on." he said softly, carefully walking back into the bedroom to grab it and wrap it around his head before making his way back down the stairs where Ash was. "Okay, ready." he said with a nod. Leo grabbed his brother's arm and followed him out the door, inhaling the fresh air. "I can smell the food now." he said with a small smile. Leo couldn't hear anyone else outside, since it was still a weekday he assumed everyone was at work for now.

((Sorry the rp is a bit boring, I'm trying to lead up to the main plot instead of rushing in it at the beginning and then having writers block later like I usually do it lol))

Leo couldn't wait to taste the food there, ever since he lost his sight food seemed to taste that much better. Once they came to a stop where Leo could hear a lot of cars, he sniffed the air rather cautiously. "Yep, thats where the smell is coming from." he said happily, tightening his grip on Asher's arm a little when he heard people walking near them. Leo never was very good with other people, he was always finding it difficult to make friends and he was always cautious about strangers. "Lets go inside before everyone eats everything." he said with a small laugh, knowing the customers couldn't possibly eat all of the food but he enjoyed the joke just as well.

Leo smiled when he heard a female voice say hello to them and hid half of his face behind Asher's arm rather shyly. "Hi." he said back softly, listening to the casual restaurant music as they waited. "I hope it's not too busy. What does it look like?" he asked his brother as he wandered his head around to all of the sounds he was hearing; clashing dishes, casual conversation, laughter, cooking sounds from the kitchen. It almost seemed like music to him.
