I am called Brittany (though I answer to a plethora of names including Dorian, BooBear, Azreal the Jackdaw, and Spastic Fantastic) and I am proud to say that I had lived 19 years of life thus far!
I live in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic borderline of the States. Currently, I reside in a Victorian dormitory converted from a boy's prep school...(that is haunted.)
For my entire life, I have called one pinprick of a town in North Jersey "Sopranos Land" my home. There are some the next town over who are unaware of it's existence still...I'm nestled in the lovely foothills of the Appalachians
and have been called "Lady Brittany of the Mountain Top" occasionally.
I am a member of a group called "Yes, I am in college and I'm still a Virgin." But the last time I checked, I am still female, though my mother under the effects of whatever drugs they give you when you have a C-section was convinced I was boy and that I was to be called Dieter. However, I am proud to be a member of the female population!
Currently, I am single, though possibly not for long, and if so, it would be my first proper relationship. I'm rather independent and completely Sagittarius relationship wise, but I have been in love and still am.
I so have a very child-like view of the world, but I prefer to think of it as hyperactivity, eternal optimism, and the ability t be amused easily. (Especially by sparkly things...) I'd like to have children someday, but not until I'm married and able to.
Most of my time is dedicated either to Irish dance, artistic endeavors, or being with people. I worked at the New York Renaissance Faire for three years, where I'M known as Heather MacKissock, the crazy singing dancing Orange Girl. Or "Hey Lass." I'm also trained in graphic design and study yoga, taiji, and rock and roll.
I'm so happy to be accepted to this guild! I'm looking forward to getting to know other "18+ Gaians!"

What do you do for a living? I'm a Security Guard at a local District Court. It's not the most glamorous job, but it leaves me time to do school work and stuff, and it pays the bills, so I can't complain, really. ^_^
