TG was playing with his tail, grabbing it with one hand and using the tip to clean under the claws on his other hand. He glanced up at the name. "Who the hell is Barth?" He never heard of him, and didn't see why he was that important to warrant a warning. "Got some contract with him?"

It was complicated, Zar didn't have a contract with Barth, he wasn't even entirely sure of the terms of their relationship, if it had simply been a one off - he doubted it - or if it had been a business arrangement which was more likely but hadn't actually been discussed. "No contract. But I work with him." It was vague enough he hoped it left leeway.
"He is a sin demon." He didn't feel like divulging that he was sloth straight away. "A keen inventor and rather cunning."

"Inventor?" TG said, looking up from his claw picking to look at Zar before glancing at his door. "Seems a bit like manual labor for a sin demon to be doing. Think he can fix remotes?" He asked. "My door closes automatically, but it won't open anymore. Pain in the a** to walk up stairs all the time." Thoug being short just came with all sort of nuisances.
He also had to wonder. "What sorta work do you do for a inventor? You said you weren't creative."

"I would not be the one to ask those things, he would be the one to speak to about that. I think it may be worth your time to do so however, if I was to hazard a guess." For the time being he only had the most glancing knowledge of what specifics Barth's work entailed, there was a vested interest in having TG find out on his behalf. For one thing it didn't make him look as nosey as he actually felt.
"And I simply do whatever needs doing." he added vaguely, with a faint smile.

TG smiled back. Smart. He wasn't going to say, which meant that whatever work he was doing for Barth might not be work he was willing to do for TG, which was why he wasn't going to make it an option by telling him when he was also willing to hire him for odd jobs. Hmm. Now he was interested.
"Well, since you know him and work for him, I'd like if you could take me to see him. I'd be very interested in meeting him." If anything, he could at least get his remote fixed. He had to wonder why a sin demon would be a inventor of all things, as it seemed far less refined - like being a plumber or in carriage repair. If Zar wasn't creative, what jobs could he do for a sin demon, who were usually very wealthy on their own. Sins were rather high ranking as far as demon classifications went.

"Certainly I could take you to see him." What was the harm really? Networking as far as demons went was always beneficial, it didn't even matter if it forged rivalries or alliances. "Whenever you like."

"See when Barth is free and we'll meet up at his convenience. I can work my schedule around that unless something dire comes up." Like his fathers demanding a internet call - which was always dire and never good.

"I shall." he said with a nod. "Hopefully he can help you with your needs." Zar could only imagine what it was like to be quite as short as the imp, his own height formidable thanks to his hooves and horns - which presented it's own problems at times ; mostly when walking in the forest. "I am only regretful I cannot help you with your dilemma with ghouls."

TG tilted his head to the side. "Mah! I can figure these things on my own. I'll make her weak in the knees in one way or another. I got her to be mine in the first place after all." He said, flicking his tail as he crossed his arms. Yeah, he was far more of a lady-killer than an actual incubi. That had to count for something. Anna would be wrapped around his little claw if he just put his mind to it (and possibly his wallet).
"I'll see how clever your inventor is then and see if he can't be put to some use. I'd be interested in challenging him a bit." Presenting him with various life problems TG faced everyday would be a great way to get Barth to show how much of a inventor he really was.

Zar didn't undermine TG's claims, letting him think what he would about his own talents. "Indeed, that is half the battle. It is not easy to get people on your side in this school, many are superficial or hostile." He held up his claw and let his tail slither about it like a curious snake.
"I'm sure you will find him to be most capable."
