It didn't take Victor long to tune the violin and stood close to the piano."I'm ready when you are,"He said after she gave him a cue. Victor listened as she played on the piano, waiting for the part where the violin part began. They were playing in perfect harmony together through out the whole piece with no mistakes. Victor was wondering what Anna was might be looking for. He knew from last night that she wanted to know what it was like to be a vampire and all but what is she expecting of him per say? Would she be interested in taking on some more lessons in music from him on a different instrument? Or do duet performances together? Victor pondered about that through the song. Soon the song came to an end."Excellent job Miss Anna on playing the piano part. I wonder if there's something that you might want to play this time? Or do something else besides making music?"♯♩♪♫♬♭♮

 Anna was tuned into her playing, but as Victor started in with the violin she smiled, as the music flowed between the two. It was really great playing together like this, smiling she loved how the two were so nicely in sync. As the song came to an end, her fingers gliding over the last couple keys to play, finishing, Anna laid her hands back in her lap. Looking to Victor smiling, "Thank you...and to you on violin, this was lovely." The duet, it was really nice. Thinking a moment, she wasn't sure, either play another song, or was there anything she could ask. "I think another song would be nice...I'd like to try another with you, it's fun playing together, really nice too...Uh well...unless you have another idea...if there's anything maybe you want to ask me?" Curious since she'd asked questions yesterday she wondered if Victor had anything he wanted to speak with her about.

Victor was now going to ask her about what type of relationship that Miss Anna wanted from him. "Miss Anna, I know from what you said last night about wanting to know what it's like to be a vampire but I wanted to know what type of relationship are you wanting with me? Just a friendship, a professional musician relationship??"He asked her aloud, just wanting to know what she was looking for. Victor was enjoying her company but wanted to make sure that they were thinking on the same lines with their relationship with each other. It came to him after the fact that question might make things a bit awkward but too late to take those words back.♯♩♪♫♬♭♮

Anna smiled and listened as it seemed Victor would like to ask some things. Nodding as he first started speaking, before hearing his question. She blushed red, "H-huh!? O-Oh I...." scrambling, raising a hand to her mouth to cover to keep from babbling as she looked down at the piano keyboard. She was thinking now what in the world had she been doing or how had she been acting for him to ask that. "W-well, a-as friends would be nice, u-um, I guess a professional musician type too..." Trailing off, that question had just been...surprising. It could be both, friends and professional. She would only ever think something more with someone she knew more and had been around and all.

Victor watched her reaction to his question and saw her face blush red."Ah, I didn't mean to make you blush like that. Yes, that will be good then. Even after seven hundred years....."He was looking up at one of the windows and his eyes seem like them were gazed over. He was remembering what Erica had done to him and there seem to be a far away look on face and past pain. Victor wanted to have an actual love relationship but he was wary still because of that Erica.....♯♩♪♫♬♭♮

Anna composed herself after that, being so flustered. Smiling, nodding to what he had said, "G-good then," agreeing it'd be nice, being friends and well her taking lessons with him or performing together. Though she blinked, looking musing as he said that last sentence, his voice seemed...far away as well as his thoughts. Watching his expression, it was like a far off pain or some remembrance. "V-victor?" she reached out, touching his shoulder. She was standing in front of him looking into his eyes, there was so much to tell from just a person's eyes and she saw something there. She wondered what had long past happened. "Are you alright?"

Victor came to when she touched him on the shoulder. He looked down at her, his eyes meeting hers that were full of concern for him.She looks different from Erica and yet why does Erica still still haunts me so? I want to start anew but yet.... No, the past IS behind me and I won't let it to continue to haunt me any more...He thought to himself before speaking back to Anna."Sorry Miss Anna, sometimes the past comes to haunt me when I least expect it to. I'm better now. Is there a particular duet song that you want to play right now?"He asked her, not wanting to tell her yet of his past that haunts still.Not until he feels that he can trust her more. ♯♩♪♫♬♭♮

Anna was worried but relaxed as Victor finally registered that she had spoken to him. The look in his eyes that was distant before had come back to the present. Nodding in understanding and acknowledgment. "Maybe you'll...tell me sometime, might help you to feel better as well." She said softly, but didn't push and say OOOOh tell me, tell me. She just said maybe sometime he would. Smiling as he asked of the duet, she went to the piano book flipping the pages and pointed. "I think we need a happy song for the moment something with pep in the step." Grinning, happy and all. "Thank you,"He said softly to her for not trying to get him to tell his story right now. Victor wouldn't have anyways and if she had strongly insisted.... Things wouldn't go well, to say in the least. Victor is usually a patient and kind guy but when it came to his past dealings with Erica and her family.... He rather not discuss it. "You can ask about most anything about me except that. I do ask that you don't ask my family's past unless I bring it up myself. There had been a few others that got too nosy for my liking and well, things didn't work out for them in the end."Victor warned her, not wanting to harm her by accident if she pushed him too hard for information on his past. Then he joined her in the song that she had picked out for them. It was a merry tune and it actually made him wonder if she had eaten a meal yet. "Have you eaten a meal yet? Now would be a good time to go as the place downstairs isn't busy at this time usually." Victor asked her before Anna's stomach grumbled aloud in the room before she could answer him verbally. They went downstairs and went to the bar. They served food there besides just the drinks. The two had a good talk while she ate, and Victor with his glass of chocolate wine.Victor asked her to dance again as the same band was playing. Victor didn't pay attention to what the time was as he was dancing with Miss Anna and enjoying their time together. The band played a variety of music while they were there, including some slow songs in the mix.
One of the band members did notice that were was a change about Victor. He had been at that practice that hadn't gone well. There was big difference in how Victor left that practice and now. The male was the cello player and his friend was playing the double bass. The double bass player made the comment to him about asking the lady that was dancing with Victor out later. His response was:"I wouldn't if I was you, with Victor being with her. You weren't at the practice tonight and it ended badly.Victor knows who wasn't there tonight and you really don't want to be on his bad side more than you already are." "I will ask her when Vic not around. Plus Vic isn't an Elder yet is he? So he can't claim her yet if he was thinking of it..." "No, but do you want to die tonight? He was pissed off tonight earlier and do you want to have him get pissed off again? Find another gal laddie... That's my advice." The cello man said to the his double bass friend. The guy took the advice for tonight anyways...Victor and Anna dance a few more songs before calling quits. Victor lead her out of the bar and asked,"Would you like to play some more duets like from before Miss Anna?"He asked as they walked towards the elevators. Someone cam rushing by them from the direction of the spa but he didn't pay attention to who it was though. Nor did he know what had happened in the spa. None of his concern....♯♩♪♫♬♭♮

Anna gave a nod to his thank you. Just like a silent 'no problem,' since she wouldn't push for information. She was just glad to get his attention back to the present, that look he'd had before when he zoned out had been troubling. She had worried. Listening as he explained about the extent of basically what she could ask him. "I understand...and I won't dig. That's for you to divulge in your own time. If and when you feel up to it. I won't push." Nodding, patting his arm like comfortingly attempting. Besides she wouldn't want to get herself hurt from digging into things she had no business asking unless Victor felt like telling.
She chuckled sheepishly, as Victor had figured out she did need to eat. Since her stomach announced it after he had asked. Anna followed Victor down to the bar to get food. She had ordered a chicken dish that had pasta, and various vegetables on it. Since she hadn't eaten for the whole day as she now realized, she was hungry for something filling. They had a good talk as she ate, taking bites whilst Victor answered, then asking more things or conversing about some general topics between the two.
She felt good once she had finished her food and gotten through a lot of chatting. Smiling when Victor asked her to dance. She stood, nodding and took his hand as he led her to the floor. She had a lovely time, dancing with him. Thankfully she wasn't really clutzy, so they could dance awhile and seem to zone out on everything else.
After they had danced through multiple songs, Anna had done a little bow/curtsey to Victor when they'd finished. Smiling, walking with him from the bar. "That was fun, I had a good time." Giving a curious glance to someone rushing by. But had brought her attention back as Victor asked about playing more duets. Nodding, smiling, "I'd like to, I-if it's alright?" Like if they still had time to. She seemed to lose all concept of time here so she wasn't sure if it was still night or nearing morning when Victor and the other vampires would rest.

There were two others in the bar as well. One was almost the age of an Elder vampire and another almost five hundred years old. They watched the interaction between Victor Russo and the woman that he was dancing with. They also were sitting close to the band and overheard their words.
"They have good taste in women... She is beautiful, this Miss Anna that Victor Russo is seeing..."
"True and innocent... Do you still want to try to do what we talked talked about?"
"Yes, for my mother and father, I must do this Uncle."
"Very well, double checking though. We can stop now and leave. To enjoy what we do have and forget about Victor...."
"As if I would do that, well if I can manage to win the woman over and take her away from him, then maybe. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks while we 'enjoy' our visit here..."
"Alright my nephew, I'm going on up for the night so enjoy what time is left before daybreak."
"I will Uncle, once I find another delightful lady to enjoy for the rest of the night."
The two parted ways after that and went on their own ways.

"Yes, we have enough time to do one more at least,"Victor responded back to her as they reached the elevators. They went up to the second floor where his music rooms were. They played two more songs before retiring for the night. Victor escorted her back to her room before going up to his bed chambers up higher in the hotel. He pondered on what they could go and do tomorrow night together.... Assuming Miss Anna wants to join him, that is. ♯♩♪♫♬♭♮

Anna had enjoyed that time, playing the duets with Victor. Wishing him a goodnight...or rather good morning, when he walked her back to her room. After that, it had been about a week since the two struck up this kind of friendship so to say. During the week, Anna had joined Victor in his classes each day. Even later after, the two playing again together and talking and all. Now at the end of that week long interval, Victor has asked Anna on...what she assumed was a date. The way he asked, it did sound like one, which of course made her flush a bit thinking about it. She did enjoy her time around Victor. And he was handsome she did admit.
On that night she was to meet him for their dinner date, Anna had gotten dressed up. Of course her version of dressing up was...a style all her own, in comparison to others. That and those were the outfits she brought with her to the hotel, so it wasn't like she had bought anything new in the hotel shopping or anything. Once she was dressed up though, she grabbed her purse and headed down to the bar/restaurant. Victor had forewarned her he had a class and it might run a bit late. So she went to the bar to sit and wait. Looking around a bit at everyone there while she waited.

 The double bass player, Clifford, had noticed that Miss Anna had come into the bar by herself. No Victor to see anywhere as of yet so why not? He walked up to her at the the bar and sat down next to her. "May I buy the lovely lady a drink?" Clifford asked her with a gentle smile on his lips.

Turing to look when she heard someone speak to her. Looking to see someone she was pretty sure played in Victor's band group. "Oh hello...Um...I suppose one drink wouldn't hurt. Thank you. I'm just waiting for Victor. I suppose I can have one until he gets here. He did warn me he might be a little late. You perform with him right? I'm Anna," extending her hand to shake in greeting. She didn't figure he was up to anything, so she wouldn't mind interacting a bit until Victor got there for their dinner date. It would be less unusual then if she just sat there staring at everyone in silence. She probably looked so weird just staring and looking around at people. Not that that ever bothered her of course. Since this was one of Victor's band members, she figured he was just being a good guy keeping her company for a little bit, nothing suspicious or anything.
