The boy nodded; as alone as he was used to being, the thought of training with people, or even just meeting new people- who weren't Rockets, and even shared his goal, perhaps- was rather exciting. Exciting in a good way, an unusual way, that he hadn't felt in a while.
"Thank you. I'll try and do the same if needed." He watched as Rosie offered her hand out, and bent his head with a smile, offering, should be be permitted, to leave a kiss behind in formal greeting, upon the top of the outstretched hand, rather than shaking it. "It was a pleasure, Miss Rosie, Miss Kiss Kiss." He, of course, had the same offer for the pokémon's paw, should she wish it.

Oh and she wished it, perking up with a fluff of the fur around her neck she reached her own paw out to get her kiss. A pokemon named Kiss Kiss, maybe it was too cliche that she liked kisses, as much as she liked giving them.
At the gesture Rosie smiled, he seemed like a nice person, and at this definitely with old style gestures. One she usually saw in high class or just every day gentlemen.
Giving him one last smile, she dipped into a polite curtsey before offering one last wave, assurance that she would see him again, and turning to depart. Kiss Kiss waving as they walked.
