please call me Annabel. I have no experience with Korean, but I intend to study it when I transfer to my four-year school. I'm halfway between intermediate and fluent in French. I've never been to Korea, but I plan to go as part of my undergrad. I'm super happy to have found this lovely guild. ^^

What should we call you?
I don't really like my real name ; n ; so I tend to tell people to call me 재진 (Jaejin)
How good at it are you?
Intermediate perhaps? I can understand perfectly fine when delivered orally but not when written - not to say that I can't read and write, I am able to but to a certain extent.
Have you been to a country where it is spoken?
Sadly I am Korean born in Hawaii who learned the language through adolescent bilingual teachings of my mother.

My korean name is Te Joon, but everyone can just call me Sam.
I can understand pretty much all of what people are saying when spoken to but my problem is remembering my vocab on the spot. I dont get too much chance to speak or read korean on a regular basis so I think this guild is a good start back for me.
I've gone to Korea several times and I spend many days in Koreatown, LA if that counts wink
Korean was my first language so really Im looking to re-jog my memories and enhance my lost vocabulary

Um, hi! I don't like my real name very much, so, you can either give me a Korean name or call me Lili, Leyla or Rikka, haha ^^ I am a extreme beginner of Korean and became interested through Kpop, as it seems every westerner has //ashamedshot
But! I am very interested in Korean culture and would love to learn as much as I can about Korea.
I have never been out of the country, period, but I hope to visit Korea someday!

What should we call you? Loïc (Luu-eek)
How good at it are you? Below beginner - I only know a few words andeor phrases due to martial arts, like how to say, 'wrist', or 'kick'. I am fluent in french, and can partially speak german. The only place I've ever been to where korean has been spoken was the dojo.I attend.
