Metal Trsu  Yahiko Takamori Yahiko quickly dropped the arrow as the young girl came after him, with that huge sword. His hands prepared as well as his body, waiting for her to make her move. Although he actually didn't expect her to create a fog of sorts from her sword. The red mist like substance covered the area, it was hard to see but it was also hard for her to see as well. Approached him he barely caught a glimpse of her hurling the great sword forward, just up in the nick of time Yahiko managed to avoid the large blade, but when he came down he was met with the hilt of the massive blade. His chest pounding as he took the blunt force of her hit. Taking a few steps back due to the blow from the young girl he quickly gestured hand signs and slammed his hands down. 'Katon: Boukaheki no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fire Wall Technique)' He thought to himself, another direct attack would hopefully leave burns.

Chakra Pool: 75/100 Ken watched intently as Miwa made a move to charge in, he instantly placed a few insects on her so he could track her location. Watching the smoke form he could see Yahiko create the massive wall of fire. Miwa, hopefully, would hold off on another direct attack until she was able to somehow get around the fire. Ken quickly nocked another arrow and drew back and released it immediately. As he did so he watched as it rapidly curved around to the side, the arrow would certainly make a quick movement around the wall of fire towards Yahiko on the other side. There was of course, no guarantee as to how close his attack would be, it would certainly catch him off guard and startle him if it didn't hit. Ken then rapidly began to run to the left, if Miwa was going to take the head on approach, then Ken needed to be able to see what his target was, as he did this he raised his arms and released a much stronger stream of insects from his sleeves. He purposely did this delayed to his arrow as an attempt to send an unexpected attack at the man. The stream from his right arm rapidly soared into the air and would soon aim to crash downwards onto Yahiko, who was hopefully not expecting an attack both from his right and from above. The stream of insects that came from Ken's left arm made its way away from the battle and towards the forrest were it would remain unseen by Yahiko, unless he possessed some form of eye technique Ken was not yet aware of.  ┏ Do me a favor. Stay out of my way. ┛ ▷ 自分の足と話す ◁ Finally, the female of her new team made a motion to try and assist Ken with tracking down the thief using a jutsu that gave Ishi a quick pause. It seemed pretty good in theory and use, yet Ishi could not help pondering how effective a low rank jutsu like that would fair against the constant falling rain verses mist or even a simple pond. Then again Miwa had confessed to not possessing proper tracking abilities. After making a mental note of both of their tracking skills, Ishi continued to watch waiting to see how the next step would turn out; making sure they had the right mark. Ishi watched with a slight chuckle at how Ken wasted no time attacking the target in an attempt to draw it out long before confirming if that was the person they sought after. "Well then that's one strike for target confirmation. Lets see how the other does-" Her words were silenced as eyes watched Miwa charge forth calling out, if she was remembering this correctly, a blinding technique that was supposed to blind anyone in it within a 20 meter range. Just great now she had to quickly get out of the way. Without waiting to see the technique be released, Ishi took off towards a rather large pipe before making her way up to the top of it avoiding the effects of the smoke. Her right hand rose up and connected softly with her face in a silent face-palm, "Make that they both did not pass the target confirmation portion of this mission. Guess all that's left is their skills at capturing this target." Ishi hand returned to its resting position on top of her left with her fingers slightly tucked into the bend of her arm. Her sight fully returned to that of the cloud of smoke and the figures moving around beneath it.

Yahiko Takamori Yahiko waited silently for the two that attacked him to start making further moves towards him. As far as he could hear neither of the genin had started to make an attempt to move forward or send out an attack. Suddenly he heard the sound of something flying him and hit against a nearby metal piping. Yahiko jumped a little at that sound of the arrow passing by and the sound of metal connecting with metal. He turned trying to pinpoint where that arrow had come from, but the smoke still had him slightly blinded. For a moment he stopped moving to try and pick up on some sounds besides the ones that he was making on his own. Tiny little buzzing sounds started to come from the opposite direction of the released arrow; if it was a straight shot. Without pause or thought, Yahiko released a few small fireballs and launched them out in the direction of the bug sounds coming from above. ' Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu [Phoenix Flower Jutsu] ' He thought as he figured he would be covered since he had two fire techniques already going and could focus on any other incoming attacks. There he remained until the other two chose to move again.

Miwa grinned slightly as she felt her second attack connect, driving into the boy's gut. She pulled the hilt back only briefly see a fire wall blocking him. She jumped back as she held her sword up to guard againt the flames. She slid backwards as she pulled her sword back to her side. "Oww... my right arm was lightly burned from that guard..." She mummer to herself as she looked over the burn lightly. Well metal tends to burn when heated Miwa... The voice snickered as Miwa showed an irritated look before focusing back on the boy. It seemed that Ken was now attacking him with his bugs as the boy used another fire jutsu to counter attack. Miwa smiled as she jumped up and formed hand signs. "You want to play with fire eh? I can definitely fight against that! Water release: Violent Water Wave!" She said as she expelled a water jet from her mouth directly at the boy. She watched as she landed back on the ground safely as the water crashed into the fire wall as she then dashed towards the boy. Steam formed from the water crashing against the fire wall as Miwa emerged, holding onto the hilt of Haru Mi with her left hand and bracing the back of the blade with her right. She caught the boy in her sight as she pushed the sword with her right hand and swung it horizontally. She anticipated the boy would brace himself and dodge the sword as she jumped up, using the sword's momentum to swing underneath her body as she flipped with the sword, aiming at the boy. Your swordsmanship is getting better Miwa, if only your tactics could be the same... The voice said to her as she was unsure if that was a compliment or an insult... or both.

Chakra Pool: 75/100 Ken looked calmly at battleground, he could not see very well since Miwa continued to smokescreens, however, he had a good sense of where she was thanks to the little bug he had placed on her just before she leapt away. Looking in the direction of the boy must have been he remained still and motioned slightly with his hands. The bugs that had been coming down towards the boy had for the most part been destroyed, only the fact that several smaller fireballs had been used saved what remained of the swarm. The small cloud of insects rapidly made its way towards the boy and began to buzz, mostly in an irritating and distracting fashion, around his head. This, Ken hoped, would create the opening Miwa needed. As the steam would go everywhere and create yet another smokescreen for Miwa, Ken's insects should have been preventing the thief from hearing and seeing much for at least a few moments. This fact also allowed Ken to roughly pinpoint the boy as the large swarm had sent into the forest a moment or two later rapidly swarmed outwards in a wide arc. Since the boy was being attacked from the front by Miwa, and his sense of hearing and sight should have been rather limited due to the steam and Ken's bugs; it seemed highly unlikely to Ken that he would perceive, let alone escape this large attack which would approach the thief from behind. Ken remained still where he was, holding his hands out ready to react again if need be, watching as his and his partners attacks unfolded.

Yahiko TakamoriTurning just a bit, Yahiko heard the sound of still more bugs approaching his position; this time they were heading more directly around his ears. The sound was bothersome, but he had had bigger problems to worry about in the form of smoke and what appeared to be an approaching female body. Before he could fully react to block her first attack, Yahiko found himself being forced to jump back and dodge the second impending blow. However, jumping back only forced him into another wave of annoying buzzing bugs. He threw his hands about trying to get the pest away from him; enough was enough. "Alright already! This is more troublesome then the Satoosa told me it would be. Can I go already?" He directed this question to Ishi personally while still trying to swat the bugs away from him. Ishi raised her right hand up and waved it slightly in the direction of the training grounds' exit so he could get a move on while she moved this along here. The red head swatted the bugs once more before running out of the training grounds without uttering another word.

Chakra Pool: 75/100 Ken listened to the man speak and looked to Ishi, he may not have anticipated the man was working with them, but he was also not very surprised by it. The massive wall of bugs quickly faded and began move back towards Ken, as they did so it would be obvious to anyone looking that as the swarm swept across the ground towards him, it swept along with it the arrows Ken had fired. This method was far easier for him then having to get them himself. As the bugs flowed into his sleeves the arrows were deposited in front of him, he calmly placed his bow across his back and stooped to pick up the arrows. Placing them in a quiver he looked to Miwa, she appeared relatively unharmed, something that was good, and she had certainly performed well. Ken's only real complaint would have been her continually limiting his view of the target, and even herself, making any real support difficult. It was, however, their first time together, so he was overall very content with her performance as his teammate. He would give her a small smile before turning back to Ishi, he assumed there would be some kind of performance review of the pair.

The red smoke cleared up enough for her to spot all of the fire blasts, bugs, and gleaming sword movements performed one after another. The Genin did appear to have a good grasp of occasionally working off of each other's attacks and defenses. From the looks of it they would be a good team once more training occurred; especially on some more communication styles to use. For now, she needed them to figure what exactly was not done properly during the mission. "Now that the mission is over, I want you two tell me the things that you two thought were done right and two things that you thought were done wrong. Discuss it amongst each other first then come and tell me." Ishi gripped the brim of her hood between her left index and thumb before jumping down to keep it from falling back. Hopefully it would not take them long to come up with something to say of each others strength and weaknesses in battle while answering where some things could have gone wrong due to actions taken or not taken at all.

Miwa Swung as the boy jumped back as she prepared another attack she noticed Ken had already beat her to it. "Nice one!" She said as the boy swatted his arms around. But at that moment something caught her off guard. The words he spoke as Miwa's expression changed with a confused look as she lowered her sword to a resting position. The boy heatedly quit the battle as it had seemed to be a set up by the Satoosa himself. It was only a test to see what you were capable of as a team. The voice said to her as she then looked at Ken then her Sensei. It seemed that the fight was a mere evaluation. She was slightly hurt by this but brushed it off as she reattached her sword to her back. She then wiped herself off as she walked over to where Ken was while listening to her Sensei explain what she wanted them to do now. I’m not prepared for this… I didn’t know I was going to be quizzed on this… She thought as she gave a small and swift smile at Ken.
They were suppose to discuss the battle? Miwa furrowed her brow as she thought, what was good about the battle? What was bad about the battle? She never really thought of battles in this sense as she still struggled to answer the question. You seem to have a good teamwork going, but you’re definitely not in sync with each other. The voice said as Miwa nodded slightly at the thought. They did work well together, though Miwa was used to fighting solo. “Well, I think we make a pretty good team, although I felt we were a bit disorganized…” She said as the voice chuckled to her. Unorganized? Please Miwa, you are the root cause of this, you’re an independent fighter, and that will be your hardest aspect to change. The voice chanted to her as she tried not to show her displeasure at the voice. She turned to Ken. ”What do you think? Since you stayed behind and oversaw the battle on a more broader scale than I.” She asked him.

Chakra Pool: 75/100 Ken's voice remained rather warm even though his face showed little emotion. He listened to her speak and nodded replying " I think that is accurate... we didn't perfectly sync together. I think one of the biggest problems is that your fighting style involves limiting the sight of enemy, and incidentally, me. I am a long range fighter, and you a short range fire, I understand the main point of you doing that is to cover yourself, as well as create openings, however, as your long range support that is my job. I should have explained the plan a bit more, it was our first mission so I didn't expect us to instantly click, we did well, but in the future, I am watching your back, I will be sure to both cover you, but also create openings for you. " he said calmly as he looked at her and raised a hand to his mouth, obviously thinking, he remained calm for a moment or two before putting his thoughts together and looking over at Miwa again. He sighed a bit and spoke " I also failed... I told you that was target, you listened to me, and I failed to make sure that was actually the target. It could have been anyone. Also, I sent you in too quickly, in a real situation I should have sent you in for a one or two time strike. I should have had you test him or her out a bit, not full force. That thief was a lot stronger than I anticipated and you almost got injured because of me. I should have had a better grasp of our enemies weaknesses before sending you in full force like that." he said calmly as he looked at her and sighed. He gave a slight smile and spoke " Well he gave in, so I suppose it is at the very least a success. Might as well report to sensei. You did a great job using your close to mid range combat skills. You fought well and covered your position well to ensure the enemy didn't follow you. You performed perfectly for a solo mission. I would say really your only two weaknesses were limiting my ability to support you, and perhaps running in too soon without getting proper information on the enemy. Again though, I told you too, so that last part was my fault..." he said looking a bit upset in recalling his failures. He took the lead in this mission, and he had not quite performed up to par. He put her at great risk. Looking over to her he motioned for her to follow as he moved in front of his sensei and looked to Miwa. Obviously he was going to allow her to speak first and let their sensei know what had happened, Ken would fill in any gaps she might leave, which he mostly expected would be in his own critique. Ken definitely had a good mind as to what he could say when it came to critiquing himself.

Stay out of my way. ┛ ▷ 自分の足と話す ◁ The young Jounin fiddled around with the brim of her cloak trying to decide where they should go next; mainly she wanted to get out of all this rain already. Hours of training in it and now she had to finish evaluating two Genin in this blanket of seemingly never ending rain. Eyes rose up from the hem and onto Ken and Miwa whom seemed to have completed the task of talking to each other about what had been done wrong. Her ears had picked up on most of the conversation, but she wanted to see how they would word the positives and negatives once spoken directly to her. "Looks like you two are done. So what did you two come up with?" She asked patiently while approaching their location.
O.O.C.- I offer my condolences and don't feel like you have to rush to post or anything. Take your time.
