Harrison got down with his bad self.
Unfortunately, it was too far down.
"C for effort, kid."
Harrison rubbed his shoulder. He might have strained something. He did some baseball-style stretches, limbering up for another shot.

Sufficiently limbered, Harrison puffed out some air, then dragged out the cardboard.
It had been a while, but s**t, he had the muscles now to do some really crazy stuff. He did a handstand, that turned into a one-handed handstand, that turned into a one-armed push-up. Leg strength meant he could get as low as he wanted. The fact that he could have been hit by a bus and the bus would come out worse for the wear meant he could get some air.
Throw in a few hip checks (always classy), slides- no pirouettes, none of that s**t, but some shimmying helped, plus he'd picked up a few moves from...he was drawing a blank. Somebody, Somewhere.
All the dancing wasn't clean, but Harrison enjoyed himself.
He looked tuckered out and hopeful, but the gargoyle just shook his head and pointed to the stretching station.

Harrison was just about to collapse from his sheer inability to dance, when he pulled some serious flashdance s**t.
Dreary Day was finally satisfied.
He also slapped Harrison's a**.

Rep felt like dancing. It was probably ill advised. It took a while for him to even get remotely comfortable shuffling around, let alone dancing in any proper way.

Once he got going though it was a lot more acceptable, if verging on the decidedly stripper-y. Rep had seen a lot of very specific dancing, and outside of a packed club where you could only really use your hands to dance with he had to resort to those previous experienced to draw upon.
There was a lot of hip gyrating, arching and stretching, along with a very liberal helping of physically demanding stunts.
It seemed to do the trick.

The next room was kind of stage. Harrison was pretty tuckered out from dancing. They introduced him, and he guessed they expected him to do some kind of trick.
He pulled the mic closer.
What resulted was a hardfelt and improvised exposition. He rhymed, he talked. About how he felt, about what it'd taken to get here, about who he was, and where he came from. The door, his mom. Nick, the trailer. His horse, his weapon. His guys. Love, hate, anger, revenge. The fight, the kill. Being on top. Being defeated. What mattered.
He'd ripped out his heart, and he was still here.
When he pulled back, he felt a different kind of tired, but good.
There was confetti, and applause, but he was deaf to the roar of the crowd. The crown, the sign, he didn't need. He took the key and went down the steps. He wasn't through yet.

He woke up in a cushy bed, feeling a hell of a lot better. Had the guys carried him..?
Ah. A gargoyle.
He gave the guy with the two-wide mouth one of his keys (Black - Kitchen), and skittered off back to the first floor.

He felt kinda hungry, and he'd lost the key anyhow. Was that room still here...?
He was very glad to see that it was.
Harrison found the buffet waiting, and got stuff from the roast beef carving station. Plenty of pizza, corn, carrots, bacon, soups. HIn the end, he mashed it up, made a monstrous pile of pie with a generous heap of soft serve, and ate every gradually forgetful bite.
The mint helped. At least his breath was going to be tolerable.
He picked the kitchen key back up, and went to deal with the bird.
