  Hi there everyone I'm Dai! I haven't really participated in the Ball so much before I was a floating co-host; I would passively stalk one thread to the next. xD But now I've come out of my shell and the experience is something that I want to continue doing. I love helping people, as I am an avid volunteer irl, so being a floating co-host gave me the opportunity to answer confused Gaians' questions! I can play at least play 4-5 musical instruments, and I'm beginning to get into Graphic Design, the arts are my passion. >w< Hope we all have another awesome year!

Hey guys, Jessie here!
I first got involved with the AURB as a guest during the 8th ball. Then from the 9th on, I have been massively involved behind the scenes with gathering funding for the AURB, as the captain/leader of the fundraising room. This last year I started off getting funds but halfway through the year I could no longer keep my duties as the captain to keep people involved in funding and had a large hiatus from gaia and the internet. This year I kind of want to take things slow and enjoy helping the AURB and its members.
Personal:
I actually had to take on several jobs due to my student loans, so I work full time. I have about 8 hours of free time at home which I mostly use to sleep before going to my next job. Hopefully as soon as my student loans are paid off (an estimated 1 1/2 years left. YAY) I can enjoy some more free time online.
I like working behind the scenes of the ball and not rping because I like doing things more than I like rping that im doing things. You get me? Either way, I hope to help as much as I can during the 12th annual ball planning. Each year we've gone bigger and better and I just wanna see this awesome streak keep going.

Hello everybody! I'm kullotte and this is my second year attending the AURB. I'm ashamed to say that in the previous years, I did not actively participate in the AURB. (Time constraints would not let me). Plus, I didn't know it was so much fun until I actively participated this year.
Since I had so much fun, I wanted to help out as much as possible this time around.
I like RPing a lot. I also write stories and fan fiction in my spare time. So with that, I guess I can help out. Even with the advertising and such.
Sadly, I'm still saving up for a graphic tablet so I can't help with the graphics at all.(even though I want to draw sooo much).

Hey everyone! biggrin my name is unimportant but you can call me Goh. but usually if im bored and have the gold I switch my avi alot and change my name. um..a little about me.. I started just lurking and reading about the ball during the 8th one and havent really started rping in them till the 11th. I was incredibly shy and was afraid no one would every respond to my posts. I currently live in Oregan in a small little town called Sisters which is near Bend. But i moved here from the UK. I got my nursing license when I was 18. Im iturning 19 on September 15..so...^^;; im not smart I just really hated school so I took a few tests and stuff to get bumped up to where I am now. I love to draw and stream with my friends on saturdays. (find us at http://www.twitch.tv/cryaotic ) and i try my best at art..tho Im more into drawing stuff for people then myself.... http://thatgamernurse.deviantart.com/ thats my DA if you want to see my art ^^; but I loved rping with everyone in this years Event and I cant wait for next year ^^

Hello, hello! I'm Prince Kathryn and you can call me Prince, Kat, PK, Katie, or any other variant you feel comfortable with. (However, if you call me Kathy I will not be happy...)
A few of you may remember me from the Haunt of Vice thread this year. I mostly observed everyone else, but had such a fun time RPing when I got the chance. Oh, and thank you for putting up with my erratic, unstable character...
I have been a member of Gaia for about a decade, give or take a hiatus here and there, and this was my first time participating for the entire AURB event. I'm now hooked and would love to help out for future Balls.
In real life, I am married to a wonderful man and we have a kitten we wholly consider to be our child. If you talk to me for any extended amount of time, I will not only talk about him (he's currently on my lap as I type this) but I will probably force you to look at pictures and videos of him. I'm a proud momma. I also have my B.A. in English and if you have ever seen Avenue Q, you'll know it's a pretty useless degree. I'm still trying to find a job that will allow me to actively use my skill set. Eventually I would like to return to schooling to get my Master's Degree.
I love musicals, playing ukulele, singing (Did I mention I minored in Music?), literature, writing, RPing, editing, cats, tons of TV shows (Just ask, I probably watch it.), all things Disney, and eating.

Bonjour tout le monde!
indentI'm Cronic Hiccups. You can call me Hiccups, Cronic, Noodle, Derpy (LoL people call me that)... Whatever floats your boat! I first discovered the ball when it was the Seven Deadly Sins year and I thought I'd go check it out. I joined the action in Greed's room as just a guest and, although, I wasn't too sure what happened a lot of the time, I loved the room! When I found a link to the 10th Annual Ball Planning Guild, I had to join right away so I could help out. That year, I joined Kaneira the Great's Whimsical Room and played as a little pixie (loads of fun). This year, I was, one again, in Kaneira the Great's Detective Agency. This year, I did the character art for the room and I was also going to be one of the co-hosts. However, seeing the ball literally fell on my birthday, this year, and I was going to be away from the computer almost all of Saturday and Sunday, I couldn't participate at all. This year, I'm hoping that I can participate a lot more (heck I'd love being able to be a room host!) and hopefully bring the fun to a lot more people this year.
indentIn real life, I am a high school senior who plans to go to college for a double major in psychology and theatre. Interest wise, I love to write fictional stories and poems, reading, dancing, playing flute, late night philosophizing. I'd love to use my talents and interests this year to make the 12th Annual User Ran Ball even better than the past!

Hey all I'm Mishi, I came in late to the 11th ball and having been around gaia almost since it's birth was very shocked when I finally saw something about this thing that went on right under my nose and I didn't know about it. Anyways ... I'm an artist by nature and I really enjoyed what little of the ball I saw this year due to guild activities on SWTOR I was not able to actually participate. I plan to change that this year though.

Hello my loves, i am a "noobie,noob,newbie" to the Annual ball, i have almost been here for almost 3 years! This was the actual year where i attended the event! My character was, "Wintry Tea" She is a young british lady who loved tea so much she would be a professional. *giggle* I am super excited for the next User-run ball (i never knew how excited role-playing is!) Hello everyone. I'm Gabriel and I started on Gaia in 2007. The first ball I actively participated in was the theme based on the Elements. I entered the Water themed rooms and even applied to be King of that Room. It was so long ago, but I think I won in that room, but ended up losing to the overall King of the Ball. I'd have to go back to the old archives to verify that though.
In 2010, real life issues happened and I took a hiatus from Gaia. I just came back though in February of this year, and I've been online everyday since.
I'm an avid RPer, a lover of the written word, a fan of Steampunk, a Gamer for life, and obsessed with Sci-Fi, fantasy, zombies, kung fu movies, and a myriad of other things. I love rock music more than anything, but I dabble in other genres occasionally. I am also a writer, with several books in the making. I have 3 books that have left the brainstorming phase and have stepped into the outlining and free-writing stages.
This year irl issues prevented me from actively RPing in the Ball, but Gaia-willing, I hope I can be an integral part of the guild and of next year's Ball. I look forward to meeting you all.

Hey there. I'm Anonypanda. Panda for everyone, even you. That includes real life too by the way. I started gaia forever ago, it was a trade off to get someone to play an MMO with me. I'd join this site, they join my game. Since then I've been here through ups and downs. I joined the Annual ball for the 6th one. I was a regular attendee, who stayed in the same room day and night getting it posts. Lately i was in the 11th ball, as a really lazy jean valjean. A co-host in the House of vice room. Outside of the annual ball, I....don't really do much. I used to be an avid role player in guild and other websites, and when I don't have writer's block and can get motivated I write a lot. However on a separate account that's super secret, I've recently gotten into the aquarium business. Owning fish, taking care of a tank, earning mass gold, and playing lots of games. That's been new and fun I guess.
Outside of gaia i'm your average young adult male. I tend to job hop a lot it seems, though none have really held my interest. I went to school, and I went to vocational school at the same time. High school was normal, I was alright at my academics. I excelled in my vocational school, earning one of the highest grades of my class ever. I used to be into anime, video games, and all of that, but it's become less of an obsession and shrunk into a hobby. Though if I ever go to a Con, I will go all out for it. I still have my moments. I live on top of a mountain, with a great view, so now that I've been exercising I tend to walk everyday. Gotta stay healthy right? I am planning on going to collage here soon so that I can start earning a degree in teaching. I want to be a middle school science teacher and help kids become smart again. Well that and fire. There will be rainbow fire if I have my day in the lab, which I will. Because I'll be a teacher. Shut up.
My interests and hobbies are pretty normal for the site too. I already mentioned anime and video games. Even though I don't do them much anymore, they are still a fun way to kill some time. I also read, a lot. I like all kinds of genres, but anything with dragons will have me hooked. I've read over 100 dragon books, or books with dragons generally in them in some way or form. Though I do read other stuff as well. If you haven't read harry potter and only saw the movies, shame on you. Speaking of movies, I enjoy them too, Netflix has been a good buddy to me. My favorites are still the Hayao Miyazaki movies, as well as his sons. That animation style really captivates me. Uhh, other than that it's walking, swimming, cooking, eating, hanging with friends, and that's it. We're done here. Go away now.
