Your commentary on its flavour: This tea had an interesting, bold flavor - almost like citrus. It lingered on the tongue as Shaw replayed the memory in his mind's eye. He was surprised, both at the tenacity of the memory's owner and her charitable attitude. It was - well, it was refreshing, after so much darkness. He had grinned at the look on the bully's face as he ran, tail tucked between his legs.
It was certainly memorable. The owner had a lot to be proud of, for having the wherewithal to stand up where others wouldn't. To be selfless, a hero.
