Yeah, but it'd be only a very dark purple. I seriously doubt a lightsaber has the color because of the crystal. It's probably a powerful light reflecting off the crystal. But lightsabers don't exist, so we'll never know. Anyway, I would choose purple, or orange, because the rarest colors are cool.
