So lvl. 1 Cleric gives me how many casts?
and per encounter or per day?

You can cast 3 level 0 Spells and 2 Level 1 spells. After that, you need to rest to regain your composure/connection to your magic. Same goes for all spellcasters.

In combat situations, yes. In situations where I say stuff like: Tonash Drahow ((Make a 6 sided dice roll for each Cure Light Wounds you cast, a 4 sided dice roll if you choose to use Cure Minor Wounds instead.)) Go ahead and make multiple casts, as long as you can roll multiple dice.

Okay. Well, I casted all the spells I'm gonna be casting. Spoiler: the rude guy receives no assistance from me. I only have so many casts and this guy is no better than the damaged raggamuffin's I saw on the way to the barricades. I'm giving him 3 gold for drinks, then heading off to the tower. I'm not heartless, but I am decisive. If you act incorrectly and I deem you needing of punishment, health will not come your way. Part of the Chaotic Nuetral thing. Especially Davin's lack of acceptance, in a battlefield. You can't be picky about your allies in times of need.

Something that needs to be said is that you will not receive loot unless you search the bodies of your fallen enemies/look into containers/chests. (Obviously, if you pick the lock to the chest and say you're opening it, you'll get the items inside, but if you finish a fight, you will not automatically receive gear.)

Hey, so this is a pretty cool idea that I've been wanting to try myself for some time, so I might be jumping on board and making things as ridiculous as possible. I'm interested in the mechanics of the thing, mainly, I suppose I'll have to read back a few pages to figure out how things works before I can start working on anything.
Which version of D&D is this being based off of, out of curiosity?

It's a mish-mash of different editions, but I pull a bit from 2nd Edition and then the rest like success rolls I list how I typically break it down in the FAQ section. Anyways, I'll waitlist your character and let you know as soon as a slot opens.

Well that dind't go as...smooth as I've wished for but heck: This is how a running gag in a Rp group is formed.
Then again the classical move from the gamers: "He seems trustworthy, you can join the group"
